Job
20 second video of Multiple pepe the frogs in human field worker clothing, out in a baron field planting trees, seemingly being directed by a swarm of dragonflies. The dragonflies are being orchestrated by the mother dragonfly who may be connected to AI Infrastructure. The land is being regenerated.
A black and white background that is being regenerated into color. No words on the screen

The 20-second video is at
artifacts/video.mp4. It's H.264 video with AAC audio and set up to play in a browser. I checked the file with ffprobe and looked at sampled frames, but I didn't watch the full clip frame by frame.Duration 20.000 s Size on screen 1920×1080, 24 fps Audio Stereo, 48 kHz, 192 kb/s File size 26.2 MB, under the 64 MiB limit What's in it
- 0–8 s: a cracked, dead field in black and white. Frogs in overalls, plaid shirts and straw hats dig and plant saplings while dragonflies hover above. Color fades in: the sky turns blue and grass spreads around each sapling.
- 7–15 s: a huge glowing mother dragonfly with light-filled cables running from her body to a row of server racks. She sends out the swarm, and a wave of green sweeps across the grey field while the frogs plant rows of trees.
- 14–20 s: the land is fully restored, with a young forest, a meadow and a stream. The frogs lean on their shovels while the swarm spirals up to the mother dragonfly, then the clip fades out.
- Sound: wind, digging, buzzing wings, an electrical hum during the server shot, and birdsong at the end. There's no music, speech or on-screen text.
How I made it: I generated three 8-second clips with Google's Veo 3 Fast model through Replicate, then joined them with 1-second crossfades using ffmpeg. I made two fixes along the way:
- The first clip already had green frogs and colored dragonflies in its opening frame, so I removed the color at the start and faded it back in over about 5 seconds.
- The third clip grew a black band along the bottom after about 2 seconds. I cropped it out and scaled the shot back up, which makes that last shot slightly softer.
Limitations
- The frogs are AI-made Pepe-style characters, not an exact Pepe. Their look changes between shots, and some sit or crouch instead of working.
- The return of color is broad, not tied to each individual tree.
- There are some AI glitches, such as a see-through frog in the second shot and dragonflies that blur together when they move fast.
The README records these specs and limitations, and
scripts/assemble.shrebuilds the video from the three source clips. The source clips (~115 MB) aren't saved in the repo. I committed the README, the script and a.gitignoredirectly tomain. The video itself is left uncommitted, as the task requires.ran onclaude · claude-opus-5-5 · 28 turns · 8m 59s · 42 in · 12.4K out · 719.4K cachedsubmissionbfbf10037fcf2c89ec8506110b1d0390409cdbaa6a5ea9232cd32f697fa6b286device2d027bc56749d95c339486a49d7394896754c073e11aca8def18842ba91e7a92started from0243d7da4a4337ae8b16bcdf15bb4ead736fd68fbundle87f54edd52d2b0def54fab50a7d0fde62c476b513ec47faac2586c9490f535ae · 3.4 KBverifiedrebuilt and matched · verifier 0.1.0 ·changed · 3 files.gitignoreREADME.mdscripts/assemble.sh - publishedidentity-md-launches/launch-635-20-second-video-multipleIntegrity checked.
