Ignore msft95-casino/, msft95-vault/, msft95-github-upload/ and the older msft95-contracts-audit/ folder. README.md has the scope, roles and file hashes. docs/AUDIT-3.md lists the last review's findings and how each was fixed. Earlier reviews were automated, so treat every fix as unverified.

Mainnet launch on Robinhood Chain (4663, Arbitrum Orbit L2). In scope: contracts/MSFT95Vault.sol, contracts/MSFT95Agents.sol (generated from tools/MSFT95Agents.sol.tpl), v4/MSFT95Token.sol, MSFT95RewardHook.sol, MSFT95Router.sol, MSFT95Staking.sol, MSFT95Vesting.sol, MSFT95AgentFarm.sol, MSFT95AgentStakes.sol (NEW), Create2Deployer.sol. Mocks, test-helpers, WETH9 and vendor/ are out of scope.

LOOK HARDEST AT (new or changed since the last review):

  1. MSFT95AgentStakes (NEW, holds 25% of supply). The core claim: the keeper can never take locked principal, only what has unlocked for agents it names. Try to break it:

    • The principal() / liquid() / funded / registered / totalReleased accounting.
    • release() pulling from the stake when liquid is short.
    • claimRewards() treating MSFT95 above liquid() as a reward. Can the keeper stake/unstake/claim in an order that makes principal look like reward?
    • Donations of MSFT95.
    • register() for unminted ids, repeats, and a tier the NFT reports wrongly.
    • returnUnallocated() racing register().
    • A keeper who stakes everything and then calls release.
    • Rounding in unlockedAt.
    • Reentrancy through staking or the token.
  2. MSFT95RewardHook trading gate (NEW). Can anything move the pool's price before openTrading()? Check direct PoolManager swaps, donate, adding liquidity in a narrow range, and other pools pointing at the hook. Is the NoLiquidity check (getLiquidity at the current tick) enough, or can 1 wei of out-of-range liquidity or a self-added position satisfy it in a harmful way? Also check the new decimals-aware price floor in _fairOut (mulDiv scaling, feed decimals, stale feed).

  3. MSFT95Staking stream change (CHANGED). Rounding leftovers now go to dust and join the running stream without moving its end; idle (streamed while nobody was staked) still restarts a stream. Check INV: owed + streaming <= held <= balance per token. Can dust/idle be double-counted, lost, or used to time a payout (a large idle landing in a stream with seconds left)? Can anyone still stretch or speed up a stream? Does flash staking still earn 0?

  4. MSFT95AgentFarm hook-flag check (CHANGED). listV4 now rejects farm pools whose hook has add/remove-liquidity flags (0xF03). Is any flag combination still able to block holderRemove or take a cut? Holders must always be able to exit.

  5. Launch script (scripts/mainnet/lib.js, rehearse.js). Order: token, hook, pool (trading closed), route, feed (now required), router, staking, vesting, vault (then excluded from dividends), split, agents, agentStakes (funded), handover. Is there any window where the deployer keeps power or tokens, or where something can be front-run between steps? Are the Safe actions (add liquidity, then openTrading, acceptOwnership) safe if done late or out of order?

ALSO RE-CHECK (unchanged, high value):

  • Hook fee deltas in all four swap shapes.
  • Token dividend accounting with excluded addresses (the vault is now excluded).
  • Vault voucher replay and the daily caps.
  • What a stolen key can take: farm keeper, hook keeper, vault signer.

Please give a PoC test for each High/Medium finding and say which invariant it breaks.

  • 1.mediumopenTrading() liquidity gate is satisfied by anyone's 1-wei in-range position, so the audit-3 H-1 fix only holds if the Safe signs 'add liquidity' before 'openTrading'msft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:253

            if (poolManager.getLiquidity(poolId) == 0) revert NoLiquidity();

    The H-1 fix refuses every swap until openTrading(), and openTrading() is meant to make it impossible to open the pool 'while the pool is empty' so the 200M MSFT95 launch position is in before anyone can trade.

    The hook carries no add-liquidity permission bits, so anyone can call PoolManager.modifyLiquidity on the closed pool, and getLiquidity(poolId) reports only the liquidity active at the current tick: a stranger's position of liquidityDelta 1 around the launch tick makes the check pass. Out-of-range dust does not count (verified: getLiquidity is the active liquidity), so only in-range dust is needed, which costs about 1 wei of each token.

    The gate therefore enforces 'somebody added something in range', not 'the launch liquidity is in'. The Safe checklist (lib.js safeActions, docs/MAINNET.md lines 70-73) is two separate transactions.

    If openTrading() is executed first (out-of-order Safe actions, a failed or delayed add, or the deployer, who owns the hook until the Safe accepts, calling it), the pool opens with dust: one MSFT95 sold through the pool moves slot0 to the end of the range for nothing, and the 200M position added afterwards at 'the launch price' is minted at whatever tick the attacker left, which is exactly the H-1 scenario.

    Invariant broken: 'trading can only open once the launch liquidity is in' (README: 'openTrading(), which requires the pool to have liquidity'; AUDIT-3 H-1). Merged from four specialist reports (audit_flow, audit_economics, audit_permissions, and the economics duplicate).

    Fix that keeps the design: require getLiquidity(poolId) >= a minimum sized for the launch position (a constant or an openTrading(uint128 minLiquidity) argument), and/or check slot0 still equals the initialization price when opening; operationally, batch add-liquidity and openTrading in one Safe transaction.

    State: pool initialised by the hook owner at the launch price (tick 0), trading closed, no launch liquidity.

    1. Any address calls PoolManager.modifyLiquidity on the pool with tickLower=-60, tickUpper=60, liquidityDelta=1 and settles the two 1-wei deltas; getLiquidity(poolId) == 1.
    2. The owner calls openTrading(). Expected: revert NoLiquidity (the launch position is not in). Actual: tradingOpen becomes true, TradingOpened emitted.
    3. The stranger sells 1e18 MSFT95 with sqrtPriceLimit at the range edge: slot0.sqrtPriceX96 moves from the launch price to TickMath.MIN/MAX_SQRT_PRICE+-1 for ~0 USDG. Run: forge test --match-path test/scratch/HookGateDust.t.sol: both tests fail on this code ('next call did not revert as expected' and '1 MSFT95 moved the opened pool's price to the end of the range') and pass once openTrading requires a minimum liquidity.

  • 2.lowAnyone can still stretch a reward stream: a 1-wei transfer of a listed reward token plus sync() restarts the hour with the whole unstreamed remainder, contrary to the audit-3 L-1 claimmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95Staking.sol:151

            rate[token] = (fresh * ACC + back + d + left) / period;
            finish[token] = block.timestamp + period;

    The v3 change stops rounding dust from moving a stream's end (lines 141-148), and the NatSpec at line 142-143 says a sync 'never stretches a stream past its hour'. That holds only when nothing arrives.

    Any fresh > 0 takes the full-restart path: left (everything still unstreamed) is folded into a new rate and finish = now + period. fresh is just balance minus held (minus totalStaked for MSFT95), with no minimum, so any third party can create it by transferring 1 wei of USDC, WETH, MSFT or MSFT95 to the staking contract and calling the public sync()/syncAll().

    Repeated every block, the tail of every stream is pushed back each time: with T seconds left and R remaining, one wei plus a sync spreads R over a fresh 3600 s, so payout decays geometrically instead of finishing. Nothing is lost (INV owed + streaming <= held <= balance holds: held only grows by fresh and rate*(finish-now) always equals what was folded in, less the period remainder), flash staking still earns 0 and no path speeds a stream up.

    Stakers who leave during a stretched stream forfeit what has not streamed to those who stay, so a staker can also grief in their own favour, and a whale that stakes during the stretch earns a share of rewards that had arrived before it staked. Merged from audit_flow, audit_math and audit_permissions.

    Fix options that keep the design: fold arrivals below a per-token minimum into the running stream the way dust is (rate += fresh*ACC/rest without moving finish), or only move finish when fresh is at least some fraction of left, or blend the end as a weighted average.

    alice stakes 10e18 MSFT95.

    3600e6 USDC arrives and sync(usdc) sets rate = 1e6*1e36/s, finish = t0+3600.

    At t0+1800 a griefer transfers 1 wei USDC to the staking contract and calls sync(usdc).

    Expected (per the line-143 comment and AUDIT-3 L-1): finish still t0+3600 and alice's claimable at t0+3600 is ~3600e6.

    Actual: left = 1800e6*1e36, rate = (1e36 + left)/3600, finish = t0+5400; at t0+3600 alice's claimable is ~2700e6 and the rest streams until t0+5400.

    Run: forge test --match-path test/scratch/StakingStreamStretch.t.sol: fails with '1 wei moved the end of the stream by half an hour: 5401 != 3601'.

  • 3.lowclaimToken() skips the holder-MSFT harvest that stake(), unstake() and claim() perform, so a per-token MSFT claim can pay less than claim() at the same momentmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95Staking.sol:108

        function claimToken(address token) external nonReentrant {
            _syncAll();

    stake(), unstake() and claim() call _harvest() first, which pulls the MSFT the staked MSFT95 has earned as an MSFT95 holder into the contract so sync(msft) can start streaming it. claimToken() calls only _syncAll(), so MSFT distributed since the last harvest is still sitting in MSFT95Token.claimable(staking) when the caller is settled: no stream starts and claimToken(msft) pays less than claim() would from that second on.

    Nothing is lost: the next stake/unstake/claim/harvestHolderRewards pulls it and streams it to whoever is staked then, which favours later stakers over the one who used claimToken. Reported by audit_permissions; reproduced with a test.

    Fix: call _harvest() at the start of claimToken() as well (one try/catch call).

    alice holds the whole 1e9 MSFT95 supply and stakes 5e8 (so the staking contract is an eligible holder of half the supply; MSFT is the only listed reward).

    Someone calls MSFT95Token.distribute(100e18 MSFT): msft95.claimable(staking) == ~50e18. alice calls staking.claimToken(msft).

    Expected: the 50 MSFT is harvested and starts streaming (streaming(msft).remaining > 0), as it would after claim().

    Actual: msft.balanceOf(staking) == 0 and streaming(msft).remaining == 0; a later claim() harvests and starts the stream.

    Run: forge test --match-path test/scratch/ClaimTokenHarvest.t.sol: fails with 'claimToken did not harvest the holder MSFT: no stream started'.

  • 4.lowHook price floor ignores the Robinhood stock feed's oraclePaused() flag (and the sequencer feed), unlike the farm's feedPricemsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:235

            if (px <= 0 || block.timestamp - at > feedMaxAge) revert FeedStale(); // markets closed: the fees wait

    MSFT95AgentFarm.feedPrice (v4/MSFT95AgentFarm.sol lines 189-196) treats an answer as not fresh when the Robinhood stock feed reports oraclePaused() == true (the pauses around splits, dividends, halts) and when the L2 sequencer uptime feed says the chain is down or just back. MSFT95RewardHook._fairOut, which exists to bound what a stolen keeper key can lose on convert, only checks the sign and the updatedAt age (3 h default).

    During a pause the feed's last answer stays within feedMaxAge, so for up to 3 h the keeper (or a stolen keeper key) can convert at a floor derived from a pre-event price: around a 2:1 split the floor is ~2x too lenient (half the MSFT the fees are worth), or in the other direction honest conversions are blocked. Bounded by maxSlipBps plus the price move during the pause, and it needs a keeper acting inside the window, so low.

    Reported by audit_math; reproduced by code comparison of the two feed readers.

    Fix: in _fairOut staticcall oraclePaused() as the farm does and treat true as FeedStale; optionally share the farm's sequencer check.

    State: hook with msftFeed set, feedMaxAge = 3 h.

    The feed returns answer = 500e8, updatedAt = now - 1 h, and oraclePaused() == true because the stock is halted; the real market price has moved to 450 (or the stock has split to 250).

    Keeper calls convert(amountIn, 0).

    Expected (same policy as the farm, line 190-191): revert FeedStale, the fees wait.

    Actual: _fairOut returns amountIn/500 * 0.97 and the swap goes through against a route pool at whatever price it shows, down to that floor; the farm would have refused the same feed state.

  • 5.lowLaunch script validates HOOK_KEEPER, SIGNER/COSIGNER/GUARDIAN, MSFT_FEED and STAKE_KEEPER only inside the step that uses them, after earlier steps have already moved supply and left the deployer as owmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/scripts/mainnet/lib.js:47

        HOOK_KEEPER: env.HOOK_KEEPER, STAKE_KEEPER: env.STAKE_KEEPER,

    config() reads HOOK_KEEPER, STAKE_KEEPER, SIGNER, COSIGNER and GUARDIAN without checking them (line 47-48); only SAFE is validated up front.

    Each is checked inside the step that needs it: HOOK_KEEPER in hook (line 120, after the token has been minted to the deployer), MSFT_FEED in feed (line 146, after token, hook, pool and route), SIGNER/COSIGNER/GUARDIAN in vault (line 178, after staking and vesting are deployed and 50M MSFT95 staked), STAKE_KEEPER in agentStakes (line 230, after split has funded the vault with 250,032,300 MSFT95 and paid treasury and LP).

    Steps before the failing one are recorded as done and the run aborts. For a missing STAKE_KEEPER that leaves the agents' 249,967,700 MSFT95 (25% of supply) in the deployer EOA (split deliberately leaves it there for agentStakes to pick up) with the deployer still owner of the token and hook, because handover never runs, until an operator fixes the env and re-runs.

    This is the window the brief asks about: a hot deployer key holding 25% of supply and both Ownable2Step owners for an unbounded time. Reported by audit_economics; reproduced by tracing config() and the step order.

    Fix: validate every required address (SAFE, HOOK_KEEPER, STAKE_KEEPER, SIGNER, COSIGNER, GUARDIAN, and MSFT_FEED unless ALLOW_NO_FEED) in config() before the first transaction, and check AGENT_STAKE_TIERS there too.

    Run launch.js on chain 4663 with SAFE, HOOK_KEEPER, SIGNER, COSIGNER, GUARDIAN and MSFT_FEED set and STAKE_KEEPER unset.

    Expected: the script refuses to start.

    Actual (by the step order in makeLaunch: chain, token, hook, pool, route, feed, router, staking, vesting, vault, split, agents, agentStakes, handover): every step through agents succeeds and is written to deployments/Launch.json; agentStakes throws 'Set STAKE_KEEPER (the server's agent-stake keeper address)'; afterwards msft95.balanceOf(deployer) == 249,967,700e18, MSFT95Token.owner() == deployer and MSFT95RewardHook.owner() == deployer with no pending transfer to the Safe.

    The same shape applies to a missing MSFT_FEED (fails after pool and route) and missing SIGNER/COSIGNER/GUARDIAN (fails after vesting has staked 50M).

  • 6.infoHook convert: a partial fill on a later route hop leaves the intermediate currency unsettled, so the whole conversion reverts with CurrencyNotSettledmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:218

                amount = uint256(uint128(recv));

    unlockCallback chains exact-input swaps hop by hop and settles only the first-hop input (spent) and the last-hop output (amount). Each swap runs to the pool's price limit, so a hop whose pool lacks depth fills partially. For hop 0 that is handled (spent is what was actually paid).

    For hop i >= 1 the hook keeps a positive delta in the intermediate currency equal to recv(i-1) - paid(i) that is never taken, so PoolManager.unlock reverts with CurrencyNotSettled and convert fails until the keeper lowers amountIn or the owner resets the route. No funds are lost (atomic revert), and the single-hop USDG/MSFT route planned for mainnet is unaffected. Reported by audit_math; reproduced by tracing the delta accounting.

    Fix: track paid per hop and, when paid < amount for i >= 1, take the leftover intermediate currency to the hook or revert with a descriptive error.

    State: route = [USDG/WETH, WETH/MSFT], the WETH/MSFT pool holds liquidity worth 1 WETH. convert(10_000e6 USDG, 0): hop 0 pays 10,000 USDG and receives 4 WETH; hop 1 can only sell 1 WETH before reaching MIN_SQRT_PRICE+1 (paid = 1 WETH), so 3 WETH remain as a positive delta owed to the hook.

    Expected: either the leftover is taken into the hook or a descriptive revert.

    Actual: unlock reverts with CurrencyNotSettled, and the keeper has to guess a smaller amountIn.

  • 7.infoAgentStakes can only forward tokens that Staking lists as rewards; MSFT (if ever unlisted) or any other token that lands there is unrecoverablemsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95AgentStakes.sol:162

            address[] memory ts = staking.rewardTokenList();

    claimRewards() pulls the MSFT95 holder dividend with IHolder(token).claim() and then forwards only the tokens in staking.rewardTokenList().

    The launch lists MSFT in Staking, so today this works, but the dependency is implicit: if MSFT is ever not in that list (a Staking redeploy with a different list, or MAX_REWARD_TOKENS reached first), the MSFT dividend on the agents' 25% accumulates here with no function able to move it; the same holds for any other token sent here by mistake (there is no rescue, and returnUnallocated only moves MSFT95). Not a loss of principal.

    Reported by audit_permissions; reproduced by code reading.

    Fix: forward the token's own reward() asset explicitly in claimRewards(), and/or add an owner rescue for tokens other than MSFT95.

    Deploy Staking with rewards=[USDC] only, AgentStakes pointing at it, fund it.

    Call MSFT95Token.distribute(1000e18 MSFT).

    Keeper calls claimRewards(): IHolder.claim() moves AgentStakes' MSFT share into the contract, the loop over rewardTokenList never sees MSFT, and msft.balanceOf(agentStakes) stays > 0 with no function able to move it.

  • 8.inforeturnUnallocated() can be front-run by a permissionless register(), making the Safe's precomputed amount revert with TooMuchmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95AgentStakes.sol:188

            if (amount > funded - registered || amount > liquid()) revert TooMuch();

    register() is permissionless and increases registered for any minted agent, while the owner's returnUnallocated() is bounded by funded - registered at execution time. Anyone who sees the Safe's transaction can register minted-but-unregistered agents first so that funded - registered < amount and the return reverts.

    The outcome is correct in substance (a minted agent is owed its allocation), so this is a runbook note: compute the amount from on-chain state at execution, or expect to resend.

    The rest of the accounting (principal = funded - totalReleased, liquid = principal - staked, register bounded by funded, release pulling the shortfall from the stake, claimRewards counting only balance above liquid as reward, unlockedAt flooring with the full amount at the last step, duplicate and unminted ids, nonReentrant on every keeper path) was traced through stake/unstake/release/claim/donate/return sequences and no path lets the keeper or owner take locked principal.

    Reported by audit_math; reproduced by code reading. Additionally checked with a 400-run Foundry fuzz (test/scratch/AgentStakesInvariant.t.sol: random 24-step sequences of register/stake/unstake/release/claimRewards/donate/returnUnallocated/fund/reward arrivals/MSFT distributions) asserting staked <= principal, balance >= liquid and balance + staked >= registered - totalReleased after every step: no violation.

    State: funded = 100, agents A and B minted, only A registered (registered = 50).

    The Safe submits returnUnallocated(to, 50).

    Before it executes, anyone calls register([B]): registered = 100.

    Expected by the Safe: 50 returned.

    Actual: amount > funded - registered (50 > 0) reverts TooMuch; the tokens stay allocated to B and the Safe must recompute.

  • 9.infoMSFT95 sent to MSFT95AgentStakes outside fund() is treated as reward and forwarded to the hot keeper key; MSFT95 rewards cannot be re-stakedmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95AgentStakes.sol:169

                    uint256 held = liquid(); // the MSFT95 here that is principal stays
                    b = b > held ? b - held : 0;

    claimRewards defines the MSFT95 reward as balance minus liquid(). liquid() = funded - totalReleased - staked, so principal is protected (after any sequence of fund/stake/unstake/release/returnUnallocated/claimRewards, balance >= liquid() and staked <= principal), but every other MSFT95 that lands here, including a donation or a transfer sent to the wrong address, becomes the keeper's to take, and it cannot be staked because stake() caps amount at liquid().

    This matches the documented design (the keeper shares rewards) and does not break the custody claim. Trust note on the keeper, verified: a stolen keeper key can release every unlocked amount to itself, claim every reward in flight, unstake the whole stake (stopping the agents' yield until the Safe rotates the keeper) and stake everything so liquid() == 0, which makes returnUnallocated revert until the Safe calls setKeeper and the new keeper unstakes.

    None of these reach locked principal. Merged from audit_economics and audit_permissions.

    fund(100e18); register one agent of allocation 100e18; a third party transfers 5e18 MSFT95 directly to the contract. keeper calls claimRewards().

    Expected by a strict 'rewards only' reading: only staking rewards leave.

    Actual: 5e18 MSFT95 is sent to the keeper (balance 105e18, liquid 100e18, b = 5e18); principal() == 100e18 and balance >= liquid() still hold.

    Keeper powers: keeper calls stake(funded) so liquid() == 0; owner's returnUnallocated(to, 1) reverts TooMuch although funded - registered > 0, until setKeeper(K2) and K2.unstake(x).

Work

  1. Posted5 minto the first attempt
  2. Audit flowAgent #1778found 2 low

    I found two Low-severity issues and no Critical, High or Medium ones. Both are written to .imd-findings.json with exact paths, lines and snippets. Neither has a Foundry PoC: proofs were only required for Critical/High, and the v2 folder is a Hardhat project with no OpenZeppelin, v4-core or forge-std installed, so nothing was run. Each finding has a step-by-step reproduction instead.

    Findings

    1. Low: the openTrading() liquidity check can be met by anyone (v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:253). It only checks that the pool's active liquidity is non-zero. Before trading opens, anyone with a few wei of MSFT95 and USDG can add a tiny position around the current price, and the check passes. If the Safe then calls openTrading before its own liquidity is in (steps out of order, or the add fails or is delayed), the attacker can move the price to an extreme for a few wei. The Safe's later full-range add then goes in at that price and gets arbitraged. That is the original H-1 attack again. Adding 1 wei outside the current range does not pass the check; it has to be in range.

      • Broken invariant: no price movement until the launch liquidity is in.
      • Fix: require a minimum liquidity and that the price still equals the launch price, or make "add liquidity + openTrading" one atomic Safe batch.
    2. Low: anyone can still stretch a reward stream (v4/MSFT95Staking.sol:151). The dust change works, but any new arrival still spreads whatever hasn't been paid yet over a fresh full hour. Sending 1 wei of any reward token and calling the public syncAll() is enough. Doing it every block means about 37% of each arrival is still unpaid after an hour. Stakers who leave in the meantime give up their unpaid share to those who stay. Nothing is lost, and owed + streaming ≤ held ≤ balance still holds. Flash staking still earns 0, and I found no way to speed a stream up.

      • Broken claim: payouts complete within one hour ("never stretches a stream past its hour").
      • Fix: blend new arrivals into the end time instead of restarting the stream.

    Checked with no defect found

    • MSFT95AgentStakes:
      • The principal, liquid, funded, registered and released numbers stay consistent through stake, release (including pulling from the stake when liquid is short), returnUnallocated and claimRewards.
      • No order of keeper calls makes principal show up as reward. The stake stays ≤ principal on every path.
      • register reverts for unminted agents, skips repeats, and any tier above 2 gets the Wildcard allocation.
      • Duplicate ids in release pay once, and unlock rounding is safe.
      • The only reentrancy path is through Staking, which is trusted.
      • MSFT95 sent directly to the contract (not via fund) is passed to the keeper as a reward. This is by design and not reported.
    • Hook:
      • The fee comes out right in all four swap shapes.
      • Before openTrading, swaps revert and donate is disabled. Adding liquidity, even in a narrow range, can't move the price. No second pool can use the hook.
      • The decimals scaling in _fairOut is correct, and a stale or zero feed reverts.
    • AgentFarm: the 0xF03 mask covers every add/remove-liquidity flag, so a v4 hook never runs on holderRemove. Holders can always exit.
    • Token: dividend accounting stays correct when addresses are excluded and re-included, including the vault.
    • Vault: vouchers can't be replayed (nonce, chain, epoch and deadline are all bound), and the daily cap is enforced.
    • Launch script: I found no front-running window between steps. The only power windows are already-known items: the deployer owns the token and hook until the Safe accepts (I-4), and it holds the agents' 25% between the split and agentStakes steps.

    • lowopenTrading's NoLiquidity guard is met by any third party's dust in-range position, so it does not prove the launch liquidity is inmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:253

      openTrading() is the only on-chain safeguard behind the runbook rule 'add the launch liquidity, then openTrading' (lib.js safeActions, 'it refuses while the pool is empty'). It checks only that the pool's active liquidity is non-zero. Liquidity can be added permissionlessly while trading is closed, because the hook has no beforeAddLiquidity flag.

      So anyone holding a few wei of MSFT95 and USDG can make the check pass with a position of, say, liquidity 1000 over [tick-60, tick+60]. If the Safe then calls openTrading before its own full-range add (actions done out of order, or the add tx fails or is delayed), the pool opens with almost no depth. The attacker swaps the price to an extreme for a few wei.

      The Safe's later full-range add then deposits at the manipulated price, and the attacker arbitrages it back, taking the LP wallet's USDG/MSFT95. This is exactly the H-1 scenario that trading-closed was meant to stop. The guard holds only while the Safe runs the steps in the right order, so it adds nothing beyond that ordering.

      Out-of-range positions do not count toward getLiquidity, so 1 wei out of range does not pass. The bypass needs in-range dust.

      State: pool initialized by the deployer at the launch price P (tick T), tradingOpen=false, no Safe liquidity yet.

      1. Attacker calls PoolManager.unlock -> modifyLiquidity(key, {tickLower: T-60 (spacing-aligned), tickUpper: T+60, liquidityDelta: 1000, salt: 0}), paying a few wei of each token. getLiquidity(poolId) is now 1000.
      2. Safe calls hook.openTrading(). Expected: revert NoLiquidity (launch liquidity not in). Actual: succeeds, tradingOpen=true.
      3. Attacker swaps zeroForOne=false with sqrtPriceLimit=MAX_SQRT_PRICE-1 for a few wei of input. The price leaves the dust range and runs to the limit, since no liquidity lies beyond it.
      4. The Safe's full-range add now mints at the extreme price, single-sided. The attacker swaps back against it and keeps the difference. Fix (keeps the design): have openTrading require a minimum, e.g. getLiquidity(poolId) >= a configured minLaunchLiquidity, and check that slot0's sqrtPrice still equals the initialization price. Or make add-liquidity and openTrading one atomic Safe batch, and say so in safeActions.
    • lowAny 1-wei reward transfer plus syncAll() restarts a running stream over a full new hour, so anyone can keep delaying staker payoutsmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95Staking.sol:151

      The v3 change stops dust from stretching a stream. But any non-zero fresh still re-spreads the whole unstreamed remainder (left) over a new full period (finish = now + period). fresh is just balance minus locked, so anyone can create it by transferring 1 wei of any listed reward token (USDC, WETH, MSFT, MSFT95...) and then calling the public syncAll()/sync(token). Repeated every block, the remainder of every stream is pushed back each time.

      After one hour of griefing about (1-1/3600)^3600 ≈ 37% of an arrival is still unpaid.

      Nothing is lost: INV owed+streaming <= held <= balance still holds. But a third party can stretch streams indefinitely, which the NatSpec ('paid out to stakers evenly over period', 'never stretches a stream past its hour') says cannot happen. The same thing happens naturally whenever the casino pays in often.

      Stakers who leave during a stretched stream forfeit what has not streamed yet, to those who stay, so a staker can grief in their own favour too. Flash staking still earns 0, and I found no way to speed a stream up.

      State: totalStaked >= 1e18, 3600e6 USDC arrived and synced at t0 (rate = 1 USDC/s x1e36, finish = t0+3600).

      At t0+3599 anyone transfers 1 wei USDC to Staking and calls syncAll().

      Expected (per NatSpec): the last 1 USDC streams by t0+3600.

      Actual: left = 1e6*1e36, rate becomes (1e36 + 1e42)/3600 and finish = t0+7199, so the last USDC now takes another hour.

      Doing this every block (1 wei + gas each) keeps the tail of every stream from ever finishing.

      Fix: blend instead of restarting.

      For example keep finish unchanged when fresh is small relative to left.

      Or set the new finish as a weighted average: finish' = now + (leftremaining + freshACCperiod)/(left + freshACC).

      Then a tiny arrival barely moves the end.

  3. Audit economicsAgent #277found 2 low, 1 info

    The review is complete and the findings file is written. No contract or config files were changed.

    Outcome. The three focus claims hold against the attacks the brief listed. I found no critical, high or medium defects, so no Foundry proofs were required. Three substantiated low or informational findings are in .imd-findings.json.

    What I verified in depth

    • MSFT95AgentStakes custody. The keeper cannot reach locked principal. I traced the balance identity: balance minus liquid() always equals rewards plus donations minus what claimRewards already took, and staked never exceeds principal() across fund, stake, unstake, release (including the pull-from-stake branch), returnUnallocated and claimRewards in any order. Register rejects unminted ids through ownerOf and tierOf reverting, skips repeats, and is bounded by funded. returnUnallocated and register cannot race into an over-allocation. No reentrancy path exists through the staking contract or the token.
    • Hook fee deltas. All four swap shapes charge exactly 3% of gross USDG. The decimals-aware floor computes correctly for 6-decimal USDG, 18-decimal MSFT and an 8-decimal feed, and a stale feed makes convert revert so fees wait.
    • Staking stream. Dust folds into the running stream without moving its end, idle only accrues below the 1-token minimum stake, which cannot happen with the agents' and vesting stakes in place, flash staking still earns zero, and held always covers owed plus streaming.
    • Farm hook flags. The 0xF03 mask covers every add and remove-liquidity bit including the return-delta bits, and holderRemove performs no swap, so no remaining flag combination can block or tax an exit.
    • Vault. Voucher replay is prevented by per-user nonce, epoch, chain and contract binding. Duplicate-key and same-role-twice signatures are rejected. The bankroll role the deployer holds at launch can only add funds.

    Findings written

    1. Low. The openTrading liquidity guard passes on anyone's 1-wei in-range position. It does not count out-of-range liquidity, but it also does not enforce that the launch liquidity is present, so an out-of-order Safe action reopens the H-1 exposure.
    2. Low. The launch script validates STAKE_KEEPER, HOOK_KEEPER and the vault signer addresses only inside their steps. A missing STAKE_KEEPER aborts after split, leaving 249,967,700 MSFT95 and both pending ownerships on the deployer key until re-run.
    3. Info. Any MSFT95 or MSFT sent to the agent-stakes contract by mistake is forwarded to the keeper as reward, and MSFT95 rewards cannot be re-staked. Principal is unaffected.

    Limits. This was a manual trace against the source and the Uniswap v4 delta semantics. I did not execute the Hardhat suites or build a Foundry harness, since the repository has no Foundry configuration and no finding reached the severity that requires a proof.

    • lowopenTrading's NoLiquidity guard is satisfied by anyone's 1-wei in-range position, so it does not enforce 'launch liquidity first'msft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:253

      The audit-3 H-1 fix refuses swaps until openTrading(), and openTrading() is meant to refuse while the pool is empty so the Safe cannot open before the 200M MSFT95 launch liquidity is in. The guard only checks that active liquidity at the current tick is non-zero. The hook has no add-liquidity permission bits, so any address can call PoolManager.modifyLiquidity on the pool while trading is closed.

      One wei of liquidity in a range containing the current tick makes getLiquidity(poolId) return 1 and the guard passes. Out-of-range liquidity does not count (getLiquidity reads the active liquidity), so that half of the question is safe.

      The consequence is that the Safe's two actions 'add liquidity' and 'openTrading' are only ordered by procedure: if openTrading() is executed first (the task asks about out-of-order Safe actions), it succeeds instead of reverting, a 1-wei swap then moves the price to the range edge at almost no cost, and the Safe's full-range add that follows is priced at the manipulated tick, reproducing the H-1 exposure the gate was built to close.

      Invariant broken: 'openTrading reverts until the launch liquidity is in'.

      Fix: make openTrading take a minimum active liquidity (or the expected liquidity wallet position) and compare against it, e.g. openTrading(uint128 minLiquidity) with require(getLiquidity(poolId) >= minLiquidity), or additionally check the price is still the launch price when opening.

      State: pool created by the deployer at the launch price, trading closed, no Safe liquidity yet.

      1. Attacker (any EOA) calls PoolManager.unlock -> modifyLiquidity(poolKey, {tickLower: currentTick-60, tickUpper: currentTick+60, liquidityDelta: 1}) and settles the two 1-wei deltas.
      2. Owner calls openTrading(). Expected: revert NoLiquidity because the launch liquidity is not in. Actual: getLiquidity(poolId) == 1, tradingOpen becomes true, TradingOpened emitted.
      3. Attacker swaps 1 wei zeroForOne with sqrtPriceLimit MIN_SQRT_PRICE+1: price moves to the limit.
      4. The Safe's later full-range add goes in at that price.
    • lowLaunch script validates STAKE_KEEPER only inside the agentStakes step, after the deployer already holds the agents' 25% and owns token and hookmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/scripts/mainnet/lib.js:230

      config() reads HOOK_KEEPER, STAKE_KEEPER, SIGNER, COSIGNER and GUARDIAN without checking them; each is only validated inside the step that needs it (hook, vault, agentStakes). The steps before it have already run and are recorded as done.

      For STAKE_KEEPER that means the token, hook, pool, router, staking, vesting, vault, split and agents steps complete, the vault's 250,032,300 MSFT95 and the treasury/LP transfers are done, and then the run aborts with the 249,967,700 MSFT95 agents' allocation sitting in the deployer EOA (split deliberately leaves it there for agentStakes to pick up) and the deployer still owner of the token and hook, because handover never runs.

      The same shape applies to SIGNER/COSIGNER/GUARDIAN (checked in vault after staking and vesting are deployed) and HOOK_KEEPER (checked after the token is minted to the deployer). This is exactly the window the brief asks about: a hot deployer key holding 25% of supply and both Ownable2Step pending owners for as long as it takes an operator to fix the env and re-run.

      Fix: validate every required address (SAFE, HOOK_KEEPER, STAKE_KEEPER, SIGNER, COSIGNER, GUARDIAN, and MSFT_FEED unless ALLOW_NO_FEED) in config() before the first step, so a misconfigured launch fails before any transaction is sent.

      Run launch.js on chain 4663 with SAFE, HOOK_KEEPER, SIGNER, COSIGNER, GUARDIAN, MSFT_FEED set and STAKE_KEEPER unset.

      Expected: the script refuses to start.

      Actual: steps chain..agents all succeed and are recorded in deployments/Launch.json; agentStakes throws 'Set STAKE_KEEPER'; afterwards balanceOf(deployer) == 249,967,700e18 MSFT95, MSFT95Token.owner() == deployer and MSFT95RewardHook.owner() == deployer, with no handover and no agent-stakes contract.

      On rehearse.js the same happens on a blank chain (dry run) if STAKE_KEEPER is not in env.

    • infoMSFT95 or MSFT sent to MSFT95AgentStakes by mistake is treated as reward and forwarded to the hot keeper key; MSFT95 rewards cannot be re-stakedmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95AgentStakes.sol:169

      claimRewards defines MSFT95 reward as balance minus liquid(). liquid() = funded - totalReleased - staked, so principal is protected (verified: after any sequence of fund/stake/unstake/release/returnUnallocated/claimRewards, balance >= liquid() and staked <= principal), but every other MSFT95 that lands here, including a donation or an MSFT95 transfer sent to the wrong address, becomes the keeper's to take.

      It cannot be staked either: stake() caps amount at liquid(), so staking rewards paid in MSFT95 can only leave to the keeper. This matches the documented design (the keeper shares rewards) and does not break the custody claim, so it is informational: a stolen keeper key gets unlocked principal, accrued rewards, and any stray MSFT95/MSFT, nothing locked.

      fund(100e18); register one agent of alloc 100e18; a third party transfers 5e18 MSFT95 directly to the contract. keeper calls claimRewards().

      Expected (by a strict 'rewards only' reading): only staking rewards leave.

      Actual: 5e18 MSFT95 is sent to keeper (balance 105e18, liquid 100e18, b = 5e18).

      Principal accounting is unaffected: principal() == 100e18 and balance >= liquid() still holds.

  4. Audit mathAgent #237found 2 low, 2 info

    The review is complete and the findings file is written and validated at the repository root.

    Outcome. The math in the areas the brief flagged holds up. I found no critical, high or medium defect, so no Foundry proof was required. Four substantiated lower-severity findings are in .imd-findings.json, each with a concrete failing state.

    What I traced and found sound

    • MSFT95AgentStakes. The invariant staked ≤ principal is preserved by every entry point. stake is bounded by liquid, release unstakes exactly the shortfall, returnUnallocated is bounded by liquid, and the token balance always equals liquid plus rewards and donations. So claimRewards taking "balance above liquid" can never reach principal, in any stake, unstake, release, claim order. The unlock fractions are exact for the launch allocations, register rejects unminted ids and repeats, and the NFT's tierOf reverts for unminted ids.
    • MSFT95RewardHook. All four swap shapes charge 3% of gross USDG and the take and returned deltas net to zero. The trading gate blocks every price move before openTrading, and beforeInitialize prevents other pools from using the hook. The decimals-aware floor is dimensionally correct.
    • MSFT95Staking. Dust folding does not double count or move the stream end. The owed + streaming ≤ held ≤ balance invariant holds, and flash staking still earns zero.
    • MSFT95Token, Vault, AgentFarm, Vesting. Dividend corrections with exclusions, voucher binding and the daily cap window, the 0xF03 flag mask, and the Q128 price and liquidity maths all check out.

    Findings written

    1. Low, Staking line 152. A 1-wei reward donation plus sync still restarts the stream and spreads the remaining payout over a fresh hour, contradicting the v3 comment that a sync never stretches a stream. Repeated, it delays stakers indefinitely. No theft.
    2. Low, Hook line 235. The conversion price floor ignores the Robinhood feed's oraclePaused flag that the farm honours, so a paused feed within the 3-hour age limit gives a stale floor.
    3. Info, Hook line 218. A partial fill on a second route hop leaves intermediate currency unsettled and reverts the conversion. Atomic, single-hop route unaffected.
    4. Info, AgentStakes line 188. register is permissionless, so the Safe's returnUnallocated can be front-run into a revert. The resulting state is correct, so this is a runbook note.

    Limits. No Foundry build exists in the tree and dependencies are not vendored, so the checks were by code tracing rather than execution. The launch script order was reviewed and found consistent with the documented deployer trust window.

    • lowStaking: a 1-wei reward donation still restarts the stream and stretches the remaining payout over a fresh hourmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95Staking.sol:152

      The v3 change (audit 3, L-1) stops rounding leftovers from moving a stream's end, and the comment at line 143 says a sync 'never stretches a stream past its hour'. That holds only when nothing new arrives. Any fresh > 0 arrival, including a 1-wei transfer of a listed reward token by an arbitrary address, takes the full-restart path: left (everything still to stream) is folded into a new rate and finish is pushed to now + period.

      So a third party can repeatedly delay the stakers' payout: with a stream of R remaining and T seconds left, one wei plus a sync spreads R over a new 3600 s. Repeated every minute, the remaining amount decays only geometrically (about 1/60 per minute) and the stream never ends while the griefer keeps paying 1 wei + gas.

      Nobody gains tokens (the per-second share stays proportional to stake, flash staking still earns 0, and INV owed + streaming <= held <= balance holds), so the effect is delay/griefing, not theft. This breaks the stated property 'a sync never stretches a stream past its hour'.

      Fix: only extend finish when the arrival is material (e.g. fresh * ACC >= left / k, or a minimum fresh per token set by the owner), otherwise fold fresh into the running stream the way dust is folded (rate += fresh * ACC / rest), or keep the Synthetix behaviour but document that anyone can prolong a stream.

      State: MSFT95Staking with USDC listed, totalStaked >= 1e18 (e.g. the vesting contract's 50M MSFT95).

      Step 1: send 3600e6 USDC to the staking contract and call sync(USDC): rate = 1e6 * 1e36 per second, finish = t0 + 3600.

      Step 2: at t0 + 3000 (600 s left, 600e6 USDC still to stream) an unrelated account transfers 1 wei of USDC to the staking contract and calls sync(USDC).

      Expected (per the line-143 comment): finish stays t0 + 3600 and the 600e6 USDC is fully streamed by then.

      Actual: left = 600e6 * 1e36, rate = (1e36 + left) / 3600 ≈ 166,667 * 1e36 per second, finish = t0 + 6600.

      At t0 + 3600 stakers have received only ~100e6 of the 600e6 that was due; the rest streams until t0 + 6600.

      Repeating step 2 every 60 s keeps finish always one hour away.

    • lowHook price floor ignores the Robinhood feed's oraclePaused() flag, unlike the farmmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:235

      MSFT95AgentFarm.feedPrice (line 190) treats an answer as not fresh when the Robinhood stock feed reports oraclePaused() == true (the pauses around corporate actions: splits, dividends, halts), and also checks the L2 sequencer feed. MSFT95RewardHook._fairOut, which guards the stolen-keeper scenario the floor exists for, only checks sign and updatedAt age (3 h default).

      During a pause the feed's last answer stays stale-but-within-3h, so for up to feedMaxAge a keeper (or a stolen keeper key) can convert at a floor derived from a pre-event price. Around a split (where the MSFT price halves and oraclePaused is raised) the floor would be ~2x too generous or, in the other direction, block honest conversions. Low because it needs a pause plus a keeper acting inside the 3 h window, and the loss is bounded by maxSlipBps plus the price move.

      Fix: in _fairOut (or setFeed) staticcall oraclePaused() as the farm does and treat true as FeedStale; optionally share the farm's sequencer-uptime check.

      State: hook with msftFeed set, feedMaxAge = 3 h.

      The feed returns answer = 500e8, updatedAt = now - 1 h, and oraclePaused() = true because the stock was halted; the real market price has moved to 450.

      Keeper calls convert(amountIn, 0).

      Expected (same policy as the farm): revert FeedStale, fees wait.

      Actual: _fairOut returns floor = amountIn / 500 * 0.97 and the swap goes through against the pool at whatever price it shows; a route pool reflecting 450 (or a manipulated one down to the floor) is accepted.

    • infoHook convert: a partial fill on a later hop leaves the intermediate currency unsettled and reverts the whole conversionmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:218

      unlockCallback chains exact-input swaps hop by hop and settles only the first-hop input (spent) and the last-hop output (amount).

      Each swap runs to the pool's price limit, so a hop whose pool lacks liquidity fills partially: for hop 0 that is handled (spent is what was actually paid), but for hop i >= 1 the hook keeps a positive delta in the intermediate currency equal to recv(i-1) - paid(i), which is never taken, so PoolManager.unlock reverts with CurrencyNotSettled and the conversion fails until the keeper lowers amountIn or the owner resets the route.

      No funds are lost (the revert is atomic) and the keeper can retry smaller; a single-hop USDG/MSFT route (the mainnet plan) is unaffected.

      Fix: track paid per hop and, when paid < amountIn for i >= 1, take the leftover intermediate currency to the hook (or revert with a clear error), or use exact-output on later hops.

      State: route = [USDG/WETH, WETH/MSFT], the WETH/MSFT pool holds liquidity worth 1 WETH only. convert(amountIn = 10_000e6 USDG, 0): hop 0 pays 10_000 USDG, receives 4 WETH; hop 1 can only sell 1 WETH before hitting MIN_SQRT_PRICE+1 (paid = 1 WETH), 3 WETH remain as an unsettled positive delta.

      Expected: either the leftover is taken into the hook or a descriptive revert.

      Actual: unlock reverts with CurrencyNotSettled; the keeper has no way to convert any amount larger than what hop 1 can absorb without guessing.

    • infoAgentStakes: anyone can front-run returnUnallocated() with register() to make it revertmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95AgentStakes.sol:188

      register() is permissionless and increases registered for any minted agent, while the owner's returnUnallocated() is bounded by funded - registered at execution time. An agent holder (or anyone) who sees the Safe's transaction can register one or more minted-but-unregistered agents first so that funded - registered < amount and the return reverts.

      This is correct behaviour in substance: a minted agent is owed its allocation and the owner should only hand back allocation for unminted agents, so the owner can simply recompute and resend.

      The accounting itself (principal = funded - totalReleased, liquid = principal - staked, the register/funded bound, release pulling the shortfall from the stake, and claimRewards treating only balance above liquid as reward) was traced through stake/unstake/release/claim/donate sequences and no path lets the keeper take locked principal.

      Reported as information so the launch runbook expects the race (compute amount from on-chain state in the same transaction, e.g. return funded - registered via a helper, rather than a precomputed number).

      State: funded = 100, agents A and B minted, only A registered (registered = 50).

      The Safe submits returnUnallocated(to, 50) intending to recover B's unminted-looking share.

      Before it executes, anyone calls register([B]) → registered = 100.

      Expected by the Safe: 50 returned.

      Actual: amount > funded - registered (50 > 0) → revert TooMuch.

      The tokens stay allocated to B, which is the correct outcome, but the owner's action fails and must be recomputed.

  5. Audit permissionsAgent #94found 1 medium, 2 low, 2 info

    The review is complete and the findings file is written. Final state:

    Deliverable: .imd-findings.json at the repository root holds 5 findings (1 medium, 2 low, 2 info), each with a concrete failing input. Two carry Foundry proofs under test/scratch/, both run and fail on the current code for the stated reason:

    • Medium, reward hook trading gate. openTrading() only checks that liquidity at the current tick is non-zero. Anyone can add 1 wei in range to the closed pool, after which the owner's openTrading() succeeds with no launch liquidity in. If the Safe (or the deployer during the Ownable2Step window) opens before adding the 200M position, the first 1 MSFT95 sell moves the price to the range edge, which is the audit 3 H-1 scenario again. Proof: test/scratch/HookGateDust.t.sol (2 failing tests). Fix: require a minimum liquidity sized for the launch position, or batch add-liquidity and openTrading in one Safe transaction.
    • Low, staking stream stretch. A 1 wei transfer of any listed reward token is a "fresh" arrival and restarts the hour with the whole remainder, so an outsider can keep streams from ever finishing, contrary to the L-1 claim. INV owed + streaming ≤ held still holds. Proof: test/scratch/StakingStreamStretch.t.sol.
    • Low, claimToken() skips _harvest(), so an MSFT claim via that path lags claim().
    • Info, AgentStakes forwards only tokens in Staking's reward list; anything else (including MSFT if ever unlisted) is stuck with no rescue.
    • Info, keeper powers to document: a stolen agent-stake key can unstake everything, take all unlocked amounts and rewards, and block returnUnallocated by re-staking until the Safe rotates the key.

    Verified and found sound (no finding): AgentStakes principal/liquid/released accounting under every keeper ordering, donations, duplicate and unminted ids, rounding in unlockedAt, release pulling from the stake, and reentrancy; the hook's four swap fee shapes and the decimals-aware floor; the dust/idle stream maths and flash staking; the farm's 0xF03 hook-flag mask against the v4 flag layout and holder exits; token exclusion accounting with the vault excluded; vault voucher replay, signer/cosigner separation and the window; launch ordering and the supply split (sums to 1B).

    Limits: no fork, no fuzzing, no static analysis; the vault and agents (0.8.24) were reviewed by reading only. Nothing in the repository was modified apart from test/scratch/ and the findings file; dependencies and build output live under /tmp.

    • mediumopenTrading() liquidity gate is satisfied by anyone's 1 wei in-range position, so the audit-3 H-1 fix only holds if the Safe signs its two actions in the right ordermsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:253

      The H-1 fix refuses every swap until openTrading(), and openTrading() is meant to be impossible 'while the pool is empty' so that the 200M launch position is in before anyone can trade. But the hook carries no add-liquidity flags, so anyone can add liquidity to the closed pool, and getLiquidity(poolId) only reports the liquidity active at the current tick: a stranger's 1 wei position around the launch tick makes the check pass.

      The gate therefore does not enforce the launch liquidity; it enforces 'somebody added something in range'. The Safe checklist (lib.js safeActions, MAINNET.md) is two separate transactions: 'add full-range liquidity' then 'openTrading()'.

      If the Safe signs openTrading() first (or the deployer, who owns the hook until the Safe accepts, calls it after seeding 1 wei), the pool opens with dust: the first sell of 1 MSFT95 moves the price to the end of the range for nothing, and the 200M MSFT95 added afterwards at 'the launch price' is priced by whatever tick the attacker left, which is exactly the H-1 scenario.

      Out-of-range dust does not pass the check, but in-range dust is one cheap transaction and the attacker only needs to park it there and wait.

      Invariant broken: 'trading can only open once the launch liquidity is in'.

      Fix: make the gate about the launch liquidity, not any liquidity: e.g. require getLiquidity(poolId) >= a MIN_OPEN_LIQUIDITY constant sized for the 200M MSFT95 / USDG position (or have openTrading take the expected minimum as an argument), and/or have the Safe batch add-liquidity + openTrading in one Safe transaction.

      The PoC fails on the current code (openTrading succeeds on 1 wei, and one MSFT95 then moves the price to the range edge) and passes with a minimum-liquidity check.

      State: pool initialised by the owner at the launch price, trading closed, no launch liquidity.

      Step 1: any address calls PoolManager.modifyLiquidity on the pool with tickLower=-60, tickUpper=60, liquidityDelta=1 (costs ~1 wei of each token).

      Step 2: the owner calls openTrading().

      Expected: revert NoLiquidity (the launch position is not in).

      Actual: tradingOpen becomes true.

      Step 3: the stranger sells 1e18 MSFT95 through the pool with sqrtPriceLimit at the range edge: slot0.sqrtPriceX96 moves from the launch price to TickMath.MIN/MAX_SQRT_PRICE+-1 for ~0 USDG.

      The 200M position the Safe adds afterwards is then added at that price.

      Run: forge test --match-path test/scratch/HookGateDust.t.sol (both tests fail on this code).

    • lowAnyone can still stretch a reward stream: a 1 wei transfer of a listed reward token restarts the hour, contrary to the audit-3 L-1 claimmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95Staking.sol:151

      AUDIT-3 L-1 says that after the dust change 'a sync (anyone's stake, unstake, claim or syncAll) never stretches a stream past its hour'. That is true for rounding dust, but sync() treats any balance above held+totalStaked as a fresh arrival with no minimum, and every arrival folds the whole unstreamed remainder (left) into a brand-new period: finish = now + period.

      So a griefer who transfers 1 wei of USDC (or any listed reward token) to the staking contract every half hour keeps every stream from ever finishing: after each restart only ~50% of what remained is paid in the next half hour, so the payout curve becomes geometric instead of linear.

      Nothing is lost (held and owed stay correct, INV owed+streaming<=held holds), but reward delivery is delayed indefinitely for the cost of 1 wei per restart, and a large arrival can be deliberately dragged across a window in which a new whale stakes and earns a share of what earlier stakers had already been streaming.

      Note the casino itself pays in per bet, so in practice streams restart constantly anyway; this finding is about the explicit L-1 guarantee not holding against an outsider. Fix options that keep the design: ignore arrivals below a per-token minimum (treat them as dust: fold into the running stream without moving finish, as the dust branch already does), or only move finish when the fresh arrival is at least some fraction of left.

      alice stakes 10e18.

      3600e6 USDC arrives at t0 and sync() sets finish=t0+3600.

      At t0+1800 a griefer transfers 1 wei USDC to the staking contract and calls sync(usdc).

      Expected (per L-1): finish still t0+3600 and alice can claim ~3600e6 at t0+3600.

      Actual: finish=t0+5400 and alice's claimable at t0+3600 is ~2700e6 (1800e6 streamed in the first half hour, then half of the remaining 1800e6 over the next half hour).

    • lowclaimToken() skips the holder-dividend harvest, so a per-token MSFT claim can pay less than claim() at the same momentmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95Staking.sol:108

      stake(), unstake() and claim() call _harvest() first, which pulls the MSFT the staked MSFT95 has earned as a holder into the contract so sync(msft) can start streaming it. claimToken() does not, so the MSFT dividend distributed since the last harvest is not yet in the contract when the user's claimable is settled, and claimToken(msft) returns less than claim() would.

      Nothing is lost: the next stake/unstake/claim/harvestHolderRewards pulls it and streams it to whoever is staked then, which slightly favours later stakers over the one who claimed.

      Fix: call _harvest() at the start of claimToken() as well (one try/catch call).

      Stake 1e18 as alice with MSFT listed as a reward.

      Someone calls MSFT95Token.distribute(100e18 MSFT) (the staking contract is an eligible holder).

      Immediately alice calls claimToken(msft): she receives 0 MSFT (nothing streamed yet, nothing harvested).

      Had she called claim(), _harvest() would have pulled the staking contract's share and sync() would start its stream, so her claimable grows from that second; with claimToken the stream does not even start until another path calls _harvest().

    • infoAgentStakes can only forward tokens that Staking lists as rewards; anything else that lands there is unrecoverablemsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95AgentStakes.sol:162

      claimRewards() pulls the MSFT95 holder dividend (MSFT) with IHolder(token).claim() and then forwards only the tokens in staking.rewardTokenList().

      The launch lists MSFT in Staking, so today this works, but the dependency is implicit: if MSFT is ever not in that list (a redeploy of Staking with a different list, or MAX_REWARD_TOKENS reached before it is added), the MSFT dividend on the agents' 25% accumulates in this contract with no function able to move it (there is no rescue, and returnUnallocated only moves MSFT95). The same holds for any other token sent here by mistake. Not a loss of principal; a stuck-funds edge.

      Fix: forward the token's own reward() asset explicitly in claimRewards(), and/or add an owner rescue for tokens other than MSFT95.

      Deploy Staking with rewards=[USDC] only (MSFT not listed), AgentStakes pointing at it, fund it.

      Call MSFT95Token.distribute(1000e18 MSFT).

      Keeper calls claimRewards(): IHolder.claim() moves AgentStakes' MSFT share into the contract, the loop over rewardTokenList never sees MSFT, and msft.balanceOf(agentStakes) stays > 0 forever; no function can move it.

    • infoAgent-stake keeper powers to document: a stolen key can unstake all principal (forgoing yield), take every unlocked amount and all rewards, and block returnUnallocated by re-staking until the Safe rotmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95AgentStakes.sol:139

      Verified, not broken: principal() = funded - totalReleased, liquid() = principal - staked, and every path keeps staked <= principal, so the MSFT95 balance here is always >= liquid() and claimRewards() can only move what is above it; release() can only pay unlockedAt - releasedOf for registered ids, and the unstake it does when liquid is short is exactly sum - liquid <= staked.

      Donations, duplicate ids in one call, unminted ids (tierOf reverts), rounding in unlockedAt (floor, full amount at the last step) and re-entrancy (nonReentrant on every keeper path, no callbacks in MSFT95) all behave.

      What a stolen keeper key can do is bounded but not zero and should be in the trust notes: (1) release() every unlocked amount to itself for any registered agent (by design); (2) claimRewards() every reward in flight; (3) unstake() the whole 250M, which stops the agents' staking yield and the staking contract's MSFT dividend share until the Safe calls setKeeper; (4) stake() everything so liquid()==0, which makes returnUnallocated revert TooMuch until the Safe rotates the keeper and the new keeper unstakes.

      None of these touch locked principal, which is the stated goal.

      Keeper K calls stake(funded) so liquid()==0.

      Owner calls returnUnallocated(to, 1): reverts TooMuch although funded - registered > 0.

      Owner must setKeeper(K2), K2 unstake(x), then returnUnallocated succeeds.

      Likewise after K calls unstake(all), staking.staked(agentStakes)==0 and the agents earn nothing until a new keeper re-stakes.

  6. Audit judgeAgent #81found 1 medium, 4 low, 4 info

    The review is complete and .imd-findings.json holds the final set.

    What I did. I built the in-scope contracts with Foundry using dependencies installed outside the repository, ran both specialist proofs, wrote one proof of my own, and fuzzed the agent-stakes custody invariants. Specialist findings that repeated across areas were merged, and every kept finding was reproduced against the code.

    Result: 9 findings, 1 medium, 4 low, 4 info, with 3 proofs that fail on the current code.

    • Medium, hook openTrading gate. Any 1-wei in-range position added while trading is closed satisfies the NoLiquidity check, so the audit-3 H-1 fix only holds if the Safe adds liquidity before opening. Merged from four specialists. The attached proof shows the gate passing on a stranger's dust and one MSFT95 then moving the opened pool's price to the range edge.
    • Low, staking stream stretch. A 1-wei transfer of any listed reward token plus a public sync restarts the hour with the whole unstreamed remainder, contrary to the audit-3 L-1 claim. Merged from three specialists. Proof fails as stated. The INV owed + streaming <= held still holds, flash staking still earns zero, and no path speeds a stream up.
    • Low, claimToken skips the holder-MSFT harvest that stake, unstake and claim perform. I wrote a proof that fails on the current code.
    • Low, hook price floor ignores the stock feed's oraclePaused flag, while the farm's feed reader checks it.
    • Low, launch script validates keeper and signer addresses only inside the step that uses them, so a missing STAKE_KEEPER aborts with 25% of supply in the deployer EOA and the deployer still owning token and hook.
    • Info. Partial fill on a later convert hop reverts the whole conversion. AgentStakes cannot forward tokens Staking does not list. returnUnallocated can be front-run by register. Stray MSFT95 is forwarded to the keeper, with the stolen-keeper powers documented as a trust note.

    What held up. The agent-stakes principal accounting passed a 400-run fuzz of random keeper, owner and outsider sequences with no violation. The hook fee deltas in all four swap shapes, the token's exclusion accounting, the vault's voucher binding and daily caps, the farm's 0xF03 hook-flag check, and the pool's price being immovable before openTrading all checked out by trace. Everything in test/scratch/ is scratch material and nothing in the repository was changed.

    • mediumopenTrading() liquidity gate is satisfied by anyone's 1-wei in-range position, so the audit-3 H-1 fix only holds if the Safe signs 'add liquidity' before 'openTrading'msft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:253

      1. Any address calls PoolManager.modifyLiquidity on the pool with tickLower=-60, tickUpper=60, liquidityDelta=1 and settles the two 1-wei deltas; getLiquidity(poolId) == 1.

    • lowAnyone can still stretch a reward stream: a 1-wei transfer of a listed reward token plus sync() restarts the hour with the whole unstreamed remainder, contrary to the audit-3 L-1 claimmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95Staking.sol:151

    • lowclaimToken() skips the holder-MSFT harvest that stake(), unstake() and claim() perform, so a per-token MSFT claim can pay less than claim() at the same momentmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95Staking.sol:108

      stake(), unstake() and claim() call _harvest() first, which pulls the MSFT the staked MSFT95 has earned as an MSFT95 holder into the contract so sync(msft) can start streaming it. claimToken() calls only _syncAll(), so MSFT distributed since the last harvest is still sitting in MSFT95Token.claimable(staking) when the caller is settled: no stream starts and claimToken(msft) pays less than claim() would from that second on.

      Someone calls MSFT95Token.distribute(100e18 MSFT): msft95.claimable(staking) == ~50e18. alice calls staking.claimToken(msft).

      Expected: the 50 MSFT is harvested and starts streaming (streaming(msft).remaining > 0), as it would after claim().

      Actual: msft.balanceOf(staking) == 0 and streaming(msft).remaining == 0; a later claim() harvests and starts the stream.

    • lowHook price floor ignores the Robinhood stock feed's oraclePaused() flag (and the sequencer feed), unlike the farm's feedPricemsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:235

    • lowLaunch script validates HOOK_KEEPER, SIGNER/COSIGNER/GUARDIAN, MSFT_FEED and STAKE_KEEPER only inside the step that uses them, after earlier steps have already moved supply and left the deployer as owmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/scripts/mainnet/lib.js:47

      config() reads HOOK_KEEPER, STAKE_KEEPER, SIGNER, COSIGNER and GUARDIAN without checking them (line 47-48); only SAFE is validated up front.

    • infoHook convert: a partial fill on a later route hop leaves the intermediate currency unsettled, so the whole conversion reverts with CurrencyNotSettledmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95RewardHook.sol:218

      unlockCallback chains exact-input swaps hop by hop and settles only the first-hop input (spent) and the last-hop output (amount).

    • infoAgentStakes can only forward tokens that Staking lists as rewards; MSFT (if ever unlisted) or any other token that lands there is unrecoverablemsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95AgentStakes.sol:162

      claimRewards() pulls the MSFT95 holder dividend with IHolder(token).claim() and then forwards only the tokens in staking.rewardTokenList().

    • inforeturnUnallocated() can be front-run by a permissionless register(), making the Safe's precomputed amount revert with TooMuchmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95AgentStakes.sol:188

      register() is permissionless and increases registered for any minted agent, while the owner's returnUnallocated() is bounded by funded - registered at execution time.

    • infoMSFT95 sent to MSFT95AgentStakes outside fund() is treated as reward and forwarded to the hot keeper key; MSFT95 rewards cannot be re-stakedmsft95-contracts-audit-v2/v4/MSFT95AgentStakes.sol:169

      claimRewards defines the MSFT95 reward as balance minus liquid(). liquid() = funded - totalReleased - staked, so principal is protected (after any sequence of fund/stake/unstake/release/returnUnallocated/claimRewards, balance >= liquid() and staked <= principal), but every other MSFT95 that lands here, including a donation or a transfer sent to the wrong address, becomes the keeper's to take, and it cannot be staked because stake() caps amount at liquid().

      Actual: 5e18 MSFT95 is sent to the keeper (balance 105e18, liquid 100e18, b = 5e18); principal() == 100e18 and balance >= liquid() still hold.

      Keeper powers: keeper calls stake(funded) so liquid() == 0; owner's returnUnallocated(to, 1) reverts TooMuch although funded - registered > 0, until setKeeper(K2) and K2.unstake(x).
