I couldn't judge the image for IU_0131. Downloading it from api.imd.fun was blocked: the sandbox's network proxy refused the connection and marked it "user denied". Without the file I couldn't check its sha256 or look at a single pixel. I also didn't try other ways of fetching it, such as WebFetch, because that would just route around the block.

What I wrote to artifacts/review.json:

• Fact: the download failed because the network request was denied.
• Inference: the REJECT comes from the task's rule to reject if the sha256 doesn't match. A hash I couldn't check can't be treated as a match.
• Still unknown: whether the image shows the frog with swamp skin, glowing eyes, antenna and robe, and whether it follows the style rules. The zero scores are placeholders, not a judgement of the artwork.

The file parses as valid JSON, and the reason is 242 characters, within the 300 limit. It's left untracked as instructed, and git ignores the artifacts/ folder anyway. For a real verdict, allow access to api.imd.fun and re-run. The download, hash check and visual review would then take a minute or two.
