Build a working, noncustodial Node 24/TypeScript bot for Papertrade.xyz on Hyperliquid/HyperEVM. The user has about 2,000 USDC on Arbitrum and is willing to lose the full 2,000 USDC to maximize PAPER minted. The candidate strategy uses TWO separate wallets: one opens a BTC or ETH long and the other an equal-notional short, closes/rebalances positions, and measures PAPER minted per net USDC lost.

Optimize cumulative PAPER minted within the combined 2,000 USDC capital budget, not paper profit. Do not assume this hedge is profitable or that 1000x leverage is optimal; calculate and compare candidate leverages using Papertrade's actual deadband, asymmetric win haircut, 2% win fee, liquidation buffer, and current mint curve. PAPER is nontransferable at launch and staking returns are uncertain.

Implement the real live-trading adapter for Papertrade's authorized relayer and signed intents if a supported interface can be verified. Inspect Papertrade's current official docs and public frontend, record the exact request and typed-signature schemas and relayer URL with evidence. Do not bypass a gated relayer, invent an endpoint, scrape browser clicks as a substitute, or claim live capability if access is unavailable.

The bot must support dry-run and live modes, with live disabled by default. The two accounts must use separate revocable, scoped session keys; never collect seed phrases or put secrets in source, logs, GitHub, or the IMD submission. The user will manually fund and register keys.

Require no more than 2,000 USDC actually funded across the two bot wallets before live use; software stops alone cannot guarantee a loss ceiling. Enforce a combined 2,000 USDC capital-loss stop, configurable lower per-trade and daily stops, margin and leverage caps, one pair at a time, stale-price checks, position reconciliation, protection when only one leg executes, and a manual emergency stop.

Treat liquidation as full margin loss, including rapid reversals that can liquidate both wallets. Poll actual account balances, positions, PAPER mint events, and protocol parameters; persist an auditable state and alert on fills, liquidation, drift, errors, and stop triggers. Include deterministic strategy and risk tests, mocked relayer tests, read-only live connectivity checks, a deployment guide for a separate user service, and a clear demonstration of dry-run behavior.

Do not place real trades, transfer funds, deploy contracts, change IdentityMD services, or activate live mode in the IMD worker environment. Deliver source on GitHub with a truthful README listing what was and was not verified.
