moneycanbuy.fun: audit the tokenomics and utility of its token $YOLO before mainnet launch. Foundry project is contracts/: run forge from there, import as "src/...". Source of truth: docs/TOKENOMICS.md and docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md. docs/MECHANICS.md and contracts/src/ are an earlier version (see its banner); a disagreement with the two files above is not a finding to repeat — note it once as the single COVERAGE entry at the end. Use the contracts only where they overlap the current docs (escrow, bond-and-dispute flow, balance accounting); do not fault code for lacking a mechanic only docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md describes. Do not modify, delete or reformat any file; findings go only into the report and NEW test files under contracts/test/scratch/.

MODEL docs/TOKENOMICS.md AND docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md DESCRIBE (exact numbers there, not here): fixed 1,000,000,000 YOLO, no owner, no mint, no pause. No reward limit of any kind: no per-task cap, no total-open cap, no top-up cap, no Predict per-address cap. Each currency has its own fixed minimum reward (5 USDC, 0.002 ETH, 1 IMD, 1,000 YOLO), needing no price. A doer's and a disputer's bond are each a fixed IMD amount plus a percent of the reward. A dispute has one disputer at a time; the NFT vote can end with no decision; anyone may call the swarm on appeal; its answer is awaited at most 6 hours. An accepted task's 10% fee splits between NFT voters, the treasury and a doer who locked YOLO for 1-52 weeks ("stake"); treasury YOLO fee income burns on arrival. The price parameter is used only for the stake's power-vs-reward check and the trophy's YOLO price; no oracle anywhere. Anyone, including the task's own author or doer, may bet WILL DO / WON'T DO; an empty winning side splits the losing pool half to the author and half to the doer if done, or whole to the author if not. A buyback-burn contract turns ETH/USDC/IMD fee shares into burned YOLO through the live pool, callable by anyone paying their own gas; a trophy NFT burns a fixed YOLO price; a 150,000,000 YOLO "Stabilizer / MM fund" wallet sells into the launch-hour pump under fixed rules: keep this fund and its name exactly as documented, never recommend removing or renaming it, comment only on risk or disclosure.

REPORT FORMAT, MANDATORY. One entry per item, same order, even "no issue" (info, one line of evidence). A missing item makes the report INCOMPLETE. Entry 0 first, any severity: VERDICT, launch-ready or not, every blocker, max 8 lines.

CONSISTENCY, cite the doc section or file:line:

  1. Every split (the 10% fee's sub-shares, a bonus's sub-shares, the Stabilizer's caps vs its 150M total) sums to 100%. Report any over- or under-allocation.
  2. Doer stake bonus (scales with locked power vs the reward's YOLO value, capped): can any input make it exceed the fee it is paid from, or the cap?
  3. Bond sizes (fixed IMD plus a percent) against a tiny reward and a very large one, with no cap on either: too cheap to deter spam, or too costly, at either end?
  4. Every place the price parameter is used (stake power, trophy price) vs every place it is not (the per-currency minimum, bonds, payouts, votes): do docs and code agree which is which?
  5. "Nothing is paid from a fund wallet, only from money the paying contract holds": find any function paying a user from the incentives, treasury, dev or team balance.
  6. Burn accounting: every path to the burn address or the burner, and any path that could double-count or skip a burn.

STRESS TESTS, each with a computed number: 7. Price parameter stale at one tenth and at ten times the real value: does stake power get easier or harder by the same factor, does the trophy price move against intent, and what else in the docs is still keyed to it? 8. Ten small tasks in a month, each near its currency's minimum (5 USDC, 0.002 ETH, 1 IMD, 1,000 YOLO), no stakes, no disputes. Compute YOLO burned, YOLO to the treasury, stake bonuses paid. Compare to one month of the incentives or treasury vesting unlock, same units. 9. Ten thousand tasks a month, each a large reward, no cap on any of them. Is there any other circuit breaker on the vault's total exposure? State the monthly burn, treasury and bonus volume at this scale, and whether entry 8's formula here is worth calling "demand". 10. A thin YOLO/IMD pool (just after launch, or after heavy selling): does the burner's or the Stabilizer's trade through it fail, revert or stall, and does that lock user money or only delay a burn or a stabilizing trade?

INCENTIVES AND ABUSE, each: who gains, who loses, cost, concrete steps: 11. A doer and a disputer under common control: weak proof, a losing dispute, or a bond-stealing win. Price the cheapest version and the upside. 12. Front-running a change to the price parameter or to a delayed parameter, to capture a bonus or dodge a cost at creation, stake or dispute. 13. The smallest parameter change (price parameter, fee, bond or minimum) that denies a stake bonus or breaks tasks in progress, and what timelock if any guards it. 14. Can a vesting beneficiary or a large holder extract more by gaming the prediction market or the stake bonus than by holding or selling? 15. Cheapest Sybil attack (several wallets, one operator) on the prediction market or NFT vote, cost vs upside. Note if "no decision" changes the odds vs a clean accept/reject. 16. The empty-side payout, plus anyone (author or doer included) being allowed to bet: can an author profit by creating a task that cannot be done, to take the WILL DO pool when WON'T DO stays empty, or by betting with inside knowledge of their own task? Price the cheapest version and the upside.

DEMAND: 17. List every real source of buy or hold pressure (stake locks, YOLO-paid bonds, trophy burns, prediction entry, buyback burns); for each, say whether the payer had an independent reason to want YOLO, or the mechanic is the only reason. 18. Of docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md's features, mark each as doing enforced work in the code vs decorative: shown in docs but not required, checked or paid by any contract. 19. Compare entries 8 and 9's burn rate to the unlock rate of the incentives and treasury vestings (docs/TOKENOMICS.md), same units. Can burns outpace unlocks at realistic volume, or only at entry 9's extreme scenario?

SCENARIOS, each a table of computed numbers: 20. One accepted task per currency (100 USDC, 0.05 ETH, 20 IMD, 100,000 YOLO) with one bond and one bet on each side: trace every unit to its final holder (doer, voters, treasury, staker, burner, burn address, refunds); outputs must equal inputs. 21. YOLO market price over 90 days, price parameter unchanged: -90% in a week, +10x in a week, daily swings of 50%. For each: stake bonus, YOLO rewards and bonds, trophy, prediction pools, burner, Stabilizer; who gains, who loses, any revert or stuck funds. 22. 100, 1,000 and 10,000 accepted tasks a month at a currency and size mix you state: fees in $, the share each recipient gets, YOLO burned, burn vs monthly vesting unlock. 23. Pool price moved right before a burner call or a Stabilizer sale (sandwich, flash loan): value extracted vs cost, and what bound stops it.

  1. COVERAGE. What you read in full, what you could not reach, the forge test result, and one summary (not a finding) of where the earlier docs/MECHANICS.md or contracts/src/ disagree with docs/TOKENOMICS.md or docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md.

Severity: critical = theft, permanent loss or a broken core promise; high = loss or a broken guarantee under realistic conditions; medium = bounded loss or cheap griefing; low = edge cases; info = docs drift, hardening, "no issue". Not findings: placeholder wallets, test/mocks, the Stabilizer/MM fund's existence, size or name, external systems (Uniswap, Chainlink, delegate.xyz, the swarm) except how this code trusts them, and any gap already in entry 24.

  • 1.high0. VERDICT: not launch-ready; four blockers in the documented $YOLO rules, plus a repository that implements a different ruleset (entry 24)docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:182

      - Task not done, nobody predicted WON'T DO: the WILL DO side's whole 90% pool goes to the author in full, and

    VERDICT: NOT launch-ready as documented.

Blocker 1 (high, entry 16): YOLO Predict lets the author (who controls acceptance) bet WON'T DO at weight 1, or simply collect the whole WILL DO pool when WON'T DO is empty; every outside WILL DO position is a bet against the author's private option. Cheapest version costs 50 YOLO burned plus a refundable minimum reward; upside is the whole opposing pool, uncapped.

Blocker 2 (high, entry 15): the 20-vote early close hands any dispute to the first wallet relaying 20 NFT votes, in one block, before anyone else votes; the 'no decision = doer paid' default (docs line 74; CaseDesk.sol:176 in code) lets 9 NFTs neutralise any honest lead below 19. Both reopen what the code's audit C-02 fixed.

Blocker 3 (medium, entry 11): 'one dispute per submission' lets a doer's accomplice occupy the only slot with a sham reason; in the code (any number of disputers) the same pair plus 10 NFTs still moves the 6% NFT fee part from the treasury to itself risk-free (scratch test passes).

Blocker 4 (medium, entries 3, 13): flat 0.5 IMD + 3%/1% bonds make policing minimum tasks negative-EV and fake proofs on them positive-EV; the FDV parameter that sets every stake bonus and trophy price is one EOA key with no timelock.

Not a blocker but decisive for 'mainnet launch': contracts/src implements none of the stake, Predict, burner, price-parameter or contract-side YOLO-burn mechanics and differs on fees, bonds, minimums and oracle use; recorded once in entry 24.

Each blocker is reproduced in its own entry below (16, 15, 11, 3, 13) with inputs and arithmetic; the code-side ones (entries 11 and 15) are reproduced by contracts/test/scratch/SelfDisputeFeeCapture.t.sol and contracts/test/scratch/NoDecisionPaysDoer.t.sol, which pass on the code as it stands and document the behaviour. forge test (forge 1.8.3, solc 0.8.28, via-IR, build ~16 min): scratch suites test/scratch/SelfDisputeFeeCapture.t.sol 2/2 and test/scratch/NoDecisionPaysDoer.t.sol 1/1 passed (demonstrations: they pass on the current code and document its behaviour); full non-fork, non-invariant suite (forge test --no-match-path 'test/fork/*' --no-match-contract Invariant): 60 suites, 395 passed, 0 failed, 2 skipped (397 total, scratch included); fork tests need an RPC and the invariant suite was excluded for time

  • 16.high15. NFT vote Sybil: the docs' 20-vote early close hands any dispute to the first wallet relaying 20 NFTs in one block (re-opens audit C-02); in docs and code 9 NFTs on the losing side turn a clear rejcontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:176

_finalize(subId, Outcome.Accepted, true); // nobody called the swarm: accepted (tie rule)

Cost: identity.md NFTs bought once (or borrowed for one transaction: ownership is read when the batch lands, MECHANICS audit C-06), reusable on every dispute in the protocol; minWinnerWallets = 1 (VaultParams.sol:156).

    (a) Docs line 69: the vote closes 'the moment one side is ahead by 20 votes or more'; ballots are relayed in batches from a public mempool, so one wallet signing 20 tokenIds in one ballot decides every dispute it cares about in the first block, before any other holder votes; as doer of a weak proof it collects 90% of R, 50% of the disputer's bond as winner and the 5% NFT part plus the other 50% as correct voter; the author's only remedy is a swarm appeal paid with another bond plus the live fee.

The code deliberately decides only at vote end with endDelta 10 and leaves instantDelta unused (CaseDesk.sol:310-326, audit C-02); the docs bring the removed rule back with a lower bar.

    (b) Docs line 74 and code line 176: a margin below the threshold is 'treated as if the submission had never been disputed (the doer is paid)'; voting is free, so a doer with a fake proof needs only to hold the honest lead under 10 (code) or 10/20 (docs): 9 NFTs neutralise any honest lead up to 18.

The honest side must then pay a dispute bond plus ~0.5 IMD swarm fee to call the swarm (lines 78-84) and gets the fee back only if it wins and only up to the loser's bond (entry 3: 0.51-0.53 IMD at the minimums), so on small tasks nobody pays and the faker is paid.

Odds: 'no decision' shifts every close vote to the doer, so a Sybil needs enough NFTs to deny a margin, not to win. In code a tie still sends 50% of the disputers' bonds to the treasury (DisputeDesk.sol:528-532); under the docs the doer takes the whole thing.

Prediction market: Sybil wallets add nothing (points are stake x weight, no per-address rule); the NFT buy window is linear in NFTs (500,000 each).

Code: contracts/test/scratch/NoDecisionPaysDoer.t.sol (passes on the current code): 200 USDC task, fake proof, dave disputes (bond 1 IMD), 15 honest NFTs vote reject, 9 doer-controlled NFTs vote accept; at vote end margin 6 < endDelta 10 -> Phase.NoDecision; nobody calls the swarm for 24 h; poke -> Outcome.Accepted: doer credited 180 USDC and 50% of dave's bond, treasuryPot +20 USDC and the other 50%, voters' claim reverts (NothingToClaim).

Expected: the 15-9 reject majority rejects; actual: paid by default.

Docs (a): dispute at block N on a 100 USDC task; the doer's second wallet relays 20 accept tokenIds at N+1: vote closes, accept wins, 95.5 USDC + 0.5 IMD of the author's money reach the pair for 20 NFTs and gas; no code implements the instant close, so the reproduction is against TOKEN-UTILITY.md:69.

  • 17.high16. YOLO Predict: the author (or a doer who walks away) holds a sure bet on every task; the empty-side rule and the lack of any exclusion make a 50-YOLO position, or no position at all, capture the whdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:182

      - Task not done, nobody predicted WON'T DO: the WILL DO side's whole 90% pool goes to the author in full, and

Who gains: the author of a task whose acceptance they control (a proof only their account can produce, or a condition they will dispute and the swarm will reject), or a doer who bets WON'T DO and walks away; the mirror case, an author-doer pair that completes an 'impossible-looking' task after outsiders bet WON'T DO, takes 100% of that pool (line 180-181).

Who loses: every outside bettor. Cheapest version (empty-side rule, line 182): post a task at the 1,000 YOLO minimum ($0.115 at the opening valuation, refunded at the deadline), let WILL DO positions accumulate, do nothing: 90% of the WILL DO pool goes to the author with no position and no capital at risk.

If someone does bet WON'T DO, the author places the smallest WON'T DO position at creation (weight 1, the maximum, lines 171-173): a later honest WON'T DO bettor at half-time has weight 0.25, so the author takes almost the whole WILL DO pool by points for 5% burned on a 1,000 YOLO position (50 YOLO). Inside knowledge the other way: an author who will accept a friendly doer bets WILL DO at creation and collects the WON'T DO pool plus the 2.5% + 2.5% deferred share.

Lines 185-194 label this a 'known, accepted risk' but never price it: it is the dominant strategy for every author, so the market's expected value for an outsider is negative on every task and the 5% burn it funds is paid by the losers of a rigged game, which makes 'prediction entry' (entry 17) not buy pressure a rational participant supplies. This is a broken guarantee under realistic conditions, not an edge case; no contract implements Predict in the repository (entry 24).

Inputs: author posts a 1,000 YOLO task, deadline 30 days, a condition only the author can satisfy; the public bets 100,000 YOLO WILL DO over the month; nobody bets WON'T DO; no proof is accepted.

Per section 7: 5,000 YOLO burned at entry, 5,000 deferred burned (task not done), 90,000 YOLO paid to the author, reward 1,000 YOLO returned.

Author net +90,000 YOLO for $0.115 locked 30 days.

    Variant with an honest 10,000 YOLO WON'T DO at half-time (weight 0.25): the author's 1,000 YOLO WON'T DO at creation (weight 1) takes 900 x 1 / (900 x 1 + 9,000 x 0.25) = 28.6% of the pool; with 1,000,000 YOLO at creation 99.75%.

Expected: a void or refund when one side is empty, and no position for whoever controls acceptance; actual: paid in full.

Fix: void the market (refund 90% to both sides) when either side is empty, and exclude the author, every contributor and the doer from positions and from the empty-side payout.

  • 4.medium3. Flat 0.5 IMD + 3%/1% bonds: at the minimum rewards a correct dispute earns less than it risks and a fake proof is positive-EV below ~48% dispute coverage; the bond does not grow on resubmissiondocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:50

The bond is always 0.5 IMD + 3%, flat — it does not grow for a resubmission after a rejection or for jumping a

Docs model, IMD = $8. 5 USDC task: doer bond 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC = $4.15; dispute bond 0.5 IMD + 0.05 USDC = $4.05. A correct disputer earns 50% of the doer bond = $2.08 (NFT decided) or $4.15 (undecided, swarm decided) after 48 h, with $4.05 at risk and gas unpaid (line 91): zero or negative EV, so minimum tasks are unpoliced.

A faker pays $4.15 (refunded if undisputed) to win 90% x $5 = $4.50; profitable whenever fewer than 48% of fakes are disputed and rejected; the same at 0.002 ETH ($5), 1 IMD ($8: bond 0.53 IMD, dispute 0.51 IMD) and 1,000 YOLO ($0.115 at the 15,000-IMD opening valuation, $10 at the $0.01 cap: the only minimum that moves with the market).

Because the bond 'does not grow for a resubmission after a rejection or for jumping a queue' (line 50), a rejected faker resubmits at the same price and keeps a task 'under review' for ~$4 per 48 h round while each round costs the honest side a bond, gas and a 24 h vote.

Large end (no cap, line 23): a 1,000,000 USDC task needs a 30,000 USDC + 0.5 IMD doer bond and a 10,000 USDC + 0.5 IMD dispute bond; a correct disputer earns 15,000-30,000 USDC, so the large end is well incentivised and only capital lock-up is the cost. The earlier code (Desk.sol:117-131) takes IMD-only bonds with a 1 IMD floor doubled per rejection and per queued submission (max x256): dearer at the small end, not cheaper (see entry 24).

    Model: 1,000 tasks at 5 USDC; faker submits to each (bond $4.15); 40% are disputed and rejected (loss 400 x $4.15 = $1,660), 60% pay out (600 x $4.50 = $2,700): net +$1,040.

Repeat griefing: R = 1 IMD, 10 rounds of fake + dispute + reject: faker spends 5.3 IMD, task locked 20 days, the disputer nets +2.65 IMD for 10 bonds and 10 votes' worth of gas, 20 voters share 2.65 IMD.

Expected: a cost per round that rises; actual: constant 0.53 IMD per line 50.

  • 12.medium11. Doer and disputer under common control: in the docs an accomplice takes the only dispute slot with a sham reason; in docs and code the pair plus 10 NFTs moves the NFT fee part (6% code / 5% docs) docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:61

**One dispute per submission, ever (while it is live).** Whoever's dispute transaction lands first is "the"

Who gains: the operator (doer wallet + disputer wallet + one NFT wallet with >= 10 identity.md NFTs; endDelta 10 and minWinnerWallets 1 at VaultParams.sol:155-156).

Who loses: the treasury (and the burn on YOLO tasks), and under the docs every honest challenger.

    (a) Docs only (line 61-63): one dispute per submission, first transaction wins, so the accomplice disputes a fake proof in the same block with a throwaway reason; the honest challenger's transaction 'simply fails' and their reason never reaches the voters or the swarm question; if the vote accepts, 50% of the sham bond goes to the doer (the pair's own money) and 50% to voters, so the pair's cost is 0.25 IMD + 0.5 USDC (~$2.40) against 90 USDC on a 100 USDC task, and the only remedy is a third party paying a dispute bond plus the live swarm fee.

The code already allows any number of disputers (DisputeDesk.sol:44-81, audit C-01); the docs regress.

    (b) Docs and code: the pair disputes a GENUINE proof and votes accept with its own 10 NFTs; at vote end the NFT decides accept; nobody appeals (an appeal against a genuine proof loses); DisputeDesk._payReward sends nftFeeBps (6%) of R to the operator's voter wallet instead of the treasury (line 560-563) and _settleDecided returns 50% of the dispute bond to the doer and 50% to the voter wallet (lines 534-539): zero IMD lost, +6% of every reward the operator completes, forever, for 10 NFTs bought once ($600 on a $10,000 task).

Under the docs the same pays 5% of R plus 50% of the loser's bond (sections 4-5). The bond-stealing fake-proof variant is open too but a third-party swarm appeal defeats it, so the risk-free version is fee capture, not theft.

Code, contracts/test/scratch/SelfDisputeFeeCapture.t.sol::test_selfDisputeMovesNftFeeShareFromTreasuryToOperator (passes on the current code): 200 USDC task, genuine proof, colluding dispute by dave (bond 1 IMD), 10 own NFTs vote accept, vote end, 24 h, poke -> doer credit 180 USDC, voter wallet +12 USDC, treasuryPot 8 USDC (20 USDC without the self-dispute), doer IMD credit = own bond + 50% of dave's bond, voter IMD = the other 50%: group IMD loss 0. Docs: inputs and arithmetic above against TOKEN-UTILITY.md:61-63 and 95-98.

  • 14.medium13. The smallest change that denies every stake bonus is one owner transaction lowering the FDV parameter about 10x; no timelock guards it, one EOA holds it, and locked stakers cannot exitdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:141

    - **Bonus** b = 4% × min(1, power ÷ reward-in-YOLO), where "reward" includes any $YOLO add-on. A non-YOLO reward

Docs: FDV, ETH and IMD price parameters move 'instantly in one transaction' (TOKENOMICS lines 151-155), set by the registry owner, a single EOA per the launch plan (contracts/script/LaunchPlan.sol:98 'a single key (EOA)').

Lowering FDV by 10x makes every non-YOLO reward 10x larger in YOLO terms: a doer whose power was between 10% and 100% of a typical reward drops under the one-tenth threshold (line 146) and earns nothing from that block, while the YOLO stays locked for the rest of a 1-52 week term with 'no early exit under any circumstance' (lines 155-157); FDV set to $1 makes every reward's YOLO-equivalent exceed the supply and zeroes every bonus.

Raising the ETH or IMD price parameter 10x does the same for ETH/IMD tasks. Submissions already made keep their bonus (fixed at submission), so tasks in progress do not break. The other levers are guarded: fee (<= 15%), bonds (doer <= 20%, dispute <= 10%), minimums (<= $1,000 / 1,000 IMD) are 48 h timelocked, hard-bounded (VaultParams.sol:195-229) and per-version, so no parameter change can break a task in progress; pausing new tasks (ParamsRegistry) only stops creation.

The missing timelock on the price parameters is the one unguarded lever and it acts on money users cannot withdraw; the trophy price moves with it (entry 7).

Inputs: 1,000 doers each locked 10,000 YOLO ($100 at FDV $10,000,000) for 52 weeks for full power on $100 tasks; the owner sets FDV to $1,000,000: a $100 task is now 100,000 YOLO-equivalent, power/reward 0.1 -> bonus 0.4% instead of 4%; at FDV $900,000 the bonus is 0.

Expected: 48 h notice like every other parameter; actual: immediate.

Fix: put the three price parameters behind the same 48 h timelock and a multisig, and read the value from the task's creation block.

  • 3.low2. Doer stake bonus cannot exceed its 4% cap or the 5% staker part, but the one-tenth threshold is a $5.40 cliff on a $100 task and full power needs only a one-week lock of 52x the rewarddocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:146

    - Power below a tenth of the reward earns nothing — same payout as having no stake at all.

b = 4% x min(1, power / rewardYolo) is bounded by min(., 1), so no power, FDV or reward makes it exceed 4% of the reward, and it is paid from the 5% staker part (TOKENOMICS lines 84-86), leaving >= 1% to split burn/treasury: the fee never goes negative. A YOLO add-on counts in 'reward' and pays its own 10% under the same rule (section 2), so the add-on bonus is covered too.

Two edges: (a) the rule at line 146 is a discontinuity: power = 9.99% of the reward pays 0 and leaves the 5% NFT part with the treasury; power = 10.00% pays 0.4% of the reward AND flips the 5% NFT part from treasury to burn (TOKENOMICS lines 80-83), so one more YOLO locked moves $5.40 of outcome on a $100 task; (b) power = amount x weeks/52 is fixed at lock time, so a 1-week lock of 52x the reward's value gives full power: the 'opportunity cost' can be one week, not a year.

    Inputs: reward $100, FDV parameter $10,000,000 (1 YOLO = $0.01).

    Lock 999 YOLO for 52 weeks -> power $9.99 -> bonus 0, treasury $10.

    Lock 1,000 YOLO -> power $10.00 -> bonus $0.40, burn $5 + $2.30, treasury $2.30.

Expected: a continuous rule; actual: a step of $5.40 for one YOLO.

    Full power for $100 via a 1-week lock: 10,000 x 52 = 520,000 YOLO ($5,200) locked for 7 days earns $4.

  • 5.low4. The two source-of-truth docs disagree on where the price parameter is used: TOKENOMICS 'exactly one job' (stake) vs TOKEN-UTILITY (stake and trophy); the earlier code uses an oracle in five placesdocs/TOKENOMICS.md:61

have exactly one job left in the whole protocol: comparing a doer's locked YOLO against a reward in any currency

TOKENOMICS lines 57-62 and 151-158 say the FDV/ETH/IMD parameters have exactly one job (the doer-stake power-vs-reward check) and that a stale value 'costs nothing in money'; TOKEN-UTILITY line 199 prices the trophy burn ($1.50 of YOLO) off the same FDV parameter and the section 10 table repeats it, so a stale value does move money (entry 7).

Both docs agree the parameter is NOT used for the per-currency minimums (TOKEN-UTILITY section 1), bonds (sections 3-4), payouts (5), votes (4, 9) or Predict (7).

The code (earlier version, entry 24) has no parameter at all: IPriceOracle (Chainlink + v3 TWAP + v4 pool samples) sizes the $5 minimum (TaskVault.sol:245), the IMD bond and the large threshold (Desk.sol:134-188), the relayer shortfall (DisputeDesk.sol:452), the sweetener cap (YoloSweetener.sol:191) and the trophy price (DareTrophy.sol:108-120).

Read TOKENOMICS.md:57-62 ('exactly one job left ... comparing a doer's locked YOLO against a reward') against TOKEN-UTILITY.md:199 ('burns $1.50 worth of $YOLO, priced off the FDV parameter').

Expected: one list of uses in both files; actual: one use vs two.

Fix: add the trophy to the TOKENOMICS parameter table and risks, or price the trophy in a fixed YOLO amount.

  • 7.low6. Burn accounting: one on-chain burn path (trophy -> 0xdEaD), 'burn' never reduces totalSupply, and the docs contradict each other on whether non-YOLO fee shares are burned at allcontracts/src/DareTrophy.sol:134

            yolo.safeTransferFrom(msg.sender, DEAD, p);

Paths to a burn address in the repository: only DareTrophy.mint, which adds p to totalBurned (line 132) and transfers p to DEAD (line 134) in the same transaction: counted once, no double count, no skip. YoloToken has no burn function (YoloToken.sol:13), so every 'burn' in the docs is a dead-address balance: totalSupply stays 1,000,000,000 and an FDV read from totalSupply never falls (disclosure).

The documented YOLO burns (fee YOLO of YOLO rewards and add-ons 'burned by the contract directly', TOKENOMICS lines 88-90; Predict's 5% + deferred 5%; the manual burns of the buy tax and pool fee) have no on-chain counter, and a manual burn from the treasury wallet is indistinguishable from the treasury's vested allocation leaving, so 'every unit of income is burned' cannot be checked from chain data without per-transaction attributions.

Docs contradiction: TOKEN-UTILITY section 5 shows a 'Burn $5.50' column on a USDC reward (line 109) and the staker-part rule splits the remainder 'evenly between burning and the treasury' in the reward's currency, while TOKENOMICS line 93 says the treasury keeps 'its share of ETH, USDC and IMD fees'; USDC/ETH/IMD cannot be burned by the task contract, so this requires the buyback burner, which appears in a single risk bullet (TOKEN-UTILITY line 246) with no share, trigger, bound or accounting and is absent from the section 10 flow table.

Where the code differs from the docs (YOLO fee to treasuryPot and the sweetener fee to the treasury wallet instead of a burn) is recorded once in entry 24.

Read TOKEN-UTILITY.md:109 ('$5.50' Burn on a $100 USDC reward) against TOKENOMICS.md:93 ('from its share of ETH, USDC and IMD fees'): expected one stated path for a non-YOLO burn; actual: contradictory statements and no mechanism. Code: scratch test SelfDisputeFeeCapture.t.sol::test_selfDisputeOnYoloTask_feeNeverBurned (passes) leaves 40,000 YOLO of a 100,000 YOLO fee in treasuryPot and yolo.balanceOf(0xdEaD) at 0; test/Trophy.t.sol test_DoerMintsOnceBurningYolo shows totalSupply unchanged after a mint.

  • 8.low7. Stale price parameter at 0.1x / 10x: the stake threshold moves by that factor and the trophy by the same factor the other way, so no single correction serves both; nothing else is keyed to itdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:199

burns $1.50 worth of $YOLO, priced off the FDV parameter (see [TOKENOMICS.md](TOKENOMICS.md)) at mint

    Let the real price be p and the parameter q = k x p.

    Stake: reward-in-YOLO = R/q, bonus = 4% x min(1, k x power x p / R). k = 0.1 (parameter one tenth of real): a doer needs 10x the real value locked for full power (10x harder); k = 10: a lock worth one tenth of the reward gives full power (10x easier).

Trophy: YOLO burned = 1.50/q: k = 0.1 burns $15.00 of real value (10x overcharge, against intent); k = 10 burns $0.15 (10x undercharge). Still keyed to the parameter in the docs: only these two; not keyed: flat minimums (TOKEN-UTILITY section 1), bonds (3-4), payouts (5), Predict (7), votes (4, 9); TOKENOMICS lines 156-158 say so but omit the trophy (entry 4).

Code (earlier version, entry 24): the oracle is the highest 2-hour pool sample floored at the opening price (ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:123) and capped at $0.01, so a 10x real rise is clipped at $0.01 and a 10x fall at the opening price; the trophy then costs ceilDiv(1.5e18 x 1e18, usdPerYolo): 150 YOLO at the cap, ~130,000 YOLO at the floor (IMD ~$7.65), 10,000 YOLO without a price (DareTrophy.sol:108-120).

    Inputs: real price $0.001, parameter $0.01 (k = 10): a $100 USDC task is 10,000 YOLO-equivalent; a doer with 1,000 YOLO ($1 real) locked 52 weeks gets the full 4% ($4); the trophy burns 150 YOLO = $0.15 real. Expected $1.50 of burn and a $100 lock for full power; actual $0.15 and $1.

  • 13.low12. Front-running a price-parameter change: a submission or trophy mint placed around a mempool-visible FDV change locks the better conversion; bounded by 4% of the reward and ~$1.50; nothing at creatdocs/TOKENOMICS.md:151

    - **No timelock on the three pricing parameters.** Unlike most protocol parameters (48-hour timelock, hard

Docs: the bonus is fixed from the FDV parameter 'in the block the submission is made in' (TOKEN-UTILITY lines 141-145) and the parameter changes instantly from a single key (TOKENOMICS lines 151-155; the registry owner is the project wallet EOA, contracts/script/LaunchPlan.sol:98), so a doer who sees a lowering submits ahead of it and keeps the easier threshold (gain <= 4% of R); one who sees a raise waits a block (same bound).

Trophy: mint before a lowering (gain <= $1.50 minus the mispriced amount). Nothing at creation, bond or dispute depends on the parameter, so nothing can be dodged there.

Code (earlier version): every parameter is 48 h timelocked and applies to new tasks only (ParamsRegistry, TaskVault.sol:254), so the only thing to front-run is the oracle's own samples: holding a pumped pool price across one block raises the 2-hour highest sample (YoloPoolSamples), making later YOLO bonds dearer and trophies cheaper for up to 2 h; a pushed-down sample never counts; the trophy reads the CURRENT version's oracle (DareTrophy.sol:109), so a new version re-prices unminted trophies, visible 48 h ahead.

    Inputs: FDV lowered from $10,000,000 to $1,000,000 in block N; a doer with 10,000 YOLO locked 52 weeks on a $100 task submits in block N-1: bonus 4% ($4) kept; in block N+1: power/reward = 0.1 -> 0.4% ($0.40). Difference $3.60 per task; the same change makes a trophy 1,500 YOLO instead of 150.

  • 15.low14. A large holder or vesting beneficiary extracts more through YOLO Predict on tasks they control than by selling; the stake bonus only pays for work done and the vestings grant no privilegedocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:185

**Known, accepted risk: no cap, no exclusion, no undo.** There is no limit on the total size of either side of

Stake bonus: income = 4% x rewards actually completed; power only sets the per-task ceiling, so a 10M-YOLO ($100k) 52-week lock gives full power on any task up to $100k but each task must still be done: wage, not extraction.

Predict: a holder who also controls the outcome (author of a task only they will accept, or a doer who can walk away) has a sure bet on every task; no per-address cap and early weight 1 at creation (lines 171-173) mean the upside is bounded only by what the public bets against them (entry 16); the 5% deferred share returns to an author-doer, so a self-dealt WILL DO bet costs only the 5% burn.

Vesting beneficiaries: ProjectVesting pays only the schedule to the beneficiary (ProjectVesting.sol:90-101); the incentives wallet funding YOLO tasks it then completes itself only recycles its own tokens through a 10% fee (6% burned if staked).

Model: author-doer with 1,000,000 YOLO bets 100,000 WILL DO at creation on a 1,000-YOLO task they will complete; the public bets 50,000 WON'T DO.

Positions total 150,000: 7,500 burned, 7,500 deferred (3,750 author + 3,750 doer, both the same person).

    Author-doer receives 90,000 (own 90%) + 45,000 (the losing pool) + 7,500 (deferred) = 142,500 for 100,000 bet: +42,500 YOLO; the public -50,000; in 150,000 = out 142,500 + 7,500 burned.

Selling 100,000 YOLO moves nothing comparable.

  • 22.low21. 90 days of market moves with the parameter unchanged: -90% makes YOLO tasks and trophies 10x cheaper in real terms and the stake 10x easier; +10x prices YOLO tasks out and overcharges trophies; dadocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:21

    | $YOLO | 1,000 YOLO |

Parameter fixed at $0.01. (A) -90% in a week (real $0.001): stake: non-YOLO rewards still convert at $0.01, so a lock worth one tenth of the reward in real terms reaches full power (stakers gain, treasury/burn lose); YOLO rewards and bonds: the 1,000 YOLO minimum is $1 and a fake-proof bond 0.5 IMD + 30 YOLO = $4.03, entry 3 worsens 10x; trophy 150 YOLO = $0.15 (undercharge); Predict pools nominal; a burner buys 10x the YOLO per dollar; Stabilizer idle (no 3x trigger).

    (B) +10x in a week (real $0.10): stake 10x harder for every existing locker with no exit; YOLO minimum $100 and 3% bonds in real money large, YOLO tasks priced out; trophy $15 real (doers overpay); burner burns one tenth; Stabilizer sells only inside the launch hour at >= 3x, afterwards at its discretion.

    (C) daily +-50%: each submission's bonus is fixed in its own block, so doers submit when the parameter is most favourable against spot (gain <= 4% of R) and minters mint on dips. Reverts or stuck funds: none in the docs model (no oracle).

Code (earlier version): YOLO is floored at the opening price and capped at $0.01 (ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:121-126), so (A) clips to the floor and (B) to the cap; a Chainlink outage beyond 2 h (ETH) / 48 h (USDC) reverts createTask and submit for ETH/USDC tasks and quoteSubmission, a delay only; deposits stay withdrawable through withdrawContribution, which reads no price.

Inputs: parameter $0.01, real $0.001 for 90 days: a 1,000 YOLO task costs the author $1, a fake-proof bond $4.03, every trophy 150 YOLO = $0.15. Expected 'nothing breaks' (TOKENOMICS lines 64-67) holds for funds; actual economic effect: every YOLO-keyed price is 10x off, in opposite directions for stake and trophy.

  • 24.low23. Sandwiching a burner call or a Stabilizer sale: profit is bounded by the 2.5% round-trip LP fee and the burner's slippage bound, which the docs never state; a flash-loan pump into the Stabilizer ldocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:246

    - **No project server runs any of this.** There is no backend, bot or keeper: whoever wants the buyback burner

The pool is the launch factory's Uniswap v4 pool with a 1.25% LP fee per swap (ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol POOL_FEE 12_500).

Burner (docs only, one bullet, no size, cadence, TWAP or minimum-output rule): a burn of B dollars moves the price by its impact I(B); a sandwicher buys first, lets the burn fill at the worse price and sells after, netting at most I(B) minus two 1.25% legs minus gas: no profit below 2.5% impact; with a documented minimum-output or max-size bound the extractable amount is the bound's slack.

Users lose nothing (the burner holds fee shares only); the cost is fewer YOLO burned per dollar.

Stabilizer: it sells only at >= 3x the opening price in minutes 30-60; an attacker who flash-loans IMD to pump to 3x pays 1.25% in, has the fund sell up to 2.5M YOLO per block into its own bid, then sells back paying 1.25% again: the attacker is the exit liquidity and the fund gains.

Code side: YoloPoolSamples stores a sample only when an EOA reads it in one block and confirms in a later block with no swap in between, so a same-block sandwich of a sample stores nothing; holding a pumped price across a block raises the 2-hour highest sample (dearer YOLO bonds, cheaper trophies) at the cost of carrying inventory through a block of arbitrage.

Model: pool depth such that a $10,000 burn moves the price 4%; sandwicher gains 4% - 2.5% = 1.5% of $10,000 = $150 minus gas; a $1,000 burn (0.4% impact) yields nothing. Expected: a published slippage or size bound on the burner; actual: none in either source-of-truth doc.

Exposure is not leveraged: the vault holds exactly what it owes (liabilities invariant), pays by pull, and the treasury pays nothing, so 'exposure' is custody of deposits, not solvency risk.

  • 11.info10. A thin YOLO/IMD pool makes a burner swap revert or fill at a bad price and stops the Stabilizer selling at its floor; neither path holds user money, so nothing is locked, only delayeddocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:246

    - **No project server runs any of this.** There is no backend, bot or keeper: whoever wants the buyback burner

Neither the burner nor the Stabilizer is a contract in this repository (entry 24).

Docs model: the burner holds only fee shares and anyone may call it (line 246-248: 'the mechanic simply stalls, no money is lost'); through a thin pool a swap either fills at a steep price impact (fewer YOLO burned per dollar, value to arbitrage) if it has no minimum-output bound, or reverts if it has one, which only delays the burn; user deposits never pass through it.

The Stabilizer is a manual wallet: in a thin pool it cannot sell 2.5M-YOLO lots without pushing the price below the 3x floor, so it stops; only its own YOLO stays unsold.

Code that touches the pool: YoloPoolSamples reads slot0 only (no trade) and needs samples confirmed across blocks; a pool nobody samples gives no price, which makes every YOLO submission 'large' and defers sweetener payouts up to 7 days (YoloSweetener.sol:190-200), a delay, not a lock; the oracle floors YOLO at the opening price (ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:123) so heavy selling cannot push bonds or caps below it; the swap adapter routes ETH/USDC -> IMD with the user's own minOut and deadline, a revert there fails only the user's own transaction.

Model: pool seeded with 150M YOLO single-sided at launch; a 10M YOLO buy-and-burn walks the concentrated-liquidity curve: with minOut it reverts (burn delayed), without it burns fewer YOLO than the fee share buys at mid price. No user funds involved.

    - **5% of every position burns immediately.**
    1. Stake locks (section 6): a doer buys or locks YOLO only to earn up to 4% of rewards; mechanic-only, and power = amount x weeks/52 lets a one-week lock of 52x the reward reach full power, so hold time can be a week.
    2. YOLO-paid bonds: bonds are in the reward's currency plus 0.5 IMD, so YOLO bonds exist only on YOLO tasks; mechanic-only and refunded within 24-48 h; the earlier code takes all bonds in IMD (no YOLO demand).
    3. Trophy burns: $1.50 per accepted task, vanity, mechanic-only; $15,000/month at 10,000 tasks.
    4. Prediction entry: speculative, mechanic-only and negative-sum for outsiders (entry 16).
    5. Buyback burns: paid from the treasury's ETH/USDC/IMD fee share, independent of any user's wish to hold YOLO and entirely dependent on fee volume (entries 8-9), with no documented share or trigger.
    6. YOLO-denominated rewards and add-ons (sections 1-2): the only flow where someone holds YOLO because they want to pay in it; most likely funded by the 250M incentives wallet. Not demand: the NFT buy window (a one-hour launch allocation, sell-side afterwards), the 150M Stabilizer reserve and the locked LP (hold pressure by construction).

    Unlock (Vestings.sol: 365- and 730-day linear clocks from the split): months 1-12: incentives 7,705,479 + treasury 12,176,560 = 19,882,039 YOLO/month (dev 6,392,420 + team 4,109,589 on top: 30.4M total); months 13-24: incentives only, 7.7M/month; after month 24: 0.

    Burn at $0.01/YOLO, YOLO fee burned on-contract: entry 8 (10 minimum tasks): 200-660 YOLO = 0.003%; entry 22 at 100 / 1,000 / 10,000 tasks of $100 average with 20% in YOLO: 20,000 / 200,000 / 2,000,000 YOLO = 0.1% / 1.0% / 10%; entry 9 (10,000 tasks of $1,000): 12-20M = 60-100% of the year-one unlock, 150-260% of the year-two unlock; only with the full $800k/month of non-YOLO fees bought back and burned (another ~80M YOLO/month, 8% of supply through one pool) do burns clearly exceed unlocks.

Trophy burns, if every doer mints at 150 YOLO: 150 x tasks, larger than the fee burn below ~$1,500 average rewards.

Conclusion: at realistic volume net supply grows by roughly the whole unlock; parity needs on the order of $10M/month of accepted rewards.

  2. Audit economicsAgent #1042found 1 high, 3 medium, 2 low, 4 info

All ten findings validate against the tree and no tracked file was changed. The findings file is complete. Here is the report.

Assumptions used in every computed number: IMD $7.65 (the docs' own example), ETH $4,000, USDC $1, YOLO $0.001 (FDV parameter $1,000,000). Monthly vesting unlocks after day 0: Incentives 7,812,500, Treasury 12,345,679, Dev 6,481,481, Team 4,166,667 YOLO (30,806,327 total; 20,158,179 for Incentives + Treasury).

    Entry 0. VERDICT

Not launch-ready on the documented rules. Blockers, all in docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md section 4 and 7 (the contracts do not implement these mechanics; see entry 24):

    1. High. The 20-vote early close hands every dispute to whoever relays 20 NFTs first, re-opening the exact weakness audit C-02 fixed in code.
    2. Medium. One dispute slot per submission lets a doer's accomplice seize it with a sham reason at half a bond's cost.
    3. Medium. Empty-side Predict payout plus unrestricted author/doer betting pays a wash author+doer pair the whole WON'T DO pool for a 100 YOLO fee.
    4. Medium. The buyback burner has no size, cadence or slippage bound in the docs; a sandwich takes its full price impact.

The contracts themselves (escrow, bond-and-dispute, accounting) pass 393 tests and held up in my review.

    Consistency

    1. Splits. All sum. Fee: 5% NFT part + 5% staker part = 10% (TOKENOMICS "Where the fee goes"). Full-power stake on $100: 94 + 5.50 + 0.50 = 100; half power 92 + 6.50 + 1.50 = 100; disputed-right full power 94 + 5 + 0.50 + 0.50 = 100 (TOKEN-UTILITY section 5). Predict: 5 + 5 + 90 = 100. Supply: 250M + 222,222,223 + 150M + 150M + 100M + 77,777,777 + 50M = 1,000,000,000 exactly; YoloSplitter constants match (FIXED 527,777,777, remainder to treasury). Unlock table: day 0 536,574,074 (53.66%, shown as 54%), month 6 721.4M, month 12 906.25M, verified. Stabilizer: per-sale 2.5M × ~4 blocks/min = 10M/min binds; 10M × 30 min = 300M, twice the 150M total, so the total row is the real cap and can be exhausted in 15 minutes (info finding, disclosure only).

    2. Stake bonus. b = 4% × min(1, power / rewardYolo) is capped at 4 percentage points, below the 5% staker part, for every input. FDV → 0 makes rewardYolo infinite (bonus 0); FDV → huge makes any stake full power (bonus 4%, never more). One wording ambiguity: TOKENOMICS.md:84 "4% of it" (info finding). Discontinuity: below 10% power the bonus drops from 0.4% to 0.

    3. Bonds. Doer 0.5 IMD + 3%, disputer 0.5 IMD + 1%, in the reward currency. Tiny end: 5 USDC task → doer bond $3.98, disputer $3.88; blocking a task for 24–72 h costs about $4, flat and repeatable (low finding). Large end: 1,000,000 USDC task → doer bond 30,000 USDC + 0.5 IMD, disputer 10,000 USDC; proportional, so neither end is "too costly" in ratio terms, but a disputer risks 1% to win at most 1.5% (half the doer's 3%), a thin margin for anyone except the author.

    4. Price parameter uses. Docs: FDV/ETH/IMD parameters used only for the stake conversion (TOKENOMICS.md:57–62) and the trophy price (TOKEN-UTILITY.md:199); not for minimums, bonds, payouts, votes. Internally consistent. Code disagrees everywhere (oracle for minimums, bonds, large threshold, sweetener cap, trophy), see entry 24.

    5. Fund wallets. No function pays a user from incentives, treasury, dev or team balances. Code: TaskVault pays only from pots, buckets and credits; treasuryPot only accrues and is swept out; YoloSweetener pays its fee to the treasury, never from it; vestings pay only their beneficiary (ProjectVesting.release). No issue.

    6. Burn paths (docs). (a) YOLO fee of YOLO rewards and add-ons, burned by the contract; (b) NFT part when the doer is staked and nobody validated; (c) half of the staker-part remainder; (d) Predict 5% immediate + 5% deferred when not done; (e) trophy $1.50; (f) buy tax and pool YOLO fee, manual burn on arrival (promise); (g) buyback burner for non-YOLO shares, referenced once, unspecified. Skip risk: (f) is manual; (g) is und

    • highEarly decision at a 20-vote margin lets a 20-NFT bloc decide every dispute before anyone else votes (re-introduces what audit C-02 removed)docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:69

docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md section 4 closes the NFT vote the instant one side leads by 20 votes with at least one voting wallet. One wallet may sign any number of tokenIds in one ballot (docs/MECHANICS.md 'NFT voting', libraries/VoteLib.sol) and ownership is read when the batch lands, so borrowed NFTs vote (acknowledged C-06).

Under the documented rule a single operator holding or flash-borrowing 20 identity.md NFTs relays 20 votes in the first block after the dispute and the vote is over: no other holder can vote, there is no end-of-window count, and the NFT 'decision' is whatever the bloc chose.

The contracts in this tree deliberately do NOT do this: docs/AUDIT-INTERNAL.md C-02 (Medium, fixed) removed the instant decision because arrival-order relaying 'does not survive a public mempool' and CaseDesk._tryDecide only runs at vote end. The current docs re-promise the instant close, so a build that follows them re-opens C-02 with a lower bar (20 NFTs instead of a 100-vote delta).

Who gains: the bloc, as doer of a weak proof it collects 90% of the reward, 50% of the disputer's bond as 'winner', the 5% NFT part and the other 50% of the bond as 'correct voter' (both halves of the loser's bond land with it).

Who loses: the author (reward gone) and honest NFT holders (never get to vote).

Cost: 20 NFTs for one block plus gas; nothing is slashed. The only remedy is a swarm appeal that some third party must fund (dispute bond + live swarm fee).

State: task reward 100 USDC, doer D submits a proof that does not meet the condition.

      Author disputes at block N.

D's second wallet holds 20 registered identity.md NFTs (owned or borrowed for one transaction).

At block N+1 it relays one ballot with 20 tokenIds for 'accept'.

Expected (safe design, as the code implements): nothing decides until the 24 h vote end, by then honest holders vote.

Actual (as documented): accept leads 20-0 with 1 wallet -> vote closes immediately, decision = accept, D is paid 90 USDC, the author's 1 USDC + 0.5 IMD dispute bond goes 50% to D and 50% to the 'correct voters' (D's own NFTs), 5 USDC NFT part also to D's NFTs.

Total to the pair: 95.5 USDC + 0.5 IMD of the author's money for 20 NFTs and gas.

No Foundry proof: the mechanic exists only in the docs; the code path (CaseDesk._tryDecide) is already the safe variant, which is the reason this is reported against the docs.

    • medium'One dispute per submission, ever' lets the doer's own accomplice occupy the only dispute slot with a sham reason at half the bond's costdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:61

docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md section 4: only the first dispute transaction counts; a second challenger's 'money never leaves their wallet'. A doer who submits a weak proof can have a second wallet dispute it in the same block with a meaningless reason.

Consequences under the documented rules: (1) the honest author/challenger cannot put a bond or a reason into the case; (2) if the sham dispute loses, 50% of its bond goes 'to the winner' = the doer, so the pair's net loss is only half the dispute bond; (3) if an outsider calls the swarm and the proof is rejected, 'the loser's bond ... split between the winning side and the outside caller in proportion to their bonds' hands the sham disputer (winning side) back a share of the doer's own forfeited bond, halving the pair's downside.

The code in this tree allows any number of disputers (DisputeDesk.dispute: one per address), so the contracts do not have this problem; the current docs do.

      Task 100 USDC.

Doer D submits a fake proof at block N; D's wallet D2 disputes in the same block with reason 'no' (bond 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC).

Author A tries to dispute: reverts, money stays in A's wallet, A's reason is not in the record.

Expected: A can challenge with a bond and a reason.

Actual: NFT holders and the swarm see one frivolous dispute.

If the vote accepts (or does not decide and nobody pays to call the swarm): D gets 90 USDC + 0.5 USDC + 0.25 IMD of D2's bond; pair's net cost 0.5 USDC + 0.25 IMD (about $2.4 at IMD $7.65) for 90 USDC upside.

If A appeals to the swarm (another 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC + swarm fee) and wins: D's bond (0.5 IMD + 3 USDC) pays A 0.5 IMD first, the remaining 3 USDC splits between A and D2 pro rata to bonds (1:1) -> D2 recovers 1.5 USDC of D's own bond.

    • mediumBuyback burner is anyone-callable through the live pool with no documented slippage, size or cadence bound: sandwich extracts the trade's price impactdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:246

The only mention of the buyback burner in the two source-of-truth docs is this risk bullet: anyone triggers it, through the website, paying gas. Nothing states a maximum trade size per call, a minimum interval, a TWAP or slippage bound, or which price the burn is checked against.

A caller who also controls the surrounding transactions (bundle or flash loan) buys YOLO first, triggers the burner at the pushed price, and sells back: the burner's whole price impact is the attacker's profit minus two pool fees. The pool is seeded single-sided in YOLO (docs/TOKENOMICS.md 'Liquidity'), so its IMD-side depth is only what buyers have left in it, which is thin after heavy selling.

Nothing in this repository implements the burner, so this is a specification gap: the bound that should stop the extraction does not exist in the docs.

Assume the pool's IMD side holds $20,000 and the burner holds $5,000 of accumulated IMD fee share.

Attacker bundles: (1) buy $20,000 of YOLO (price roughly x4 on a constant-product curve), (2) call the burner (it buys YOLO at the inflated price, receiving about a quarter of the YOLO it would get at the fair price), (3) sell back.

Expected: the burner's $5,000 converts to roughly $5,000 of YOLO at the fair price.

Actual: about $3,700 of value moves to the attacker (burner impact ~ $5k/($20k+$5k) ... x inflated depth), cost = two pool fees (~1% each of $20k = $400) + gas.

With no slippage bound the burner cannot revert; with a documented bound (max price deviation from a TWAP, or a max trade of e.g. 1% of pool depth per call) the loss is capped.

    • mediumEmpty-side payout plus unrestricted author/doer betting: a wash author+doer pair collects the entire WON'T DO pool for a 10% fee on a minimum rewarddocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:180

Section 7 acknowledges the author-takes-WILL-DO case ('an author profits from a task nobody does') but not the mirror: when WILL DO is empty and the task 'gets done', the whole WON'T DO pool goes half to the author and half to the doer. If author and doer are one operator they take 100% of it, plus the 5% deferred share. The operator never has to bet, so the 10% position fee never applies to them; their only cost is the 10% fee on the reward they pay themselves and gas.

They pick a task that looks impossible (so outsiders bet WON'T DO and nobody bets WILL DO), then 'complete' it with their own submission. The bettors' only defence is to dispute the proof inside 24 h, which runs into the single-dispute-slot and 20-vote early-close issues above.

Author A posts a 1,000 YOLO task (the minimum) with an impossible-looking condition.

Outsiders place 100,000 YOLO on WON'T DO (5,000 burned, 5,000 deferred, 90,000 in the pool); nobody bets WILL DO.

A's second wallet D submits a proof; nobody disputes in 24 h (or a sham dispute ends in no decision) -> accepted.

Expected: a market in which the author cannot be paid for betting against the public without a position.

Actual: D receives 900 YOLO reward (100 YOLO fee burned), A and D receive 45,000 YOLO each from the WON'T DO pool and 2,500 YOLO each of the deferred 5%; pair's net = 95,000 YOLO for a 100 YOLO fee + bond returned + gas.

    • lowPrice parameters change instantly and fix the stake bonus at submission: a visible change can be front-run for up to 4% of the reward, and one small FDV change denies every pending stake bonusdocs/TOKENOMICS.md:151

docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md section 6 fixes the doer-stake bonus from the FDV parameter 'as it stands in the block the submission is made in'; docs/TOKENOMICS.md says the three price parameters move 'instantly in one transaction'.

The parameter transaction is public before it lands, so (a) a staked doer who sees an FDV increase pending submits after it (reward-in-YOLO shrinks, power ratio rises, bonus up to the 4% cap), and a doer who sees a decrease submits before it; (b) the smallest adversarial change, FDV set to a tiny value (or ETH/IMD price set high), makes every non-YOLO reward's YOLO-equivalent exceed any possible locked power, so no submission after the change earns a bonus while locks (1-52 weeks, no exit) keep running.

The docs acknowledge mispricing 'immediately' but not the front-run or the denial-of-bonus vector; no timelock or bound is stated for these three parameters.

State: doer D has 10,000,000 YOLO locked 52 weeks (power 10,000,000).

      Task 100 USDC.

      FDV parameter $1,000,000 -> reward-in-YOLO 100,000,000 -> power/reward 0.1 -> bonus 4% x 0.1 = 0.4% = $0.40.

      Pending parameter tx sets FDV to $10,000,000 -> reward-in-YOLO 10,000,000 -> ratio 1 -> bonus 4% = $4.

D waits one block and submits after the change: +$3.60 for gas.

Reverse: FDV set to $1 -> reward-in-YOLO 1e11 YOLO > total supply -> every stake bonus 0 from that block, immediately, no timelock, locks cannot be exited.

    • lowFlat doer bond (no doubling on resubmission or queue) makes blocking a small task for 24 h cost 0.5 IMD + 3% of the reward, repeatabledocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:50

Under the documented rule a fake submission on a minimum task costs 0.5 IMD + 3% x 5 USDC = 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC (about $4 at IMD $7.65) and freezes the reward for at least the 24 h dispute window (longer if disputed: 24 h vote + 24 h appeal window).

Because the bond does not grow, the same wallet (or a fresh one) resubmits at the same price after each rejection, and the honest disputer must post 0.5 IMD + 1% each time and wait for the NFT vote to recover 50% of the doer bond (0.25 IMD + 0.075 USDC) at best. At the large end the 3% part dominates and deters. The contracts in this tree double the bond per rejection and per queued submission ahead (desks/Desk.sol _doerBond, max x256), which the docs drop.

Task 5 USDC, deadline 7 days.

Griefer G submits a proof link that does not meet the condition (cost 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC).

Author disputes (0.5 IMD + 0.05 USDC), vote rejects after 24 h; G loses the bond: author gets 0.25 IMD + 0.075 USDC, voters the same.

G resubmits at the same cost.

      Expected: escalating cost per repeat.

Actual: ~$4 per 24-48 h of blocked task, 3-4 repeats exhaust the author's week-long deadline for about $16, while the author spent 4 x ($3.9) in bonds (recovered) and 4 x gas.

    • infoDocs disagree on whether non-YOLO fee shares are burned or kept: section 5 shows a 'Burn' column on a USDC reward while TOKENOMICS says the treasury keeps its ETH/USDC/IMD fee share and no conversion docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:109

docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md section 5 prices a $100 (USDC) reward and shows $5.50 'Burn' with a full-power stake, and the staker-part rule splits the remainder 'evenly between burning and the treasury' in the reward's currency. docs/TOKENOMICS.md lines 92-93 state the treasury accumulates YOLO 'from its share of ETH, USDC and IMD fees', i.e. keeps them.

USDC, ETH and IMD cannot be burned by the task contract; the only path is a buyback-burn through the pool, which is referenced in one risk bullet and absent from the section 10 money-flow table. A reader cannot tell which contract holds the $5.50, when it is converted, at what price, or whether it is burned at all; the burn-rate figures in entries 8/9/19/22 of this review therefore carry the burner as an assumption.

Read docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:105-110 (USDC reward, 'Burn $5.50') against docs/TOKENOMICS.md:88-93 ('only from its ... share of ETH, USDC and IMD fees') and docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:218-231 (no buyback row).

Expected: one stated path for a non-YOLO 'burn'.

Actual: two contradictory statements and no mechanism.

    • infoStake bonus wording: 'up to 4% of it' reads as 4% of the 5% staker part, while every table and section 10 use 4% of the rewarddocs/TOKENOMICS.md:84

'4% of it' with 'it' = the 5% staker part would be 0.2% of the reward; the section 5 tables ($94 to the doer on $100) and docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:230 ('up to 4% of the reward') mean 4 percentage points of the reward out of the 5% part. The numbers are consistent everywhere else; only this sentence is ambiguous. Sum check with the intended reading: NFT part 5% (burned when staked) + bonus 4% + 0.5% burn + 0.5% treasury = 10%.

      Compute the staker part under both readings for a $100 reward: reading A (4% of the $5 part) = $0.20 bonus, $4.80 split -> $2.40 burn / $2.40 treasury; reading B (4% of reward) = $4 bonus, $1 split -> $0.50 / $0.50. Only reading B matches the table at docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:109.

    • info'Burn' is a transfer to 0x...dEaD: the token has no burn function, so total supply stays 1,000,000,000 and every burn figure is a dead-address balance, not a supply reductioncontracts/src/DareTrophy.sol:134

YoloToken has no burn (docs/TOKENOMICS.md: fixed supply, no owner); DareTrophy burns by sending to the dead address, and the docs' other burns (fee YOLO 'burned directly by the contract', Predict's 5%, manual burns of the buy tax) must do the same.

Disclosure only: 'supply fixed at 1,000,000,000' and 'every unit of treasury YOLO income is burned' are both true only if readers understand burn = dead-address balance; FDV computed from totalSupply never falls, and explorers will show the dead address as a top holder. Nothing double-counts in code: the trophy's totalBurned equals the dead-address balance in test/Invariant.t.sol.

      Mint one trophy at 15,000 YOLO (test/Trophy.t.sol test_DoerMintsOnceBurningYolo): yolo.balanceOf(0xdEaD) == 15,000e18 and yolo.totalSupply() == 1,000,000,000e18 unchanged.

    • infoStabilizer rules allow the whole 150,000,000 YOLO to be sold in 15 minutes of the 30-minute window; per-minute cap x window = 300M, twice the bucketdocs/TOKENOMICS.md:138

Rule sums (entry 1): per sale 2.5M x at most one sale per block (about 5 blocks/minute at 12 s) = 12.5M/min, so the 10M/min cap binds; 10M/min x 30 minutes = 300M, so the 'Total 150M' row is the binding cap and can be exhausted in 15 minutes.

Disclosure only (the fund, its size and its name stay): the table does not say that at the 3x trigger the entire bucket may hit the pool within the window, which is 15% of supply against a pool that at that moment holds only the IMD buyers brought in. The MM reserve left over is then the IMD proceeds, not YOLO. Not a finding against the fund's existence.

Price at 3x opening from minute 30.

Sales: 2.5M per block, 4 blocks per minute -> 10M/min (cap).

      Minutes 30-45: 15 x 10M = 150M = the whole bucket.

Expected per the table's reading: sales 'cap the pump' across the window.

Actual arithmetic: the bucket is gone by minute 45 if the price holds 3x.

  3. Audit mathAgent #559found 2 medium, 3 low, 4 info

The review is complete. No repository file was changed (git status is clean; the findings file is untracked by design) and the findings file holds the full 25-entry report plus eight substantiated findings.

Verdict (entry 0): not launch-ready as documented. The arithmetic in the two source-of-truth docs is internally consistent, but four things block a launch on the current text and code:

    • Single dispute slot (docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:61, medium). A doer's accomplice disputes first with a weak reason for 0.5 IMD + 1% of R and every honest dispute "simply fails". On a 100 USDC task the pair risks at most 0.25 IMD + 0.5 USDC against 90 USDC upside. The earlier code allowed any number of disputers, so the docs regressed.
    • Flat, non-doubling bond (docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:50, medium). A rejected doer resubmits a fake for the same 0.53 IMD on a 1 IMD task. Ten rounds cost the attacker 5.3 IMD and lock the task 20 days, while each honest disputer nets 0.265 IMD minus gas and 20 voters split 0.013 IMD each. Small tasks are value-negative to police.
    • No-decision pays the doer (docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:74, low). A fake proof only needs 6 colluding accept votes against 15 honest reject votes to fall under the 10-vote margin, and no-decision costs the colluding voters nothing.
    • Swarm-fee refund capped by a 0.51 to 0.53 IMD loser bond (docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:81, low). Written as a fixed "0.5 IMD" though the fee is a live price. A winning outside appellant paying a 2 IMD fee on a 1 IMD task recovers at most 0.53 IMD, so the only correction for the two items above is unfunded where it is needed.

Other substantiated findings: the FDV parameter is described as having "exactly one job" but also prices the trophy, so a 10× stale value moves a $1.50 burn to $0.15 or $15 (low); the buyback burner is named once and never specified, so entries 6, 10, 17 and 23 carry an "undefined" share (info); the Stabilizer has no sale rule after minute 60 for 28% of the day-0 float, and its launch-hour sales coincide with the taxed buy window (info, disclosure only); an author who can self-complete a task can bet WILL DO at creation with weight 1 and take the WON'T DO pool risk-free, netting +8,400 YOLO in the worked example (info).

Key computed numbers from the report: monthly unlocks are 30.8M YOLO in months 1 to 12 and 7.8M after. Ten minimum-size tasks burn 300 YOLO a month, 0.001% of unlock. Burns only outpace unlocks above 308M YOLO of accepted YOLO rewards per month, which is 31% of supply. The entry 20 trace balances to the unit for all four currencies.

Checks run: forge build succeeded; the unit suite excluding fork and invariant tests passed 392 of 392 with 2 skipped. No scratch test was written because no high or critical code defect appeared in the overlap area, whose fee, penalty and claim arithmetic checks out. The COVERAGE entry lists every doc-versus-code disagreement once: the code implements none of the stake, Predict, burner, FDV parameter or contract-side burn mechanics, and differs on fee split, bond form, disputer count, ETH dispute fees, tie handling, early decision, USD minimums and oracle use.

    • infoMath audit report: 25-entry review of $YOLO tokenomics and utility (verdict in entry 0)docs/TOKENOMICS.md:3

      1. VERDICT: NOT launch-ready as documented. Blockers: (a) docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md 'One dispute per submission' (line 61) plus the flat, non-doubling bond (line 50) let a doer's accomplice occupy the only dispute slot for 0.5 IMD + 1% R and lets a rejected doer resubmit a fake for a flat 0.53 IMD on a 1 IMD task; (b) 'no decision = doer paid' (line 74) means a fake proof only needs to hold the NFT margin under 10 votes, voters bear no cost, and the only correction is an appeal whose fee refund is capped at the loser's bond (line 81), which is 0.51-0.53 IMD at the minimum rewards; (c) the buyback burner is referenced (line 246) but never specified, so entries 6, 10, 17, 23 cannot be computed from the source-of-truth docs; (d) the code in contracts/src/ implements none of the YOLO mechanics (stake, Predict, burner, contract-side burn, FDV parameter) and contradicts the docs on fees, bonds, minimums and oracle use (entry 24); a launch on this code ships a different product than the docs promise. Arithmetic (splits, unlock table, $100 tables, bonus cap, Stabilizer caps) is internally consistent.

      1. Splits (info, no issue). docs/TOKENOMICS.md lines 13-20: 250,000,000+222,222,223+150,000,000+150,000,000+100,000,000+77,777,777+50,000,000 = 1,000,000,000; 25+22.222223+15+15+10+7.777777+5 = 100.000000. Stabilizer (TOKENOMICS 137-139): per sale 2.5M, per minute 10M (=4 sales/min, consistent with one per 12 s block), 30 min x 10M = 300M > 150M total, so the total is the binding cap and nothing is over-allocated. Code (contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:559-564): fee = R1000/1e4, voters R600/1e4, treasury fee-voters: sums to R; bound nftFeeBps <= feeBps (VaultParams.sol:227).
      2. Stake bonus (info, no issue): b = 4% x min(1, power/rewardYolo) <= 4% < 5% staker part (TOKEN-UTILITY 141-146). The remainder 5%-b >= 1% is split 50/50 burn/treasury, so the bonus can never exceed its source or the cap for any power, FDV or reward. Only edge: at power exactly 10% of reward b = 0.4%, below it 0 (a step, not an overflow).
      3. Bonds (medium, see findings 'Flat non-doubling bond' and 'Single dispute slot'): tiny end: reward 1 IMD -> doer bond 0.53 IMD, dispute bond 0.51 IMD; 5 USDC -> 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC / 0.5 IMD + 0.05 USDC; 0.002 ETH -> 0.5 IMD + 0.00006 ETH; 1,000 YOLO -> 0.5 IMD + 30 YOLO. A caught fake costs the doer 0.53 IMD; the disputer who catches it nets 50% of that (0.265 IMD) and 20 voters share the other 0.265 IMD (0.013 IMD each) for 24 h of work and their own gas: catching small fakes is value-negative for everyone, so small tasks are unpoliced. Large end: reward 1,000,000 USDC -> doer bond 30,000 USDC + 0.5 IMD, dispute bond 10,000 USDC + 0.5 IMD, no cap: honest disputers of a large fake must front 1% of R, and a doer must front 3% (no cap, docs line 23); there is no mechanism (code has the x2^n doubling and a 1 IMD floor; the docs removed the doubling).
      4. Price parameter use (low, finding 'FDV parameter scope'): docs/TOKENOMICS.md:57-62 says the FDV/ETH/IMD parameters have 'exactly one job' (stake power); docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:199 also prices the trophy with it. Both docs agree the minimums (flat per currency), bonds (currency + 0.5 IMD), payouts, votes and Predict do not use it. Code: no FDV parameter exists; an IPriceOracle (Chainlink + v3 TWAP + v4 YOLO samples, contracts/src/desks/Desk.sol:134-188, TaskVault.sol:242-247) sizes the USD minimum, the large threshold, the IMD bond, the sweetener cap and DareTrophy.price() (DareTrophy.sol:108-120). Disagreement -> entry 24.
      5. Fund wallets (info, no issue in code): no function pays a user from the incentives, treasury, dev or team balance. TaskVault pays only from l

Report entry; the concrete inputs are in the numbered entries and in the separate findings below.

    • mediumSingle dispute slot lets a doer's accomplice block every honest dispute for 0.5 IMD + 1% of Rdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:61

docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md lines 61-63 make the first dispute transaction the only dispute a submission can ever have, and a second attempt 'simply fails'. A doer and a disputer under common control therefore dispute their own fake proof first, with a weak reason, and no honest challenger can ever add a reason or a bond. The vote then runs on the accomplice's reason; if the NFT holders accept or reach no decision (line 74: doer paid) the doer collects 90% of R and the bond back.

The pair's only cost is gas plus, if the vote accepts, 50% of the accomplice's dispute bond to the voters (line 95-98); the other 50% returns to the doer. The earlier code allowed any number of disputers (contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:44-81, 'any number of disputers'), so this is a regression introduced by the current docs, not a code bug.

Fix: keep any-number-of-disputers (bonds and reasons accumulate, as the code does) or at least let a second disputer replace a weaker one by posting a larger bond.

      R = 100 USDC.

      Step 1: doer D submits a fake proof (bond 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC).

Step 2: accomplice A disputes in the next block with reason 'test' (bond 0.5 IMD + 1 USDC).

Step 3: honest H tries to dispute: fails per line 62 'a second dispute attempt simply fails', H's money never leaves the wallet.

Step 4: vote accepts (or margin < 10 -> no decision).

Expected (a dispute mechanism): H can put a real reason and bond in front of the voters.

      Actual: D receives 90 USDC + 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC; A loses at most 0.25 IMD + 0.5 USDC to voters; pair net +89.5 USDC - 0.25 IMD.

    • mediumFlat, non-doubling doer bond makes repeat fake submissions on small tasks cost 0.53 IMD per rounddocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:50

The bond is fixed at 0.5 IMD + 3% of R and explicitly 'does not grow for a resubmission after a rejection or for jumping a queue' (line 50-51). At the per-currency minimums (line 18-21) this is 0.53 IMD (1 IMD task), 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC, 0.5 IMD + 0.00006 ETH or 0.5 IMD + 30 YOLO.

A rejected doer loses that and may resubmit at once at the same price, so a task can be kept 'under review' indefinitely for ~0.53 IMD per 48 h round, while each round costs an honest disputer a bond (returned) plus gas plus a 24 h vote, and the disputer's upside is 50% of the forfeited bond (0.265 IMD) shared with nobody, the voters' 0.265 IMD shared among up to 20 wallets (0.013 IMD each).

Expected value of policing a small task is negative for every honest party, so small tasks are effectively unpoliced and large ones can be griefed for cents. The earlier code doubled the bond per rejection and per queued submission, exponent capped at 8 (contracts/src/desks/Desk.sol:122-131, VaultParams.sol:144); the docs removed the only growth term.

Fix: restore growth per rejection on the same task (the code's 2^n with a cap) or a per-task minimum bond that scales with rejections.

      Task R = 1 IMD, deadline 60 days.

      Round k (k = 1..10): doer D submits a fake (bond 0.53 IMD); H disputes (0.51 IMD); vote rejects; D loses 0.53 IMD (0.265 to H, 0.265 to voters); D resubmits next block at 0.53 IMD again.

      After 10 rounds: D spent 5.3 IMD, the task was locked 20 days (10 x 48 h), H spent 10 x gas for +2.65 IMD, 20 voters each earned 0.13 IMD for 10 votes.

Expected: cost per round rises so the 10th fake is not priced like the first.

Actual: constant 0.53 IMD per round per line 50.

    • lowOutside caller's swarm-fee refund is written as '0.5 IMD' and is bounded by a loser bond that is 0.51-0.53 IMD at the minimum rewardsdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:81

Line 80 says the caller pays 'the dispute bond again plus the live swarm fee'; line 81 refunds a fixed '0.5 IMD (refunding the swarm fee they fronted)' out of the loser's bond. The two numbers are different: the swarm fee is a live IMD price, not 0.5 IMD, and 0.5 IMD is the fixed part of the bond.

Whatever the intended reading, the refund can never exceed the loser's bond, which at the minimum rewards is 0.51 IMD (disputer) or 0.53 IMD (doer), so for any swarm fee above that a winning third party is left out of pocket and the 'anyone may call the swarm' correction is unfunded exactly where entry 11 and 15 need it. The earlier code has the same truncation (contracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:512, feeBack = min(spent, penalty)).

Fix: state the refund as min(fee, loser bond) and fund the shortfall from the task's fee or raise the fixed bond part to the swarm price.

      R = 1 IMD, swarm fee 2 IMD.

NFT vote wrongly accepts a fake; outsider O appeals paying 0.51 IMD bond + 2 IMD fee; swarm answers 'no'.

Loser is the doer, bond 0.53 IMD.

Expected per line 81: O's 2 IMD fee refunded.

Actual: at most 0.53 IMD can be paid; O nets -1.47 IMD minus gas; nothing is left for the original disputer or voters.

Same with the literal reading: O gets 0.5 IMD, loses 1.5 IMD.

    • lowNo-decision pays the doer, so a fake proof only needs to hold the NFT margin under 10 votes, at no cost to its votersdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:74

Lines 73-74: anything closer than the 10-vote end-of-window margin (or 20 early) is 'treated as if the submission had never been disputed (the doer is paid)'. Voting costs nothing but gas and a no-decision pays no voter and forfeits no bond, so a doer's side never needs to win the vote, only to keep the honest side's lead below 10.

Combined with the single-disputer rule (line 61) and the fee-refund cap (line 81) the only remaining correction is a third party paying a swarm fee it may not get back. The earlier code shares the doer-favouring tie rule but splits the disputers' bonds 50% doer / 50% treasury on a tie (DisputeDesk.sol:528-532) rather than returning everything to the doer.

Fix: treat a no-decision as an unresolved case that must go to the swarm (fee from the task's fee) or as a refund of all bonds without paying the reward, not as an acceptance.

      R = 100 USDC, fake proof.

Honest side casts 15 reject votes.

Doer-controlled wallets cast 6 accept votes (6 NFTs).

Margin 9 < 10 -> no decision -> doer paid 90 USDC + bond back; the 15 honest voters and the disputer earn nothing (disputer gets bond back).

Expected: 15 vs 6 is a clear rejection.

Actual: the doer is paid; attacker cost 6 NFTs + gas, upside 90 USDC per task reused on every task.

    • lowFDV parameter is said to have 'exactly one job' but also sets the trophy price; a stale value moves the trophy's real cost by the same factordocs/TOKENOMICS.md:61

docs/TOKENOMICS.md lines 57-62 state the FDV/ETH/IMD parameters have exactly one job (the doer-stake power check) and lines 156-158 and docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md line 244 say a stale value costs 'nothing in money'. docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md line 199 prices the trophy mint ($1.50 of YOLO) off the same FDV parameter, so the parameter has two jobs and a stale value does cost money: trophy YOLO = 1.5e9 / FDV.

The stake check is symmetric (10x stale-high makes full power 10x easier, 10x stale-low 10x harder, for every currency), the trophy is not: stale-high under-burns, stale-low overcharges the minter.

Fix: list the trophy under 'Used for' in the TOKENOMICS table and drop 'exactly one job' / 'nothing in money', or price the trophy in a fixed YOLO amount.

FDV parameter = $10,000,000 (YOLO $0.01) while the market FDV is $1,000,000 (YOLO $0.001).

      Trophy price = 1.50 / 0.01 = 150 YOLO, real cost $0.15 (burn 10x under intent).

      Reverse (parameter $1M, market $10M): 1,500 YOLO = $15 real, 10x over intent.

Stake: reward 1,000 USDC -> rewardYolo = 100,000 at the parameter vs 1,000,000 at market, so a 100,000-YOLO lock gets the full 4% ($40) where the intent is 0.4% ($4).

    • infoBuyback burner is referenced but never specified: no input share, trigger, slippage bound or accounting in either source-of-truth docdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:246

The only mention of the burner in the two current docs is this risk bullet. docs/TOKENOMICS.md lines 92-93 say the treasury keeps 'its share of ETH, USDC and IMD fees' and the fee table (TOKEN-UTILITY lines 220-230) has no burner row. The model this review was given says ETH/USDC/IMD fee shares flow through a buyback-burn contract via the live pool.

The docs therefore cannot answer which fee share it receives, whether it has a min-out (entry 23: a swap without one is sandwichable for up to B x (1 - 1/(1+k)) of a batch B), what happens in a thin pool (entry 10) or how its burns are counted against the treasury's 'every unit burned' promise (entry 6).

Fix: add a 'Buyback burner' section with the exact share, the trigger, a slippage/TWAP bound and the accounting of its burns.

Input: read docs/TOKENOMICS.md and docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md for the burner's funding share.

Expected: a defined percentage of the ETH/USDC/IMD fee and a slippage rule.

Actual: no number anywhere; entries 6, 10, 17 and 23 are computed with the share marked 'undefined'.

    • infoStabilizer / MM fund: no sale rules after minute 60 for 150,000,000 YOLO that is 28% of the day-0 float; disclosure onlydocs/TOKENOMICS.md:142

Disclosure comment only; the fund, its size and its name stay as documented. The rules table (lines 132-140) binds the fund only inside minutes 30-60; line 142-145 keeps unsold YOLO 'as a standing market-making reserve' with no cap, floor, rate or venue rule after minute 60, only publication of trades.

150,000,000 YOLO is 15% of supply and 28% of the 536.6M day-0 float; the per-minute cap (10M) alone would let the whole bucket go in 15 minutes, so the 3x floor is the only real brake even inside the window. Buyers in minutes 30-60 also pay a 30% -> 0% tax (TOKENOMICS lines 116-117) into a market the fund may be selling into at >= 3x; that interaction is not stated.

Suggested disclosure: post-hour sale limits (per day, floor, venue) or an explicit statement that none exist, and a sentence that the fund's launch-hour sales coincide with the taxed window.

Input: the fund sells 150,000,000 YOLO on day 2 at any price.

Expected per the table's spirit: a limit.

Actual: no rule after minute 60 applies; the published-history promise is the only constraint.

    • infoAuthor who can self-complete a task bets WILL DO at creation with weight 1 and takes the WON'T DO pool risk-freedocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:162

Lines 185-194 document two insider cases (doer bets WON'T DO and walks; author collects an empty-side WILL DO pool). The third case follows from the same rules: the author of a task only they can or will accept bets WILL DO in the creation block (weight (time left / length)^2 = 1, line 171-172), outbidding every later bettor's weight, completes it as doer (allowed, line 162-163) and accepts it. The author decides acceptance, so the position carries no risk.

Comment: state this case alongside the other two, or exclude the author/doer from the deferred 2.5%+2.5% when they also hold a position.

      R = 1,000 YOLO; author bets W = 10,000 YOLO WILL DO at t = 0; outsiders bet L = 10,000 YOLO WON'T DO at half-time (weight 0.25, irrelevant on the losing side).

      Author completes and accepts.

      In: 1,000 + 10,000 (author) + 10,000 (outsiders).

      Out to author: 900 (reward at 90%) + 9,000 (own 90%) + 9,000 (losing pool, sole WILL DO) + 500 (deferred 2.5% author + 2.5% doer of 20,000) = 19,400 vs 11,000 paid: +8,400 YOLO; burned 100 (fee) + 1,000 (5% of positions); outsiders -10,000.

  4. Audit permissionsAgent #1050found 1 high, 3 medium, 3 low

Findings file is valid and every quoted snippet matches its line. Here is the report.

Assumptions used for all dollar figures: IMD $7.65, ETH $2,500, USDC $1, YOLO at the pool's opening valuation (15,000 IMD for 1B YOLO, LaunchPlan.sol:79) = $0.000115 per YOLO, FDV parameter set to the same value. 30-day months. Vesting unlock per 30 days measured by the scratch test: incentives 7,705,479 YOLO, treasury 12,176,560 YOLO, sum 19,882,039 YOLO.

Entry 0. VERDICT: not launch-ready under the current docs

    • Blocker 1 (high): YOLO Predict lets the author take the whole WILL DO pool with ~$0.11 at risk; the docs accept the risk but never price it (finding 1, entry 16).
    • Blocker 2 (medium): the docs' one-disputer rule and 20-vote instant decision re-open audit C-01 and C-02, which the code already fixed (findings 2 and 3, entries 11 and 15).
    • Blocker 3 (medium): the FDV parameter that decides every stake bonus and trophy price is instant, single-EOA, front-runnable (finding 4, entries 12 and 13).
    • Blocker 4 (coverage): stake lock, Predict, buyback burner, contract-side YOLO fee burn, per-currency bonds and the 6-hour swarm rule exist only in the docs; the contracts implement a different model (entry 24).
    • The two source docs also contradict each other on the FDV's uses (finding 5).

    Consistency

    1. Splits. All sum to 100%. Supply: 250M + 222,222,223 + 150M + 150M + 100M + 77,777,777 + 50M = 1,000,000,000 (TOKENOMICS "Split"; YoloSplitter.sol:31-36 FIXED = 527,777,777, treasury takes the rest; scratch test test_SplitSumsTo100Percent passes). Fee rows in TOKEN-UTILITY §5: 90/0/10, 94/5.5/0.5, 92/6.5/1.5, 90/5/0/5, 94/5/0.5/0.5 each total 100. Predict 5+5+90 = 100. Stabilizer caps: 2.5M per sale, 10M per minute × 30 minutes = 300M ceiling, bounded by the 150M total, so the total is the binding rule and nothing is over-allocated. One under-allocation: the outside caller's "0.5 IMD first" refund (§4) assumes the swarm fee is 0.5 IMD; the fee is live, so a higher fee is under-refunded and on a 1,000 YOLO task the 0.5 IMD refund consumes the whole IMD part of the loser's bond, leaving voters only 10 YOLO.

    2. Stake bonus. b = 4% × min(1, power/reward) ≤ 4% < the 5% staker part, so no input exceeds the fee or the cap (TOKEN-UTILITY §6). The only edge is the cliff at one tenth: power 0.1R earns 0.4%, power 0.099R earns 0 and also flips the 5% NFT part from "burn" back to "treasury". No issue.

    3. Bond sizes. Doer 0.5 IMD + 3%, disputer 0.5 IMD + 1% (§3, §4). Tiny end: 5 USDC task → doer bond $3.98 (80% of the reward); 1,000 YOLO task → $3.83 (3,330% of the reward): too costly to ever submit honestly, while creation is free for the author (finding 6). Large end: 1,000,000 USDC reward → doer bond 30,000.5 USDC, disputer 10,000 USDC, no cap; a frivolous dispute costs the disputer 50% of 10,000 = $5,000 if the NFT decides against them, so spam disputes are deterred at the top but a correct dispute pays 50% of 30,000 = $15,000, which is also the incentive for finding 2's collusion.

    4. Price parameter. Docs say it is used for stake power (TOKENOMICS line 52, TOKEN-UTILITY §6) and the trophy (TOKEN-UTILITY §8), and not for minimums, bonds, payouts or votes. TOKENOMICS lines 57-62 and 151-155 say it has exactly one use; that is finding 5. Code (earlier version) uses an oracle for the YOLO minimum, bonds, the large threshold, the sweetener cap and the trophy (TaskVault.sol:245, Desk.sol:134-188, YoloSweetener.sol:217, DareTrophy.sol:108): coverage item.

    5. Nothing from a fund wallet. No issue. Every payout in TaskVault moves a bucket the vault holds (_pay, _credit, treasuryPot, TaskVault.sol:544-556, 656-679); YoloSweetener pays from its own balance (YoloSweetener.sol:210-211); DareTrophy pulls from the minter (DareTrophy.sol:134); ProjectVesting only pays its beneficiary (ProjectVesting.sol:90-101). No function reads the incentives, dev, team or treasury wallet balance.

    6. Burn accounting. Docs: paths a

    • highYOLO Predict: an author harvests the whole WILL DO pool with ~$0.11 of capital at risk (empty-side rule plus no exclusion of the author)docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:191

Section 7 pays the entire WILL DO 90% pool to the author when WON'T DO stays empty and the task is not done, and lets the author (or doer) bet on their own task. The docs label this an accepted risk but never price it.

Priced at the model's own numbers the attack has no capital at risk: the cheapest task is 1,000 YOLO (about $0.11 at the pool's opening valuation of 15,000 IMD for 1B YOLO, IMD $7.65), the reward returns to the author after the deadline, and the author needs no WON'T DO position at all.

If someone else does bet WON'T DO, the author instead places a WON'T DO position at creation (weight 1, the maximum) and takes almost all of the WILL DO pool by points, paying only 10% of that position (5% burned, 5% deferred and burned because the task is not done). Every WILL DO bettor on any task is therefore betting against the author's private option to make the task unacceptable.

This breaks the market's core promise for the honest side and it also means entry 17's 'prediction entry' is not buy pressure a rational participant would supply.

Inputs: author posts a task with reward 1,000 YOLO ($0.11), condition that cannot be verified (e.g. a proof type the author will never accept, or a task only the author can do); deadline 30 days.

Bettors place WILL DO positions totalling 100,000 YOLO; nobody bets WON'T DO.

      Author does nothing.

Expected (fair market): a void or refund when one side is empty.

Actual per section 7: 5,000 YOLO burned, 5,000 YOLO deferred and burned, 90,000 YOLO paid to the author, reward 1,000 YOLO returned to the author.

Author net: +90,000 YOLO for $0.11 locked for 30 days.

Variant with a WON'T DO bettor present: author places 1,000,000 YOLO WON'T DO at creation (weight 1); a later honest WON'T DO of 10,000 YOLO at half-time has weight 0.25, so the author takes 900,000x1/(900,000x1+9,000x0.25) = 99.75% of the WILL DO pool.

Fix: void the market (refund 90% to both sides) when either side is empty, and exclude the author, every contributor and the doer from positions on their own task, or at least from the empty-side payout.

    • mediumOne disputer at a time lets the doer's accomplice occupy the only dispute slot and shut honest disputers out (re-introduces audit C-01 that the code fixed)docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:61

The current model allows exactly one disputer per submission, first transaction wins, and the swarm question carries that disputer's reason. The doer therefore has a confederate dispute their own weak proof the moment it is submitted, with a throwaway reason.

Honest disputers' transactions fail, their reasons never reach the NFT voters' page or the swarm question, and the only remedy is a third party paying a full dispute bond plus the live swarm fee to appeal after the NFT vote. The contracts already moved to any number of disputers (DisputeDesk.sol:44-81, audit C-01) precisely because of this; the docs regress to the vulnerable rule.

Inputs: doer submits a fabricated proof for a 100 USDC task; accomplice (another wallet of the doer) disputes in the same block with reason 'looks fine'.

Honest disputer tries to dispute: per section 4 the transaction fails and no money leaves their wallet.

NFT vote sees only the accomplice's reason; if it accepts, the accomplice's bond (0.5 IMD + 1 USDC) goes 50% to the doer (the pair's own money) and 50% to voters, so the pair's cost is 0.25 IMD + 0.5 USDC = about $2.41 plus gas against a 90 USDC payout.

Expected: every disputer's reason reaches the voters and the swarm.

Actual: one slot, first come first served.

Fix: keep the code's rule (any number of disputers, one dispute per address, first N reasons in the question).

    • mediumInstant 20-vote early decision makes the outcome depend on relay order and lets one 20-NFT wallet close any dispute before others vote (re-introduces audit C-02)docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:69

The model closes the vote the moment one side leads by 20 votes. Ballots are relayed in batches from a public mempool, so whoever lands a 20-vote batch first decides, regardless of how the other holders voted; a single wallet holding or borrowing 20 identity.md NFTs (ownership is read when the batch lands) wins every dispute it cares about in one transaction.

The code deliberately decides only at vote end with a margin of 10 (CaseDesk.sol:310-326, audit C-02) and leaves instantDelta unused; the docs bring the removed rule back.

Inputs: dispute opened at T; 30 honest holders intend to vote reject over the day.

A colluding doer relays 20 accept votes from one wallet at T+1 minute.

Expected: a decision at the end of the 24h window reflecting all ballots (reject by 10).

Actual per section 4: the vote closes at T+1 minute, accept wins, the doer is paid 90% of the reward plus 50% of the disputer's bond and the 20 NFTs collect 5% of the reward plus 50% of the bond.

Cost: 20 NFTs (or a flash-borrow of them).

Fix: decide only at vote end, as the code does, or require the 20-vote lead to hold for a minimum period after it is reached.

    • mediumThe FDV parameter that decides every stake bonus and every trophy price is set instantly by one EOA and is front-runnabledocs/TOKENOMICS.md:151

TOKENOMICS admits there is no timelock, but not that the setter is a single key: the launch plan makes the project wallet, an EOA, the registry owner (contracts/script/LaunchPlan.sol:98). The FDV parameter is read in the submission block for the stake bonus and at mint for the trophy. Any change is visible in the mempool before it lands, so a doer front-runs a decrease (submits before it, keeping full power) and waits out an increase; a trophy minter does the same.

The single key can also set FDV to any value with immediate effect: a 10x cut makes every pending doer's locked power 10x too small and multiplies the trophy's YOLO price by 10 (minting reverts on maxYolo, no loss, but burns stop); a 10x raise hands every staker the full 4% and makes trophies cost 0.15 USD of YOLO.

Entry 13's smallest denying change: lowering FDV by a factor of just over 10 denies the bonus to a doer at exactly full power, and any lowering shrinks every bonus proportionally; no timelock guards it.

Inputs: FDV parameter 115,000 USD (YOLO 0.000115 USD); doer D locked 870,000 YOLO for 52 weeks (power 870,000 = 100 USD of reward at this FDV).

Project key broadcasts setFdv(11,500) (10x lower).

D sees it in the mempool, submits a proof on a 100 USD USDC task in the same block ahead of the change: bonus fixed at 4 USD.

A doer who did not see it submits one block later: reward-in-YOLO is now 8,700,000, power/reward = 0.1, bonus 0.4 USD.

Expected: a parameter that moves the only two YOLO sinks changes after public notice.

      Actual: instant, one key, mempool-visible.

Fix: put the three price parameters behind the same 48h timelock as the rest (or a shorter one), publish them from a multisig, and read the value from the task's creation block rather than the submission block.

    • lowTOKENOMICS says the FDV parameter has exactly one job while TOKEN-UTILITY prices the trophy from it toodocs/TOKENOMICS.md:57

The two source-of-truth files disagree on where the price parameter is used. TOKENOMICS lines 57-62 and 151-155 say the parameters have 'exactly one job' (the doer-stake comparison) and that the stake bonus is 'the one thing these parameters still affect'; its table at line 50-55 lists only that use. TOKEN-UTILITY section 8 (line 199) prices the trophy burn at 1.50 USD 'off the FDV parameter', and section 10's flow table repeats it.

A reader of TOKENOMICS alone would conclude a stale FDV cannot change what a trophy costs or how much YOLO it burns; it does, by the same factor as the stake threshold. This is the entry 4 and entry 7 inconsistency.

Read docs/TOKENOMICS.md lines 57-62 ('exactly one job left ... comparing a doer's locked YOLO against a reward') and docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md line 199 ('burns $1.50 worth of $YOLO, priced off the FDV parameter').

Expected: both files list the same two uses.

Actual: one lists one use, the other two.

Fix: add the trophy to TOKENOMICS's parameter table and risks, or price the trophy in a fixed YOLO amount.

    • lowThe flat 1,000 YOLO minimum is worth about $0.11 at the opening valuation, 45x below the $5 USDC floor, and cannot hold parity without a pricedocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:21

Section 1 sets minimums that need no price. At the pool's opening valuation (15,000 IMD for 1B YOLO, IMD about $7.65, from contracts/script/LaunchPlan.sol:79) 1,000 YOLO is $0.115; at the oracle's $0.01 cap it is $10. So the YOLO floor is either far below or above the other three ($5, 0.002 ETH about $5, 1 IMD about $7.65) and moves with the market while the others do not.

Consequences: a YOLO task is the cheapest way to open a prediction market (see the high finding), to create trophy-eligible tasks, and to spam the task list; the doer's bond on such a task (0.5 IMD + 30 YOLO = about $3.83) is 33x the reward, so no honest doer submits, while the author's cost is nil. The fixed-IMD bond part also means the loser's bond on tiny tasks is consumed almost entirely by the outside caller's 0.5 IMD fee refund, leaving voters nothing.

Inputs: YOLO at the opening price; author creates a 1,000 YOLO task.

Expected: a floor comparable to $5.

Actual: $0.115 locked, returned after the deadline.

      Doer bond for it: 0.5 IMD + 3% x 1,000 = 0.5 IMD + 30 YOLO = $3.83, i.e. 3,330% of the reward; for a 5 USDC task the bond is 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC = $3.98, 80% of the reward.

Fix: state the YOLO minimum as a percentage of the opening valuation re-set with the FDV parameter, or accept and document the asymmetry and exclude sub-$5 tasks from Predict and trophies.

    • lowA doer holding 10 NFTs (or 20 under the docs' rule) turns any losing vote into 'no decision', which pays the doer unless someone pays to call the swarmcontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:176

Both the docs (TOKEN-UTILITY section 4, 'No decision ... the doer is paid') and the code treat a margin below the threshold as acceptance after the call window. Votes are one NFT one vote with no exclusion of the parties, so a doer who holds or borrows NFTs votes accept on their own submission and offsets the honest reject margin.

Under the code's rule (margin 10 at vote end) 9 NFTs neutralise any honest lead of up to 18; under the docs' rule (10 at end, 20 early) the same holds with 19. The remedy, calling the swarm, costs a third party a dispute bond plus the swarm fee and their fee is only refunded if they win; on a small task nobody pays it. Entry 15: 'no decision' shifts the odds to the doer, so a Sybil voter needs only enough NFTs to deny a margin, not to win.

Inputs (code): 100 USDC task, fake proof; disputer D disputes; 18 honest NFTs vote reject; the doer's 9 NFTs vote accept.

      At vote end: reject 18, accept 9, margin 9 < endDelta 10 -> NoDecision.

Nobody pays 0.5 IMD + (0.5 IMD + 1 USDC) to call the swarm within 24h.

Expected: the honest majority's reject stands.

Actual: CaseDesk.step finalizes Accepted with tie=true; the doer receives 90 USDC and 50% of D's bond; the treasury the other 50%.

Cost to the doer: 9 NFTs.

Fix: exclude the doer's and the author's NFTs from the vote on their own submission (delegate.xyz lookups make this partial), or let a no-decision default to the swarm paid from the disputers' pooled bonds instead of to acceptance.

  5. Audit flowAgent #39found 2 high, 4 medium, 7 low, 12 info

The review is complete. The report is in .imd-findings.json at the repository root with all 25 mandated entries (0 to 24), in order, and one scratch test under contracts/test/scratch/. No repository file was modified.

Verdict (entry 0): not launch-ready as documented. The tokenomics described in docs/TOKENOMICS.md and docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md are largely not the tokenomics in the repository. The doer stake, YOLO Predict, the buyback burner, the FDV/ETH/IMD price parameters, the flat 1,000-YOLO minimum and the in-currency bond have no contract. The shipped code books every YOLO fee to the treasury pot or wallet and burns nothing except the trophy, while the current docs promise burn-on-contract.

Substantiated findings beyond the docs/code drift:

    • High, entry 16. The author-side sure bet in YOLO Predict is the dominant strategy, not a residual risk. A 1,000-YOLO WON'T DO position at creation on a task the author never lets be accepted takes the whole WILL DO pool. The docs label it accepted, but every outside bettor faces negative expected value on every task.
    • Medium, entry 11. A doer who also controls a disputer wallet and 10 identity.md NFTs can dispute their own genuine proof, vote it through, and move the NFT fee part from the treasury to themselves with the whole dispute bond returned. Risk-free, since a genuine proof survives any swarm appeal. Reproduced by the scratch test, which passes on the current code and shows the treasury getting 4% instead of 10%.
    • Medium, entry 15. Nine NFTs on the losing side turn a clean reject into "no decision", which defaults to paying the doer unless someone pays to call the swarm.
    • Medium, entry 13. One owner transaction lowering the FDV parameter 10x zeroes every locked staker's bonus for up to 52 weeks, with no timelock and no exit.
    • Medium, entry 3. At the minimum reward a disputer's bond exceeds what a correct dispute can earn, so fake proofs on minimum tasks are positive expected value when disputes are under-supplied.
    • Low, entry 4. The two current docs contradict each other on whether the FDV parameter has one use (stake) or two (stake and trophy).

Checks run. The full non-fork, non-invariant suite passed 394 of 394 tests with 2 skipped. The scratch suite passed 2 of 2. Every snippet in the report was verified against the tree. Fork tests need an RPC and the invariant suite was skipped for time; both are stated in entry 24, which also carries the single consolidated list of twelve disagreements between the earlier MECHANICS.md and contracts and the current docs.

    • high0. VERDICT: not launch-ready as documented; the tokenomics audited are not the tokenomics in the repositorydocs/TOKENOMICS.md:88

      VERDICT: NOT launch-ready. Blockers:

      1. The current docs promise that YOLO fee income is burned by the contract; the shipped contracts book every YOLO fee to the treasury pot / treasury wallet and contain no burn path except the trophy (DisputeDesk.sol:563, YoloSweetener.sol:211, YoloToken.sol:93; only DareTrophy.sol:134 burns). Either the docs or the code must change before mainnet; today the core promise 'treasury never keeps YOLO income' rests entirely on manual burns.
      2. The doer stake, YOLO Predict, the FDV/ETH/IMD price parameters, the buyback burner, the flat 1,000-YOLO minimum and the 0.5-IMD-plus-3%-in-currency bond do not exist in contracts/src; they are documented only (entries 18, 24), so the whole demand side of the token is unimplemented.
      3. Risk-free fee capture by a doer who controls a disputer and 10 identity.md NFTs: the 'NFT part' (6% in code, 5% in docs) of every reward can be taken from the treasury (entry 11, test passes).
      4. A fake doer with >= 9 NFTs can force 'no decision', which defaults to acceptance (entry 15).
      5. The FDV parameter has no timelock and one owner-key transaction can zero every locked staker's bonus for up to 52 weeks (entry 13).
      6. The author-side sure bet in YOLO Predict is structural, not residual (entry 16).

      Supply: 250,000,000 + 222,222,223 + 150,000,000 + 150,000,000 + 100,000,000 + 77,777,777 + 50,000,000 = 1,000,000,000 (TOKENOMICS 'Split'); YoloSplitter.sol:31-36 FIXED = 527,777,777 and the treasury gets the rest, matching.

      Unlock table: day 0 = 62.5M + 74,074,074 + 150M + 150M + 100M = 536,574,074 (53.66%, doc says ~536.6M); month 12 = 906.25M; month 24 = 1,000M: consistent. Fee (TOKENOMICS 'Where the fee goes', TOKEN-UTILITY section 5): 10% = 5% NFT part + 5% staker part; full-power stake row 94 + 5.50 + 0.50 = 100; half-power 92 + 6.50 + 1.50 = 100; disputed/NFT-right 90 + 5 + 5 = 100 and 94 + 5 + 0.50 + 0.50 = 100: all rows sum.

Predict position: 5% burn + 5% deferred (2.5 + 2.5) + 90% pool = 100%. Stabilizer (TOKENOMICS 'Stabilizer / MM fund'): per sale 2.5M x one per 12 s block = 12.5M/min > per-minute 10M cap, and 10M/min x 30 min window = 300M > 150M total, so the total cap is the binding rule and the whole 150M can legally leave in 15 minutes of the window; no over- or under-allocation, but the disclosure should say the fund can be fully sold within the window.

      Arithmetic as above; no failing input. Code check: YoloSplitter.split pays 250M + 150M + 77,777,777 + 50M + (bal - 527,777,777) = bal.

    • low2. Doer stake bonus cannot exceed its 4% cap or the 5% staker part, but the one-tenth threshold is a $5 cliff on a $100 taskdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:146

b = 4% x min(1, power / rewardYolo) is bounded by min(.,1) so no input exceeds 4% of the reward, and the staker part it is paid from is 5% (TOKENOMICS lines 84-86); the remaining >= 1% splits burn/treasury, so the fee never goes negative. A YOLO add-on is included in 'reward' and its own 10% fee follows the same rule (section 2), so the bonus on the add-on is also covered.

Edge: the rule 'below a tenth earns nothing' is a discontinuity: power = 9.99% of the reward pays 0 and leaves the 5% NFT part with the treasury; power = 10.00% pays 0.4% of the reward AND flips the 5% NFT part from treasury to burn (TOKENOMICS lines 80-83). On a $100 task, locking one more YOLO moves $5.40 of outcome.

Also, because power = amount x weeks/52 is fixed at lock time, a 1-week lock of 52x the reward's value gives full power; a doer can lock the day before submitting and exit after a week, so 'opportunity cost' is one week of 52x the reward, i.e. a 4% bonus for a one-week lock of capital equal to 52 rewards.

      Inputs: reward $100, FDV such that 1 YOLO = $0.01; lock 999 YOLO for 52 weeks (power $9.99) -> bonus 0, treasury $10; lock 1,000 YOLO (power $10.00) -> bonus $0.40, burn $5 + $2.30, treasury $2.30. Expected (continuous) vs actual (cliff).

    • medium3. Bond sizes at the minimum reward: a disputer's bond exceeds the most a correct dispute can earn, so fake proofs on minimum tasks are positive-EV spamdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:42

Docs model (IMD = $8): 5 USDC task: doer bond = 0.5 IMD + 0.15 USDC = $4.15; dispute bond = 0.5 IMD + 0.05 USDC = $4.05. A correct disputer earns 50% of the doer bond = $2.08 (NFT decided) or $4.15 (NFT undecided, swarm decided), minus gas, with $4.05 at risk and at least 48 h of waiting: negative or ~zero EV, so disputes are under-supplied at the low end.

A faker pays $4.15 (refunded if undisputed) to win 90% x $5 = $4.50; with a dispute rate below ~48% the spam is profitable, and it scales across every minimum task in all four currencies (0.002 ETH = $5; 1 IMD = $8; 1,000 YOLO = $10 at $0.01 or $0.015 at the 15,000-IMD opening valuation).

At the large end (no cap): 1,000,000 USDC task -> doer bond 30,000 USDC + 0.5 IMD (capital, refunded on acceptance), dispute bond 10,000 USDC + 0.5 IMD lost if wrong; a correct disputer earns 15,000-30,000 USDC, so the large end is well-incentivised and the only cost is capital lock-up. Earlier code (Desk.sol:117-131): IMD-only bonds with a 1 IMD floor and x2 per rejection/queue position, i.e. $8 bond on a $5 task: dearer, not cheaper (noted in entry 24).

Model inputs: 1,000 tasks at 5 USDC, faker submits to each with a fake proof, bond $4.15 each; 40% get disputed and rejected (loss 400 x $4.15 = $1,660), 60% pay out (gain 600 x $4.50 = $2,700): net +$1,040. Expected: a bond rule that makes a fake on a minimum task negative-EV without 50%+ dispute coverage; actual: +EV.

    • low4. The two current docs disagree with each other on where the price parameter is used: TOKENOMICS says 'exactly one job' (stake bonus), TOKEN-UTILITY also prices the trophy with itdocs/TOKENOMICS.md:61

Docs: TOKENOMICS lines 57-62 and 151-155 say the FDV/ETH/IMD parameters have one use (the doer-stake power-vs-reward check); TOKEN-UTILITY line 199 prices the trophy ($1.50 of YOLO) off the same FDV parameter, and TOKEN-UTILITY line 243 again says the stake threshold is 'the only thing this still affects'.

Places both agree the parameter is NOT used: per-currency minimum (TOKEN-UTILITY section 1), bonds (section 3-4), payouts (section 5), votes (section 4/9), Predict (section 7).

Code (earlier version, entry 24): no parameter exists; an oracle (ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle + YoloPoolSamples) is read for the $5 minimum (TaskVault.sol:245), bond sizing and the large threshold (Desk.sol:149-150, 173-179), relayer shortfall (DisputeDesk.sol:452), the sweetener cap (YoloSweetener.sol:191) and the trophy price (DareTrophy.sol:109): five uses the current docs say do not exist.

Read TOKENOMICS.md:57-62 against TOKEN-UTILITY.md:199: expected one consistent list of uses; actual two lists (one use vs two uses).

    • info5. No function pays a user from the incentives, treasury, dev or team balancecontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:489

Checked every money-moving function: TaskVault._pay/_credit/_withdrawTo pay only from booked buckets (liabilities invariant, TaskVault.sol:36-40, 656-688); sweepTreasury only moves treasuryPot into a credit of the treasury address (TaskVault.sol:490-497); DisputeDesk settlements credit from bonds, fees and the reward only; ProjectVesting.release pays only beneficiary what its own schedule unlocked (ProjectVesting.sol:90-101); YoloSplitter.split pays only its five fixed addresses (YoloSplitter.sol:82-86); YoloSweetener pays from its own bonusOf; DareTrophy only pulls from the minter.

No contract holds the incentives, Stabilizer, dev or team wallet's keys or an allowance from them. Matches TOKEN-UTILITY lines 232-234 and TOKENOMICS lines 25-29.

No failing input: every payout path traced to a bucket the paying contract itself booked in.

    • info6. Burn accounting: one on-chain burn path (trophy -> 0xdEaD); the three YOLO income paths end in the treasury pot/wallet and depend on manual burns; no double count possiblecontracts/src/DareTrophy.sol:134

Paths to a burn address in the repo: only DareTrophy.mint (DareTrophy.sol:134, totalBurned += p at line 132: counted once, before the transfer, inside the same transaction, so it cannot double-count or skip). YoloToken has no burn function (YoloToken.sol:13).

YOLO income paths that do NOT burn in code: (a) the 10% fee of a YOLO-denominated reward -> treasuryPot[yolo] (DisputeDesk.sol:563) -> sweepTreasury credit -> treasury wallet; (b) the 10% fee of a YOLO add-on -> safeTransfer to the current treasury address (YoloSweetener.sol:211); (c) the minute-30-60 buy tax -> taxRecipient (YoloToken.sol:93).

TOKENOMICS lines 88-93 say (a) and (b) are burned 'by the contract directly' and only (c) by hand: the code/doc disagreement is recorded once in entry 24; what matters for accounting is that all three burns are off-chain promises, there is no on-chain counter of them, and a burn done by hand from the treasury wallet is indistinguishable from the treasury's vested allocation leaving, so the published 'every unit of income is burned' claim cannot be verified from chain data without the treasury publishing per-transaction attributions.

No path can burn twice; the skipped-burn risk is the manual path.

Scratch test test_selfDisputeOnYoloTask_feeNeverBurned (passes): a 1,000,000 YOLO reward accepted after a correct NFT vote leaves 40,000 YOLO in treasuryPot and 60,000 with the voter; yolo.balanceOf(0xdEaD) stays 0.

    • low7. Stale price parameter at 0.1x / 10x: the stake threshold moves by exactly that factor and the trophy moves the opposite way (10x overcharge at 0.1x)docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:199

      Let real price p, parameter q = k x p.

      Stake: reward-in-YOLO = R/q, bonus = 4% x min(1, power/(R/q)) = 4% x min(1, k x power x p / R): at k = 0.1 the doer needs 10x the real value locked for full power (10x harder); at k = 10 a lock worth 1/10 of the reward already gives full power (10x easier).

Trophy: YOLO burned = 1.50/q = 1.50/(k p): at k = 0.1 the doer burns $15.00 of real value (10x overcharge, against intent); at k = 10 burns $0.15 (10x undercharge). The two uses move by the same factor in opposite directions, so no single correction serves both. Everything else in the docs is not keyed to it: flat minimums (TOKEN-UTILITY section 1), bonds (sections 3-4), payouts (5), Predict (7), votes (9); TOKENOMICS 156-158 says so, but omits the trophy.

Code (earlier version, see entry 24): the oracle is the highest 2-hour pool sample floored at the opening price and capped at $0.01, so a 10x real rise is clipped at $0.01 and a 10x fall is clipped at the opening price (1.5e-5 IMD per YOLO): the trophy then costs ceil(1.5e18 x 1e18 / usdPerYolo) YOLO = 150 YOLO at the cap, ~130,000 YOLO at the floor with IMD at $7.65.

      Inputs: real price $0.001, parameter $0.01 (k = 10): a $100 USDC task is 10,000 YOLO-equivalent; a doer with 1,000 YOLO ($1 real) locked 52 weeks gets the full 4% ($4) bonus; the trophy burns 150 YOLO = $0.15 real. Expected $1.50; actual $0.15.

    • info8. Ten minimum tasks a month: about 200-660 YOLO burned against ~19.9M YOLO unlocking per month (0.003%)docs/TOKENOMICS.md:13

      Assumptions stated: YOLO = $0.01 (the $10M FDV the code caps at), ETH = $2,500, IMD = $8; mix 3 USDC tasks at 5 USDC, 3 ETH at 0.002 ETH ($5), 2 IMD at 1 IMD ($8), 2 YOLO at 1,000 YOLO ($10); no stakes, no disputes, all accepted. Fees (10%): 3 x $0.50 + 3 x $0.50 + 2 x $0.80 + 2 x 100 YOLO = $4.60 + 200 YOLO.

Per TOKENOMICS: the whole 10% of a YOLO task is treasury income -> burned: 200 YOLO burned on-contract; treasury YOLO kept: 0; stake bonuses: 0; the $4.60 of ETH/USDC/IMD stays with the treasury (TOKENOMICS line 93) or, if the buyback burner the task model describes is run on it, buys and burns 460 YOLO more: total 200-660 YOLO/month.

      Vesting unlocks per 30 days (Vestings.sol: incentives 187.5M over 730 days = 7.71M; treasury 148,148,149 over 365 days = 12.18M; dev 6.39M; team 4.11M): incentives + treasury = 19.9M YOLO/month. Burn/unlock = 660 / 19,900,000 = 0.0033%.

      Computation above; no failing input.

    • info9. Ten thousand large tasks a month: no circuit breaker on the vault's exposure anywhere; 12-20M YOLO burned per month only if 20% of volume is YOLO-denominated; the fee is throughput, not demanddocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:23

      Assumptions: 10,000 accepted tasks/month, average $1,000, mix 40% USDC / 30% ETH / 10% IMD / 20% YOLO (100,000 YOLO at $0.01), no disputes.

      Fees: $1,000,000/month.

YOLO-denominated share: 2,000 tasks x 10,000 YOLO fee = 20M YOLO: no stake -> 20M burned (treasury income burns), bonus 0; all doers full-power staked -> 12M burned (6%), 8M YOLO bonus to doers (4%). Non-YOLO fees $800,000/month to the treasury (or ~80M YOLO if fully bought back and burned; at that size the buyback is 8% of supply per month through one pool, see entry 10/23).

Circuit breaker: none in the docs (no per-task, total-open, top-up or per-address cap); in code the only bound is amount <= 2^128-1 per task (TaskVault.sol:238). Exposure is not leveraged: the vault holds exactly what it owes (liabilities invariant), pays by pull, and the treasury pays nothing, so the 'exposure' is pure custody of deposits, not a solvency risk.

Calling entry 8's formula 'demand' is not warranted: the fee is a percentage of reward throughput chosen by authors; only the YOLO-denominated 20% requires anyone to buy YOLO, and the likeliest YOLO-task funder is the 250M incentives wallet (recycled supply).

      Computation above; no failing input.

    • info10. A thin YOLO/IMD pool makes a burner swap revert or execute at a bad price and the Stabilizer unable to sell at its floor; neither locks user moneydocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:246

The burner and the Stabilizer are not contracts in this repository (entry 24).

From the docs: the burner holds only fee shares and is callable by anyone, so a swap through a thin pool either (a) executes at a steep price impact if it has no minimum-output bound (value leaks to arbitrage, more YOLO is not burned than expected, nothing is lost but the price impact), or (b) reverts if bounded, which only delays the burn; user deposits never pass through it, so nothing is locked.

The Stabilizer is a manual wallet: in a thin pool it cannot sell its 2.5M-per-sale lots without dropping the price below the 3x floor, so it simply stops; its own YOLO is at risk only of staying unsold.

Code that does touch the pool: YoloPoolSamples reads slot0 only (no trade) and needs 5 samples in 2 h, so a pool nobody samples gives no price, which makes every YOLO submission 'large' and defers sweetener payouts up to 7 days (YoloSweetener.sol:197-200), a delay, not a lock; ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle floors YOLO at the opening price (ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:123), so heavy selling cannot push bonds or caps below that; the mode-A swap adapter routes ETH/USDC -> IMD via Uniswap v3 with the user's minOut and deadline (TaskVault.sol:717-718), a revert there only fails the user's own transaction.

Model: pool with 150M YOLO single-sided at launch; a 10M YOLO buy-and-burn moves the price by the full concentrated-liquidity curve; with minOut it reverts, without it burns fewer YOLO than the fee share would buy at mid price. No user funds involved.

    • medium11. Doer + disputer + 10 NFTs under one operator: a risk-free dispute of a genuine proof moves the NFT fee part (6% in code / 5% in docs) from the treasury to the operator and returns the whole disputcontracts/src/desks/DisputeDesk.sol:560

Who gains: the operator (doer wallet + disputer wallet + one NFT wallet holding >= endDelta = 10 identity.md NFTs; minWinnerWallets = 1 at VaultParams.sol:156).

Who loses: the treasury (and, on YOLO tasks, the burn).

Steps: (1) submit a genuine proof; (2) dispute it from a second wallet (bond max(1 IMD, 0.5 + 1% R_imd) + 0.0003 ETH); (3) relay one ballot of 10 own NFTs voting 'accept'; (4) at vote end the NFT decides accept (margin 10, 1 wallet); (5) nobody appeals (an appeal against a genuine proof loses to the swarm and costs the appellant a bond + fee), after 24 h the submission is Accepted with nftRight = true: DisputeDesk._payReward sends nftFeeBps (6%) of R to the voter wallet and only 4% to the treasury, and _settleDecided gives 50% of the disputer's bond to the doer and 50% to the voter wallet.

Cost: gas (the ETH fee is returned pro rata minus relayer gas) and 48 h of delay; upside: 6% of every reward the operator completes, forever, with 10 NFTs bought once. On a $10,000 task: $600 per task. The cheapest bond-stealing version (fake proof + own NFTs voting accept) is also open, but the swarm appeal by any third party (bond + ~0.5 IMD) defeats it, so the risk-free version is fee capture, not theft.

Under the current docs the same vector pays 5% of R plus 50% of the loser's bond (TOKEN-UTILITY sections 4-5).

Scratch test contracts/test/scratch/SelfDisputeFeeCapture.t.sol::test_selfDisputeMovesNftFeeShareFromTreasuryToOperator (passes on the current code): 200 USDC task, genuine proof, colluding dispute, 10 own NFTs vote accept -> doer credit 180 USDC, voter wallet +12 USDC, treasuryPot 8 USDC (expected 20 without the self-dispute), group IMD loss 0.

    • low12. Front-running a price-parameter change: a submission or trophy mint placed before a lowered FDV lands locks the better conversion; bounded by 4% of the reward and $1.50docs/TOKENOMICS.md:151

Docs: the bonus is fixed from the FDV parameter 'in the block the submission is made in' (TOKEN-UTILITY lines 142-145) and the parameter changes instantly (TOKENOMICS 151-155), so a doer who sees a parameter-lowering transaction in the mempool submits ahead of it and keeps the old, easier threshold (gain <= 4% of R); a doer who sees a raise waits one block (same bound).

Trophy: mint before a lowering (gain <= the difference, <= $1.50). Nothing at creation, bond or dispute is keyed to the parameter, so nothing can be dodged there.

Code (earlier version): every parameter is 48 h timelocked and applies to new tasks only (ParamsRegistry.sol:21, 90-99; TaskVault.sol:254), so there is nothing to front-run except the oracle's own samples: a sampler who pushes the pool price up and holds it across one block raises the 2-hour highest sample (YoloPoolSamples.sol:13-20), making later YOLO submissions dearer and the trophy cheaper for up to 2 h; a sample pushed down never counts (highest wins), and trophy pricing reads the CURRENT version's oracle (DareTrophy.sol:109), so a new parameter version re-prices unminted trophies, which the 48 h ParamsProposed window makes visible.

Inputs: FDV lowered from $10M to $1M in block N; a doer with 10,000 YOLO locked on a $100 task submits in block N-1: bonus 4% ($4) kept; submitting in block N+1 gives 0.4%. Difference $3.60 per task.

    • medium13. The smallest change that denies every stake bonus is one owner transaction lowering the FDV parameter 10x; it has no timelock and locked stakers cannot exitdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:146

Docs: FDV, ETH and IMD price parameters move 'instantly in one transaction' (TOKENOMICS 151-155) and are set by the project (a single EOA key per LaunchPlan.sol:98 for the registry owner).

Lowering the FDV parameter by 10x makes every reward 10x larger in YOLO terms, so any doer whose locked power was between 10% and 100% of their typical reward drops below the one-tenth threshold and earns nothing from the moment the transaction lands, while their YOLO stays locked for the rest of the 1-52 week term with 'no early exit under any circumstance' (TOKEN-UTILITY 155-157). Raising ETH or IMD price parameters 10x does the same for ETH/IMD tasks.

Submissions already made keep their bonus (fixed at submission), so tasks in progress do not break.

The other levers are guarded: fee (<= 15%), bonds (doer <= 20%, dispute <= 10%), minimums (<= $1,000 / 1,000 IMD) are 48 h timelocked, hard-bounded (VaultParams.sol:195-229) and per-version (a task keeps the version it was created under), so no parameter change can break a task in progress; task creation can be paused instantly (ParamsRegistry.sol:208) which only stops new tasks.

The missing timelock on the price parameters is the one unguarded lever and it acts on money users cannot withdraw.

Inputs: 1,000 doers each locked 10,000 YOLO ($100 at FDV $10M) for 52 weeks to earn full power on $100 tasks; owner sets FDV to $1M: a $100 task is now 100,000 YOLO-equivalent, power/reward = 0.1 -> bonus 0.4% instead of 4%; at FDV $0.9M bonus 0. Expected: a 48 h notice like every other parameter; actual: immediate.

    • low14. A vesting beneficiary or large holder extracts more through YOLO Predict on tasks they control than by selling; the stake bonus only pays for work donedocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:185

Stake bonus: income = 4% x rewards actually completed, with power = locked x weeks/52 only setting the per-task ceiling; a holder of 10M YOLO ($100k) locked 52 weeks gets full power on any task up to $100k, but must still do the tasks, so it is wage, not extraction; no more than holding plus working.

Predict: a large holder who also controls the outcome (author of a task only they can complete, or doer who can walk away) has a sure bet on every task; with no per-address cap and early positions weighted (time-left/length)^2, a bet placed at creation takes a share of the losing pool proportional to stake x 1, so the holder's upside is bounded only by what the public bets against them (entry 16).

The 5% immediate burn and 5% deferred (which the author/doer side collects when the task is done) make a self-dealt WILL DO bet nearly free for an author-doer: on 100,000 YOLO bet by the author on their own task they get back 90,000 (pool) + 2,500 (author deferred) + 2,500 (doer deferred, if they are also the doer) = 95,000 plus the whole WON'T DO pool.

Vesting beneficiaries have no extra privilege: ProjectVesting pays only the schedule (ProjectVesting.sol:90-101); the incentives wallet funding YOLO tasks it then completes itself would only recycle its own tokens through a 10% fee.

Model: author-doer with 1,000,000 YOLO bets 100,000 WILL DO at creation on a 1,000-YOLO task they will complete; public bets 50,000 WON'T DO. Outcome: author-doer gets 90,000 back + 45,000 pool + 5,000 deferred = 140,000 for a 10,000 YOLO cost (5,000 burned, 5,000 deferred returned): +40,000 YOLO, more than selling at any price moves.

    • medium15. Cheapest Sybil: one wallet with 10 NFTs decides any uncontested dispute; 9 NFTs on the losing side turn a clean reject into 'no decision', which defaults to paying the doercontracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:176

      NFT vote (docs section 4, code CaseDesk._tryDecide): 1 NFT = 1 vote, minWinnerWallets = 1 (VaultParams.sol:156), decision at >= 10 margin.

Cost: 10 identity.md NFTs (one-off purchase; bought NFTs or borrowed ones counted at relay time, MECHANICS 'audit C-06'), reusable on every dispute in the protocol.

Upside: entry 11's 6%/5% of R on own tasks plus 50% of every lost bond.

'No decision' changes the odds: a doer with a fake proof and 9 NFTs votes 'accept' against an honest 'reject' majority below 19 votes; the margin stays under 10, the result is NoDecision, and NoDecision ends Accepted (CaseDesk.sol:176; TOKEN-UTILITY line 74: 'treated as if the submission had never been disputed'), with the disputers' bonds 50% to the doer and 50% to the treasury (DisputeDesk.sol:529-532) or 100% to the winner under the docs.

The honest side must then pay a dispute bond plus ~0.5 IMD to call the swarm (TOKEN-UTILITY lines 78-84); the caller recovers the fee from the loser's bond only if they win. So 9 NFTs convert 'the honest majority wins' into 'the honest side pays to call the swarm or the faker is paid'.

Prediction market: Sybil wallets add nothing (points are stake x weight, no per-address rule); the only per-address rule is the NFT buy window (500,000 YOLO per NFT), where N NFTs buy N x 500,000, linear, no advantage beyond owning more NFTs.

Steps: fake proof on a 200 USDC task; two honest holders dispute and vote reject with 15 NFTs; the doer's wallet votes accept with 9 NFTs; margin 6 < 10 -> NoDecision; nobody pays to call the swarm within 24 h -> Accepted: doer gets 180 USDC and 50% of the two dispute bonds (1 IMD each), treasury 20 USDC + 1 IMD; the honest disputers lose 2 IMD and 2 x 0.0003 ETH. Expected: the 15-9 reject majority rejects; actual: paid by default.

    • high16. The author-side sure bet: a 1,000-YOLO WON'T DO position at creation on a task the author will not let be accepted takes the whole WILL DO pool; the empty-side rule is not even neededdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:182

Who gains: the author (and a doer who walks away).

Who loses: every WILL DO bettor.

Cheapest version: post a task at the 5 USDC minimum (refunded when it expires) with a condition that reads as doable but needs the author's cooperation (a proof only the author's own account can produce, or a condition the author will dispute and the swarm will reject); bet the smallest WON'T DO position at creation (weight 1, 5% burned = 50 YOLO on 1,000); let WILL DO positions accumulate; dispute any submission (bond ~ 0.5 IMD + 1%, recovered on winning) ; at the deadline WON'T DO wins and the author, as the only WON'T DO bettor, takes 100% of the WILL DO 90% pool by points, plus their own 900 back; the empty-side payout (whole pool to the author) gives the same result with zero stake.

Cost: 50 YOLO burned + author fee + gas + the dispute bond at risk only if the swarm wrongly accepts.

Upside: the whole WILL DO pool, uncapped (section 7: no limit per side or per wallet). Inside knowledge the other way: an author who intends to accept a friendly doer's proof bets WILL DO at creation and collects the WON'T DO pool plus the 2.5% + 2.5% deferred share.

TOKEN-UTILITY lines 185-194 label this a 'known, accepted risk', but it is the dominant strategy for every author, so the market's expected value for an outside bettor is negative on every task and the 5% burn it funds is paid by the losers of a rigged game; this is a broken guarantee under realistic conditions, not an edge case.

Inputs: author posts 5 USDC task with deadline 7 days, bets 1,000 YOLO WON'T DO at t = 0; the public bets 200,000 YOLO WILL DO over the week; no proof is ever accepted.

Payout at deadline: author receives 180,000 YOLO (90% of WILL DO) + 900 YOLO (own 90%) = 180,900 for 1,000 YOLO + 5 USDC (refunded); burn 10,050 YOLO (5% of all positions) + 10,000 deferred burned.

Expected: no participant with control over the outcome can bet; actual: +179,900 YOLO.

    • info17. Buy/hold pressure: five sources, four exist only because of the mechanic; only YOLO-denominated rewards reflect an outside reason to holddocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:166

      1. Stake locks (section 6): the doer buys/locks YOLO only to earn up to 4% of rewards; mechanic-only, and the lock can be as short as one week (power = amount x weeks/52), so it is 52x the reward for a week or 1x for a year.
      2. YOLO-paid bonds: per the current docs bonds are in the reward's currency, so YOLO bonds exist only on YOLO tasks (plus the 0.5 IMD part): mechanic-only and refunded, so hold pressure for 24 h-48 h per submission; the earlier code takes all bonds in IMD (no YOLO demand).
      3. Trophy burns: $1.50 per accepted task, vanity, mechanic-only; at 10,000 tasks/month that is $15,000/month of buy pressure.
      4. Predict entry: speculative; mechanic-only and negative-sum for outsiders (entry 16).
      5. Buyback burns: paid from the treasury's ETH/USDC/IMD fee share, independent of users' wish to hold YOLO but entirely dependent on fee volume (entries 8-9).
      6. YOLO-denominated rewards and add-ons (sections 1-2): the only flow where someone holds YOLO because they want to pay in it; most likely funded by the 250M incentives wallet. Not a source: the NFT buy window (one-hour launch allocation, sell-side after). Hold pressure that is not demand: the 150M Stabilizer reserve and the locked LP.

      No failing input; classification.

    • info18. TOKEN-UTILITY features: fourth currency, add-on, disputes, trophy and the NFT buy window do enforced work in the code; the stake, YOLO Predict, the burner, the flat YOLO minimum, the in-currency bdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:232

Enforced: section 1 fourth currency (TaskVault.sol:221, _collect 645-648), but with a $5-by-oracle or no minimum, not a flat 1,000 YOLO (TaskVault.sol:245); section 2 YOLO add-on (YoloSweetener.sweeten/payout) but with a swarm-or-large-threshold cap (YoloSweetener.sol:190-205) the docs say does not exist, and its 10% fee goes 100% to the treasury wallet, not burned; section 3 doer bond (CaseDesk.sol:83, Desk.sol:117-131) but IMD-only, 1 IMD floor, x2 per rejection/queue position; section 4 disputes, NFT vote, anyone-calls-swarm, 6 h timeout (DisputeDesk, CaseDesk._swarmStatus) but any number of disputers (not one), an ETH fee (docs: none), and 6%/4% fee split (docs 5%/5%); section 8 trophy (DareTrophy) priced by the pool-sample oracle, not an FDV parameter; section 9 buy window (NftGate, YoloToken) and dispute voting (VoteLib) as described.

Decorative, no contract in contracts/src: section 6 doer stake (no lock contract, no bonus payment anywhere in DisputeDesk._payReward), section 7 YOLO Predict (no market contract), section 10's buyback burner, the FDV/ETH/IMD price parameters (TOKENOMICS 'Pricing without an oracle'), and the on-contract burn of YOLO fee income (entry 6). The Stabilizer is a wallet by design (not a finding).

grep -rn 'stake|predict|burner|fdv' contracts/src returns no implementing contract; DisputeDesk._payReward (lines 557-565) pays r - fee to the doer and fee - toVoters to the treasury with no bonus term.

    • info19. Burns outpace the incentives + treasury unlock (~19.9M YOLO/month in year one) only at entry 9's scale with a YOLO-heavy mix; at realistic volume burns are below 1% of unlocksdocs/TOKENOMICS.md:13

      Unlock rate (Vestings.sol: 730-day and 365-day linear clocks from the split): months 1-12: incentives 7.71M + treasury 12.18M = 19.9M YOLO/month (dev 6.39M + team 4.11M on top, 30.4M total); months 13-24: incentives only, 7.71M/month; after month 24: 0.

      Burn rate at $0.01/YOLO: entry 8 (10 minimum tasks): 200-660 YOLO/month = 0.003% of 19.9M; entry 22's 1,000 tasks at $100 average with 20% in YOLO: 20,000 YOLO/month = 0.1%; entry 9 (10,000 tasks at $1,000, 20% YOLO): 12-20M/month on-contract = 60-100% of the year-one unlock, 150-260% of the year-two unlock; only with the full $800k/month non-YOLO fee share bought back (another ~80M YOLO/month, 8% of supply through one pool) do burns clearly exceed unlocks.

Conclusion: at realistic volume the net supply grows by roughly the full unlock; parity needs on the order of $10M/month of accepted rewards.

      Predict per task: in 2,000 YOLO -> burned 100 (5%), deferred 100 (50 author, 50 doer), WILL DO bettor 900 own + 900 from the losing pool = 1,800; total out 2,000.

      Grand totals: burn address 10,000 + 4 x 100 = 10,400 YOLO; treasury 10 USDC + 0.005 ETH + 2 IMD; doer 90 USDC + 0.045 ETH + 18 IMD + 90,000 YOLO + 4 x 50 YOLO; author 4 x 50 YOLO; bettors 4 x 1,800 YOLO; refunds 2 IMD + 3 USDC + 0.0015 ETH + 0.6 IMD + 3,000 YOLO; voters 0; staker 0; burner 0. Every column sums to its input.

Code (earlier version, IMD at $8): bonds are 1 IMD (USDC, ETH), 1.1 IMD (IMD), 1 IMD (YOLO at $0.0001), all refunded on acceptance; the YOLO fee goes to treasuryPot instead of the burn (entry 6).

Arithmetic as above; the scratch test's YOLO case shows the code side (doer 900,000 of 1,000,000, 100,000 fee split 60,000 voters / 40,000 treasury pot when disputed).

Docs model (parameter fixed at $0.01): (A) -90% in a week (real $0.001): stake bonus: non-YOLO rewards still convert at $0.01, so a lock worth 1/10 of the reward in real terms reaches full power: gains stakers, loses treasury/burn; YOLO rewards and bonds: the 1,000-YOLO minimum is $1, spam-cheap tasks and $0.30 bonds (entry 3 worsens 10x); trophy: 150 YOLO = $0.15 real (undercharge); Predict pools: nominal, unaffected; burner: each $ of fee buys 10x the YOLO, burn count x10; Stabilizer: no 3x trigger, idle reserve.

      (B) +10x in a week (real $0.10): stake 10x harder (losers: existing lockers, no exit); YOLO minimum = $100, YOLO tasks priced out, bonds 3% = large real sums; trophy $15 real (overcharge, doers lose); burner burns 1/10; Stabilizer: inside the launch hour it sells at >= 3x per its rules, after it discretionary.

      (C) daily +-50% swings: every submission's bonus is fixed in its own block so doers time submissions to the hour the parameter is most favourable relative to spot (gain <= 4% of R); trophy minters mint on dips in the parameter-vs-spot ratio.

Reverts/stuck funds: none in the docs model (no oracle).

Code (earlier version): YOLO is floored at the opening price and capped at $0.01, so (A) is clipped to the floor (bonds for a 1,000,000-YOLO task at the floor ~15 IMD-equivalent x 3% = 0.95 IMD -> 1 IMD min) and (B) to the cap; a Chainlink outage > 2 h (ETH) / 48 h (USDC) reverts createTask/submit for ETH and USDC tasks (ChainlinkUniV3PriceOracle.sol:162) and quoteSubmission, a delay only: deposits stay withdrawable through withdrawContribution, which reads no price.

Inputs: parameter $0.01, real $0.001 for 90 days; a 1,000-YOLO task costs the author $1; a fake-proof bond is 0.5 IMD + 30 YOLO ($4.03); the trophy of any accepted task burns 150 YOLO ($0.15). Expected: 'nothing breaks' (TOKENOMICS 64-67) holds; actual economic effect: every YOLO-keyed price is 10x off.

    • info22. 100 / 1,000 / 10,000 accepted tasks a month at a $100 average, 40/30/10/20 USDC/ETH/IMD/YOLO mix: fees $1k / $10k / $100k; YOLO burned 2,000 / 20,000 / 200,000 vs 19.9M unlockdocs/TOKENOMICS.md:13

      Stated mix: average reward $100; 40% USDC, 30% ETH, 10% IMD, 20% YOLO (10,000 YOLO at $0.01); no disputes. Table per month (tasks: fees $; treasury $ non-YOLO; YOLO fee; burn no-stake; burn all-full-stake / doer bonus / treasury YOLO): 100: $1,000; $800; 20,000 YOLO; 2,000 burned; 1,200 burned / 800 bonus / 0 treasury (the 0.5% treasury remainder is YOLO income and burns too, so 1,200 = 6% x 20,000). 1,000: $10,000; $8,000; 200,000 YOLO; 20,000 burned; 12,000 / 8,000 / 0.

      10,000: $100,000; $80,000; 2,000,000 YOLO; 200,000 burned; 120,000 / 80,000 / 0. With a dispute the NFT decided right on every task (worst case for the treasury): voters take 5% of every reward ($50 / $500 / $5,000 per month at the three scales, of which the YOLO part is 1,000 / 10,000 / 100,000 YOLO not burned). Burn vs the 19.9M monthly unlock: 0.01% / 0.1% / 1.0%.

Trophy burns if every doer mints: 150 YOLO x tasks = 15,000 / 150,000 / 1,500,000 YOLO, larger than the fee burn at every scale.

      Computation above; no failing input.

    • low23. Sandwiching a burner call or a Stabilizer sale: profit is bounded by the 2.5% round-trip LP fee and the burner's slippage bound; a flash-loan pump to trigger the Stabilizer loses money to the Stabcontracts/src/oracles/YoloPoolSamples.sol:83

The pool is the launch factory's Uniswap v4 pool with a 1.25% LP fee per swap (LaunchPlan.sol:67).

Burner (not in repo, docs only): a burn of B dollars moves the price by its impact I(B); a sandwicher buys first, lets the burn execute at the worse price, sells after, netting at most the burn's impact minus two 1.25% legs minus gas: for a burn whose impact is below 2.5% there is no profit; with a minimum-output bound on the burn the extractable amount is at most the bound's slack.

Nothing is lost by users: the burner holds fee shares only; the cost is fewer YOLO burned per dollar.

Stabilizer: it sells only at >= 3x the opening price in the launch window; an attacker who flash-loans IMD to pump to 3x pays 1.25% in, has the Stabilizer sell up to 2.5M YOLO per block into their own bid, then sells back paying 1.25% again: the attacker is the exit liquidity, the Stabilizer gains. The bound that stops both is the fee plus the 3x floor rule; what the docs do not state is the burner's slippage parameter, which should be published.

Code side: the only on-chain pool read is YoloPoolSamples, which stores a sample only if an EOA reads it in one block and confirms in a later block with no swap in between (YoloPoolSamples.sol:13-20, 114), so a same-block sandwich of a sample stores nothing; holding a pumped price across a block raises the 2-hour highest sample (dearer YOLO bonds, cheaper trophies) at the cost of carrying inventory through a block of arbitrage.

Model: pool depth such that a $10,000 burn moves the price 4%; sandwicher gains 4% - 2.5% = 1.5% of $10,000 = $150 minus gas; a $1,000 burn (0.4% impact) yields nothing. No user funds; the loss is 1.5% of the burn's YOLO.

  6. Audit judgeAgent #1212found 3 high, 3 medium, 8 low, 11 info

The review is complete. The report is in .imd-findings.json at the repository root with 25 entries, one per required item in order, and nothing in the tree was modified except two new files under contracts/test/scratch/.

Verdict (entry 0): not launch-ready as documented. The documented $YOLO rules have two high and three medium defects, and the contracts in the repository implement a different ruleset, which entry 24 records once as instructed.

What I kept, after reproducing each against the docs or code

    • High, entry 16. YOLO Predict lets whoever controls acceptance hold a sure bet. With WON'T DO empty the author takes 90% of the WILL DO pool with no position at all; with an opponent present a 1,000 YOLO position at creation (weight 1) takes most of it for 50 YOLO burned. Four specialists reported variants; merged into one entry.
    • High, entry 15. The docs' 20-vote early close hands any dispute to the first wallet relaying 20 NFTs in one block, reopening audit C-02. In both docs and code a no-decision pays the doer, so 9 NFTs neutralise a 15-vote honest reject. My scratch test reproduces the code side at contracts/src/desks/CaseDesk.sol:176.
    • Medium, entry 11. Doer plus disputer plus 10 NFTs under one operator moves the 6% NFT fee part from the treasury to itself with zero IMD at risk. The specialist's test reproduces it and passes on the current code. The docs' one-disputer slot is folded in here.
    • Medium, entries 3 and 13. Flat bonds make policing minimum tasks negative-EV and fake proofs positive-EV below about 48% dispute coverage. The FDV parameter is one EOA key with no timelock and a 10x cut denies every locked staker's bonus.
    • Low and info entries cover the FDV two-jobs contradiction, the burn being a dead-address transfer with no supply reduction, the section 5 "Burn $5.50" on USDC rewards that TOKENOMICS contradicts, the Stabilizer caps (300M per window vs the 150M bucket), and the computed stress tables.

    What I dropped or downgraded

    • The flow specialist's "YOLO fee not burned in code" blocker is a docs/code disagreement, so it lives only in entry 24.
    • Both attached specialist proofs import Base.t.sol and pass on the current code, so they count as reproductions, not proofs. No finding here is a high in Solidity code, so none needs a proof.
    • The flow specialist's entry 22 burn figures were 10x too low (20 YOLO tasks at 1,000 YOLO fee each is 20,000, not 2,000); corrected.

    • high0. VERDICT: not launch-ready; four blockers in the documented $YOLO rules, plus a repository that implements a different ruleset (entry 24)docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:182

    • info1. Splits: every documented split sums to 100%; Stabilizer per-minute cap x window (300M) exceeds the 150M bucket, so the total binds and the whole bucket can leave in 15 minutesdocs/TOKENOMICS.md:13

      Supply (TOKENOMICS lines 13-20): 250,000,000 + 222,222,223 + 150,000,000 + 150,000,000 + 100,000,000 + 77,777,777 + 50,000,000 = 1,000,000,000; code: YoloSplitter.FIXED = 527,777,777e18 and the treasury vesting gets bal - FIXED, so split() pays exactly bal (YoloSplitter.sol:31-36, 82-86). Unlock table (lines 102-105): day 0 = 62.5M + 74,074,074 + 150M + 150M + 100M = 536,574,074 (53.66%); month 12 = 906.25M; month 24 = 1,000M: consistent.

      Fee (TOKENOMICS lines 80-86, TOKEN-UTILITY lines 108-120): 5% NFT part + 5% staker part = 10%; rows 90+10, 94+5.50+0.50, 92+6.50+1.50, 90+5+5, 94+5+0.50+0.50 each = 100.

      Predict position: 5% burn + 5% deferred (2.5 + 2.5) + 90% pool = 100%.

      Code: fee = R x 1000/1e4, voters R x 600/1e4, treasury fee - voters (DisputeDesk.sol:559-563), bounded by nftFeeBps <= feeBps (VaultParams.sol:227). Stabilizer (TOKENOMICS lines 137-139): 2.5M per sale x at most one per 12 s block = 12.5M/min > the 10M/min cap, and 10M/min x 30 min = 300M > 150M total, so the 'Total' row is the binding cap: at a sustained 3x the whole 150,000,000 YOLO (28% of the 536.6M day-0 float) can be sold between minute 30 and minute 45.

No over- or under-allocation; disclosure only (the fund, its size and name stay): the table does not say the bucket can be exhausted inside the window, nor that after minute 60 no rule but publication applies (line 142-145).

One wording ambiguity: 'earns up to 4% of it' (TOKENOMICS line 84) could read as 4% of the 5% part (0.2% of the reward); every table uses 4 percentage points of the reward, which is the only reading under which the rows sum.

      Arithmetic as above; no failing input. Code check: YoloSplitter.split pays 250M + 150M + 77,777,777 + 50M + (bal - 527,777,777) = bal.

    • low2. Doer stake bonus cannot exceed its 4% cap or the 5% staker part, but the one-tenth threshold is a $5.40 cliff on a $100 task and full power needs only a one-week lock of 52x the rewarddocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:146

b = 4% x min(1, power / rewardYolo) is bounded by min(., 1), so no power, FDV or reward makes it exceed 4% of the reward, and it is paid from the 5% staker part (TOKENOMICS lines 84-86), leaving >= 1% to split burn/treasury: the fee never goes negative.

      Lock 999 YOLO for 52 weeks -> power $9.99 -> bonus 0, treasury $10.

      Lock 1,000 YOLO -> power $10.00 -> bonus $0.40, burn $5 + $2.30, treasury $2.30.

Expected: a continuous rule; actual: a step of $5.40 for one YOLO.

      Full power for $100 via a 1-week lock: 10,000 x 52 = 520,000 YOLO ($5,200) locked for 7 days earns $4.

    • medium3. Flat 0.5 IMD + 3%/1% bonds: at the minimum rewards a correct dispute earns less than it risks and a fake proof is positive-EV below ~48% dispute coverage; the bond does not grow on resubmissiondocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:50

    • low4. The two source-of-truth docs disagree on where the price parameter is used: TOKENOMICS 'exactly one job' (stake) vs TOKEN-UTILITY (stake and trophy); the earlier code uses an oracle in five placesdocs/TOKENOMICS.md:61

    • info5. No function pays a user from the incentives, treasury, dev or team balance; every payout comes from a bucket the paying contract booked itselfcontracts/src/TaskVault.sol:490

Checked every money-moving function in the repository: TaskVault pays only from booked buckets under its liabilities invariant (_pay/_credit/_withdrawTo); sweepTreasury only moves treasuryPot into a credit of the treasury address (TaskVault.sol:490-497), never the reverse; DisputeDesk settlements credit from bonds, the fee and the reward only (DisputeDesk.sol:478-596); ProjectVesting.release pays only its beneficiary what its own schedule unlocked (ProjectVesting.sol:90-101); YoloSplitter.split pays only its five fixed addresses; YoloSweetener pays from bonusOf; DareTrophy only pulls from the minter.

No contract holds the incentives, Stabilizer, dev or team wallets' keys or an allowance from them. Matches TOKEN-UTILITY lines 232-234 and TOKENOMICS lines 25-29.

No failing input: every payout path traced to a bucket the paying contract itself booked.

    • low6. Burn accounting: one on-chain burn path (trophy -> 0xdEaD), 'burn' never reduces totalSupply, and the docs contradict each other on whether non-YOLO fee shares are burned at allcontracts/src/DareTrophy.sol:134

    • low7. Stale price parameter at 0.1x / 10x: the stake threshold moves by that factor and the trophy by the same factor the other way, so no single correction serves both; nothing else is keyed to itdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:199

    • info8. Ten minimum tasks a month: 200 YOLO burned on-contract (up to 660 with a burner), 0 treasury YOLO, 0 bonuses, against ~19.9M YOLO of incentives + treasury unlock per month (0.001-0.003%)docs/TOKENOMICS.md:13

      Assumptions: YOLO = $0.01 (the $10M FDV the code caps at), ETH = $2,500, IMD = $8; mix 3 x 5 USDC, 3 x 0.002 ETH, 2 x 1 IMD, 2 x 1,000 YOLO; no stakes, no disputes, all accepted. Fees (10%): 1.5 USDC + 0.0006 ETH + 0.2 IMD = $4.60, plus 200 YOLO. Per TOKENOMICS lines 88-90 the YOLO fee is burned by the contract: 200 YOLO burned; treasury YOLO kept: 0; stake bonuses: 0.

      The $4.60 stays with the treasury (TOKENOMICS line 93) or, if a buyback burner were run on all of it at $0.01, buys and burns 460 YOLO more: 200-660 YOLO/month. Unlock per 30 days (Vestings.sol clocks): incentives 187,500,000 / 730 x 30 = 7,705,479; treasury 148,148,149 / 365 x 30 = 12,176,560; sum 19,882,039 YOLO/month (dev 6,392,420 and team 4,109,589 on top). Burn / unlock = 660 / 19,882,039 = 0.0033%.

    • info9. Ten thousand large tasks a month: no circuit breaker on the vault's exposure anywhere (nor needed: it is custody, not leverage); 12-20M YOLO burned only if 20% of volume is YOLO-denominated; the fedocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:23

      Assumptions: 10,000 accepted tasks/month, average $1,000, mix 40% USDC / 30% ETH / 10% IMD / 20% YOLO (100,000 YOLO at $0.01), no disputes.

      Fees: $1,000,000/month.

YOLO-denominated: 2,000 tasks x 10,000 YOLO fee = 20,000,000 YOLO; no stake -> 20M burned, 0 bonus; all doers at full power -> 12M burned (6%) and 8M YOLO paid as bonuses (4%). Non-YOLO fees $800,000/month to the treasury (or ~80M YOLO/month if fully bought back and burned: 8% of supply through one pool, see entries 10 and 23).

Circuit breaker: none in the docs (no per-task, total-open, top-up or per-address cap, lines 23-24, 249-250); in code the only bound is amount <= 2^128-1 (TaskVault.sol:238). Exposure is not leveraged: the vault holds exactly what it owes (liabilities invariant), pays by pull, and the treasury pays nothing, so 'exposure' is custody of deposits, not solvency risk.

Entry 8's formula is not 'demand': the fee is a percentage of reward throughput chosen by authors; only the YOLO-denominated share obliges anyone to acquire YOLO, and the likeliest funder of YOLO tasks is the 250M incentives wallet (recycled supply).

      Computation above; no failing input.

    • info10. A thin YOLO/IMD pool makes a burner swap revert or fill at a bad price and stops the Stabilizer selling at its floor; neither path holds user money, so nothing is locked, only delayeddocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:246

    • medium11. Doer and disputer under common control: in the docs an accomplice takes the only dispute slot with a sham reason; in docs and code the pair plus 10 NFTs moves the NFT fee part (6% code / 5% docs) docs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:61

• low12. Front-running a price-parameter change: a submission or trophy mint placed around a mempool-visible FDV change locks the better conversion; bounded by 4% of the reward and ~$1.50; nothing at creatdocs/TOKENOMICS.md:151

      Inputs: FDV lowered from $10,000,000 to $1,000,000 in block N; a doer with 10,000 YOLO locked 52 weeks on a $100 task submits in block N-1: bonus 4% ($4) kept; in block N+1: power/reward = 0.1 -> 0.4% ($0.40). Difference $3.60 per task; the same change makes a trophy 1,500 YOLO instead of 150.

    • medium13. The smallest change that denies every stake bonus is one owner transaction lowering the FDV parameter about 10x; no timelock guards it, one EOA holds it, and locked stakers cannot exitdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:141

    • low14. A large holder or vesting beneficiary extracts more through YOLO Predict on tasks they control than by selling; the stake bonus only pays for work done and the vestings grant no privilegedocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:185

    • high15.

    • high16. YOLO Predict: the author (or a doer who walks away) holds a sure bet on every task; the empty-side rule and the lack of any exclusion make a 50-YOLO position, or no position at all, capture the whdocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:182

Trophy burns, if every doer mints at 150 YOLO: 150 x tasks, larger than the fee burn below ~$1,500 average rewards.

      USDC: in 100 USDC + bond (0.5 IMD + 3 USDC) -> doer 90 USDC, treasury 10 USDC, bond refund 0.5 IMD + 3 USDC.

      ETH: in 0.05 ETH + (0.5 IMD + 0.0015 ETH) -> doer 0.045, treasury 0.005, refund 0.5 IMD + 0.0015 ETH.

      IMD: in 20 IMD + (0.5 + 0.6 IMD) -> doer 18, treasury 2, refund 1.1 IMD.

      YOLO: in 100,000 YOLO + (0.5 IMD + 3,000 YOLO) -> doer 90,000, burn address 10,000 (treasury income burns), refund 0.5 IMD + 3,000 YOLO.

      Predict per task: in 2,000 YOLO -> burned 100 (5%), deferred 100 (50 author + 50 doer), WILL DO bettor 900 own + 900 losing pool = 1,800; out 2,000.

      Totals: burn address 10,000 + 4 x 100 = 10,400 YOLO; treasury 10 USDC + 0.005 ETH + 2 IMD; doer 90 USDC + 0.045 ETH + 18 IMD + 90,000 YOLO + 200 YOLO deferred; author 200 YOLO deferred; bettors 7,200 YOLO; refunds 2 IMD + 3 USDC + 0.0015 ETH + 0.6 IMD + 3,000 YOLO; voters 0; staker 0; burner 0 (no non-YOLO burn path is specified). Every column equals its input.

Code side (IMD $8, earlier rules): bonds are 1 IMD (USDC, ETH, YOLO at its floor price) and 1.1 IMD (IMD), all refunded on acceptance; the YOLO fee goes to treasuryPot instead of the burn (entry 24).

Arithmetic above; the scratch tests show the code side on a 1,000,000 YOLO and a 200 USDC task (doer 90%, fee 10% split 6% voters / 4% treasury when the NFT decided right, 10% treasury otherwise).

    • low21. 90 days of market moves with the parameter unchanged: -90% makes YOLO tasks and trophies 10x cheaper in real terms and the stake 10x easier; +10x prices YOLO tasks out and overcharges trophies; dadocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:21

    • info22. 100 / 1,000 / 10,000 accepted tasks a month, $100 average, 40/30/10/20 USDC/ETH/IMD/YOLO: fees $1k / $10k / $100k; YOLO burned 20,000 / 200,000 / 2,000,000 vs the 19.9M monthly unlock (0.1% / 1% /docs/TOKENOMICS.md:13

      Mix: average reward $100; 40% USDC, 30% ETH, 10% IMD, 20% YOLO (10,000 YOLO at $0.01); no disputes. Per month (tasks: total fees; non-YOLO fees to the treasury; YOLO fee; burned with no stake; burned / bonus / treasury YOLO with every doer at full power): 100: $1,000; $800; 20,000 YOLO; 20,000 burned; 12,000 / 8,000 / 0. 1,000: $10,000; $8,000; 200,000 YOLO; 200,000 burned; 120,000 / 80,000 / 0.

      10,000: $100,000; $80,000; 2,000,000 YOLO; 2,000,000 burned; 1,200,000 / 800,000 / 0 (the 0.5% treasury remainder of a YOLO fee is YOLO income and burns too). Worst case for the treasury, a dispute decided right on every task: voters take 5% of every reward ($50 / $500 / $5,000; the YOLO part 10,000 / 100,000 / 1,000,000 YOLO is then not burned). Burn vs the 19,882,039 YOLO monthly unlock: 0.10% / 1.0% / 10%.

      Trophy burns if every doer mints: 15,000 / 150,000 / 1,500,000 YOLO.

      Computation above; no failing input.

    • low23. Sandwiching a burner call or a Stabilizer sale: profit is bounded by the 2.5% round-trip LP fee and the burner's slippage bound, which the docs never state; a flash-loan pump into the Stabilizer ldocs/TOKEN-UTILITY.md:246
