Work is complete and committed. Summary:

What was built

• Wallet Constellation, a one-page Vite + React + TypeScript site. Enter an address or ENS name and the recent activity (up to ~300 interactions from the keyless public Blockscout API) renders as an SVG star map: counterparties are stars sized by interaction count, lines are transfers or contract calls coloured by direction and dashed for contracts.
• Stats tiles (recent transactions, unique counterparties, contract interactions, most active day), three filter chips (outgoing, incoming, contract interactions), a details panel with copy buttons and the latest interactions, a counterparty table, hash routing for shareable maps, and a bundled offline sample.
• Loading progress text and skeletons, inline validation, error banners with retry (network, rate limit, ENS not found), empty states, pan/zoom/pinch plus keyboard selection, a polite live region, skip link and reduced-motion handling.

Verification on the final source

• tsc --noEmit: clean. Vitest: 45 tests in 5 files pass (analysis, layout, formatting, API client, jsdom interaction tests).
• vite build: dist/ committed with relative ./assets/… URLs.
• A self-contained headless Chromium script served dist/ under a /preview/ sub-path and passed 59 of 59 checks at 1280, 820, 375 and 320 px, including a live Blockscout fetch and ENS resolution. The MCP browser tool refused file: URLs and no managed preview existed, so this scripted browser stands in for it; that limitation is recorded.

Better Interface review

• All six domains checked; eight findings fixed before the final build, including low-contrast control borders, a mobile overflow caused by the table and a hidden span, unreadable map labels at fit zoom, a passive-wheel console error, click/drag conflicts on stars, and small link targets. Unperformed checks (screen reader, native zoom, RTL, physical devices) are listed in artifacts/validation.md.

Docs and delivery

• README.md covers install, dev preview, rebuild, checks, publishing and the validation record. DESIGN.md documents the implemented tokens, typography, layout, elevation, shapes, components and responsive behaviour.
• One commit on main; the bundle is about 190 kB. artifacts/ (validation report and 22 JPEG screenshots) is intentionally left untracked because the repository's own exclude file lists it for separate upload.
