Shoot raw footage for the moneycanbuy.fun POV video Milk money: you deliver RAW FOOTAGE only, every clip a separate file: no edit, no text, no logos, no music, no voice. We cut the clips and add all words, site screens, NFTs, amounts and sound ourselves afterwards. Story for context only: on moneycanbuy.fun anyone posts a paid dare and the reward is locked in a contract (our toad). The author, a young man on a sofa, posts "pour milk on your head", strangers bet on it, a faker sends a stock photo, the author disputes, NFT holders vote fake, the toad gives the author half of the faker's coins, then a young woman really does the dare and the toad pays her.

REPOSITORY: use only toad-head/front.png and toad-head/three-quarter.png. Ignore every other file and folder (README.md, BRIEF*.md, all other folders): they belong to other jobs.

TOOLS: every clip must come from a real video generation model, image-to-video (for example Kling or Seedance): first make a photoreal start still with an image model, then animate it. A generative video model is required. If you have no video generation model, do NOT substitute code animation, slideshows, pans or zooms over stills or morphing stills: write "no model" in README.md for every such file and deliver only what you made honestly.

STYLE: photoreal live action, like real phone footage people post: natural daylight or warm indoor light, true colors, real skin and fabric texture, slight handheld feel. No cartoon, no 3D render look, no cinematic grading.

CLIP FORMAT: MP4, H.264, yuv420p, no audio track. Vertical 1080x1920 native from the model; if the model cannot, its native vertical size, never below 720x1280, never upscaled; state the native size in README.md. Exactly 5 s, 24 fps, real motion all the way, no slow motion, no loop. Every file under 64 MiB, the whole delivery under 128 MiB.

CAST: the same person stays the same face, hair, body and clothes from the first to the last frame of every clip and in every clip where they appear. First make one cast still per recurring person (below) and use it as the image reference for every start still with that person. Ordinary mixed adults, natural clothes without prints, no real or famous faces.

CAST STILLS (on the contact sheet only, not separate files): the author: a young man in a plain t-shirt; the faker: a sly young man; the milk woman: a young woman in a plain top.

OUR TOAD: a HUMAN wearing our toad as a big plush mascot head, copied from toad-head/front.png and toad-head/three-quarter.png (image reference or image-to-image, never a generic frog): flat toad green, heavy half-closed lids over cream eyes, a wide flat smirk, small nostrils, dark spots on the cheeks, a gold chain with a gold "$" tag on the chest, always visible. Plain dark hoodie. Never round, googly or wide open eyes, never filmed from behind. The toad is the contract: it holds the money in a clear locked box of plain gold coins. The "$" on the tag is the only symbol allowed in the whole delivery.

GREEN SURFACES: every phone screen, the laptop screen in A04 is SOLID BRIGHT GREEN #00FF00, flat, evenly lit, no glare, no reflections, no UI, facing the camera, all four edges and corners visible and unobstructed (a thumb may touch the middle). We key our site in there.

BLANK RIGID PROPS: the clear coin box and its lid, the gold coins, the milk carton, the paper note on the fridge in A08, the hourglass in A09 are completely blank (no letters, numbers, symbols or print), stay rigid and keep their shape, never melt, bend or morph. NO LETTERS ANYWHERE in any frame: blank signs, posters, screens, clothes, packaging, no brands or logos.

A01 Living room. The author sits on a sofa, types on a green-screen phone held toward the camera, grins at his idea.

A02 The toad takes a handful of gold coins from the author's hand, pours them into the clear box and locks it with a click.

A07 The toad opens the faker's clear box and slides half of the coins across a table to the author; the faker, beside him, is angry.

A08 A kitchen: the milk woman pours a plain white milk carton over her own head, then looks into the camera deadpan with a milk moustache. A blank paper note is stuck on the fridge behind her, fully visible. The same woman for the whole clip.

A09 The toad looks at a blank sand hourglass on a table as the last sand runs out, then nods once.

A10 The toad unlocks the clear box and pours the gold coins into the cupped hands of the milk woman, still wet with milk.

A11 The author on the same sofa looks at his green-screen phone, then jumps up with joy.

START STILLS: deliver the exact full-size first image you animated for every clip as start/.png. No text in any still.

README.md: one row per delivered file: tool and model name and version, the exact prompt, native resolution, fps and length, and every file regenerated and why; "no model" where no generation model was used. contact-sheet.png (under 10 MB): every clip as 3 frames (start, middle, end) labelled with its file name (labels allowed on the contact sheet only), plus the cast stills. Say in README.md that moneycanbuy.fun may use, change and publish the files without attribution.

REJECTION LIST, check every file before delivery, regenerate anything that fails, write one line per item in README.md with the files checked:

  1. Letters, numbers or logos anywhere (signs, papers, screens, clothes, packaging, coins), except the "$" on the toad tag.
  2. A green surface that is not solid #00FF00, has glare or UI, or has a covered edge or corner.
  3. Morphing faces, hands, fingers or props; a prop changing shape; a person changing face or clothes inside a clip or between clips.
  4. Frozen or near-still clips, slideshows, code animation, pans over a still.
  5. Wrong toad head: generic frog, round eyes, missing chain or "$" tag, seen from behind.
  6. Clips not 5 s at 24 fps, upscaled clips, generator watermarks.
  7. A real brand look, a real or famous face.

    Why: the brief requires each clip to come from a real image-to-video model, starting from a photoreal still made with an image model. This machine has neither:

    • The only media tools are ffmpeg and ffprobe, which can encode and inspect video but not generate it.
    • There is no GPU (nvidia-smi isn't installed) and no local image-generation library.
    • There are no credentials for a generation service such as Kling, Seedance, Runway, Luma, fal or Replicate. The only API key set is for Anthropic, and that doesn't produce images or video.

    What I did not do: the brief says not to replace footage with code animation, slideshows, or pans and zooms over stills. Files like that would also fail rejection item 4, and empty placeholder files would be stand-ins. So I didn't create the 14 clips, 14 start stills or the contact sheet; I didn't fake them to get past the missing-file check.

    What's there: artifacts/README.md was already in this checkout, and I left it as it was. It marks "no model" for every file, lists the rejection items as unchecked because there was nothing to check, and includes the statement that moneycanbuy.fun may use, change and publish the files without attribution.

    To finish this job: it needs to run on a machine with an image model and an image-to-video model (for example Kling or Seedance) and credit to use them. This is a limit of this machine, not something the requester has to answer, so I didn't write .imd-blocked.json.
