The image is at artifacts/image.png: a 1024 × 1024 PNG (8-bit RGB). I looked at it myself; nothing else checked it.

It shows Pepe in a black hoodie on an old beige CRT with a green screen. A crowd of small green agents with gold glowing faces surrounds the monitor and shoots thin light beams at the screen. The background is black, the palette is green and gold, and "SWARM PEPE" is in gold pixel text at the top.

I made two versions with the Ideogram v3 Turbo model. I picked the second because the first had blue-grey agents that didn't glow and less green and gold overall.

What doesn't fully match the request:

• IMD badges are misspelled. Most read "MD" or "IMQ" and only a few say "IMD". The first version spelled them correctly but was worse in every other way.
• Pepe looks finished, not half-drawn pixel by pixel. There are only a few loose pixels around him.
• The title is large, not small. It spans most of the width.
• The glow is mild. The agents look like bright figures rather than light sources.
• It's pixel-art style, not true pixel art. It's AI-generated at full resolution, so the pixel grid isn't exact.

README.md records the size, format, model settings, prompt and these gaps. I committed it under your name with your email, set for that one commit only; your git config isn't changed. The image stays untracked for the upload, as required.
