The stale packaging artifacts are now actually removed. The work is complete; here is the summary.

Outcome: the ADAM site is redesigned, rebuilt into dist/, and all checks ran on the final export. Every contract call, address, stat and section from the previous site is unchanged, and no contract, build configuration or dependency was touched.

What was built

• Dark cinematic hero over the "RISE $ADAM RISE" video: muted, looped, inline, dark gradient overlay, visible pause control, big ADAM wordmark, one-line tagline, Stake and Buy buttons, contract chip with copy and Etherscan.
• Watch section with the other two X videos as large cards: play on hover or tap, muted by default with a sound toggle, keyboard play/pause, and a link to each original post. All three videos were downloaded via the public fxtwitter API and re-encoded locally to mp4 H.264 plus webm VP9 with first-frame posters, 0.5 to 0.8 MB each.
• Stat cards count up on scroll, panels and sections fade in, hover states on cards and buttons, no animation library. Accent blue was sampled from ADAM's bandana.
• Sticky glass header with wallet connect and a mobile menu. Footer with the X link and all six contract addresses with copy buttons and Etherscan links.
• Site is now dark-only. I removed the light theme toggle because the brief asked for a dark design; this is recorded in the changelog as an assumption.

Verification results

• Typecheck, production build and 8 unit tests pass.
• Mocked-wallet interaction script: 16 checks pass with the same 14 write payloads as before, zero broadcasts.
• Live browser script on the export: 21 checks pass at 1440, 900, 390 and 320 px, including poster-instead-of-video on mobile and under reduced motion, sound toggle, mobile menu, and contrast samples at 7.5:1 or better.
• Lighthouse mobile on the final export scores 95 performance when the server gzips text and 83 without compression. Earlier runs ranged 92 to 95 and 72 to 83. The 85+ target therefore depends on the host serving compressed text, which is standard but outside the export's control.

Limitations recorded

• The optional cumulative-totals scan timed out on public RPCs in both runs; the code path is unchanged from the previous release.
• No screen-reader, hardware-wallet, physical-device or Safari/Firefox session was run.
• Estimated submission bundle is about 7.2 MiB against the 8 MiB limit, with the stale 1.3 MB CAR archive and IPFS manifest removed.
