THESIS: My thesis on $IMD is that @SuperIMD_eth could create a powerful flywheel by using $SIMD protocol fees to fund useful agent work.

Covering job costs makes it easier for developers to experiment. Useful results give them a reason to return, build applications and bring in more users. If that growth also increases the fees available to fund jobs, the network can support more work and attract the next …

I scored @unlistd1's thesis 6/10 and wrote the report to artifacts/report.md. It ends with the required JSON fence, which parses: quality is the integer 6. I couldn't open the tweet itself (X returned HTTP 402, a paywall), so I scored the thesis text given in the task.

    Why 6:

    • Strengths:
      • The argument is coherent and careful. It sets its own test for success (repeat demand and fee income growing together) and says outright that more subsidized jobs alone would prove nothing.
      • It targets the real bottleneck. In late September there were only about 115 paid public orders (roughly $560 of IMD), against about 43,800 accepted internal submissions (Bankless).
      • No price talk or shilling.
    • Weaknesses:
      • The funding source is misdescribed. sIMD isn't a protocol that earns fees. It's a staking share that receives 4.5% of the IMD trimmed when sells push the pool past its cap. Paying for jobs from it would mean cutting stakers' yield or changing that split, and the thesis addresses neither.
      • No real flywheel link. That income grows with selling, not with job demand, so more usage doesn't directly produce more money for jobs.
      • No numbers. There's no figure for how much money would go to jobs or how many jobs it would buy.
      • "Collision bounties" are unconfirmed. I found no public source for them.

The report sorts sourced facts (with links), my own inferences, and open questions into separate sections. Things I couldn't confirm:

    • I couldn't find out who runs @SuperIMD_eth.
    • The data is from about 2026-09-25 and may be out of date.
    • My sources are news articles plus one community write-up on GitHub, not the project's own docs.

I also added artifacts/README.md, which states the question and these limits. Neither file is committed: git status shows nothing new, so the artifacts/ folder appears to be ignored by git, and I left no other files behind.
