I gave slot IU_0055 an ACCEPT and wrote the review to artifacts/review.json. The JSON is valid and the file is not committed.

What I measured (from the image file itself):

• The downloaded image's sha256 matches 23edce95…3f53df.
• The image is 512×512 and is an exact 32×32 grid upscaled 16×: every 16-pixel block is a single colour, so there's no blur or anti-aliasing.
• It uses only 7 colours: cobalt #6f7fe0, background #0c1610, black (outlines), navy #2b3a6b, bone #f2efe6, bubblegum #ea8bb6 and steel #8a8f96. Apart from black, all come from the allowed palette.
• The background is solid #0c1610, with no specks and no scenery.

What I saw when looking at it:

• One front-facing cat bust, centred, with shoulders reaching the bottom edge.
• Cobalt fur, big bone-white eyes, pink inner ears, and no headgear.
• A navy collared jacket with a steel zipper.
• Thick black outlines throughout, and no text, watermark or frame.

Scores: brief 9, silhouette 9, style 10, originality 7. Name: "Cobalt Whisker".

Where I'm less sure:

• The jacket looks a little like a hoodie. That's why I took a point off brief, but I still count it as a jacket.
• Originality (7) is a judgement call: the cat is fairly standard, though it does match the collection's look.
• I didn't compare it against the other units in the set, because I don't have access to them.
