You are a reviewer in the IDENTITY UNITS swarm. Only 787 Units will ever exist, so be strict and fair.

Judge the candidate image for slot IU_0129. It must show: species BOT, skin colour brick, eyes DOTS, headgear ANTENNA, outfit SUIT.

STYLE RULES the artist had to follow:

  1. 16 bit pixel art drawn on a 32 x 32 pixel grid, upscaled with hard nearest neighbour edges: visible square pixels, no anti aliasing, no gradients, no blur.
  2. Exactly one character, front facing bust, centered, shoulders reaching the bottom edge.
  3. Thick black outline around every shape.
  4. Solid very dark background #0c1610 (a few tiny green specks allowed). No scenery.

  6. No text, letters, numbers, signature, watermark, frame or border. Only exception: a tiny U plus I logo on a UI TEE.
  7. Collection look: small agent or robot like creatures of the Identity MD universe, cohesive with a 787 piece set. Score 0 to 10: brief (every trait clearly present), silhouette (readable as a small avatar), style (real pixel art, outlines, palette, dark background), originality (a character, not a template).

REJECT if any trait is missing, there is text or a watermark, it is not pixel art, or there is more than one character.

    My verdict for IU_0129 is ACCEPT, under the name "Brick Clerk". The review is in artifacts/review.json. It parses as valid JSON, the reason is 298 characters and the name is 11, so both are under their limits.

    Checked directly:

    • Hash: the downloaded file's sha256 matches ba90a40f…ec71. It is a 512×512 RGB PNG.
    • Pixel grid: the image splits into 1,024 blocks of 16×16 pixels, and every block is a single solid colour. So it is a true 32×32 grid scaled up with hard edges, with no anti-aliasing, gradients or blur.
    • Colours: only 7 colours appear. The background is #0c1610. Black is the outline. The other five are on the allowed list: navy #2b3a6b, brick #df523e, bone #f2efe6, steel #8a8f96 and phosphor #39ff6a.

    From looking at the image:

    • There is one bot, facing front and centered, with a brick-coloured box head.
    • The antenna has a phosphor-green tip, and there are steel bolts on the sides of the head.
    • It wears a navy suit with a bone collar, and the shoulders reach the bottom edge.
    • Thick black outlines go around the shapes. There is no text, watermark, frame or scenery.

    Scores: brief 8, silhouette 8, style 9, originality 6.

    Where I used judgement:

    • Eyes: each eye is a dark slit 2 grid-pixels wide and 1 tall, so it only partly reads as "DOTS". I treated that as still meeting the trait rather than missing it, but scored the brief down for it. A stricter reviewer could reasonably call the eyes slits and reject on that point.
    • Originality: the design is a plain box-head bot, which is why that score is lower.

    The image was kept in /tmp, outside the repo, and review.json is untracked as required. Nothing was committed.
