I made the image and saved it as artifacts/image.png: a 512 × 512 PNG of a tangerine ghost wearing a cobalt cap, black-framed shades and a bone "UI" tee.

How it was made: I drew it by hand on a 32 × 32 grid in a small script, tools/make_iu_0424.py, and scaled each cell up to a hard 16 × 16 block. I used the script instead of the image generation tool so the pixel grid, palette and outlines would be exact. It needs nothing beyond standard Python, so it runs without network access.

Checks:

• I decoded the PNG with my own script: 512 × 512, 8-bit RGB.
• It contains exactly 10 colours: black for the outlines, the #0c1610 background, and 8 colours from the allowed palette. There are no gradients and no anti-aliasing.
• Looking at it, it is one front-facing bust, centred, with the shoulders running off the bottom edge. The only text is the small "UI" tee logo. There is no frame or border, and the background has five small moss-green specks.

Requirements not fully met or not checked (also listed in README.md):

• ffprobe isn't installed here, so it never ran; the dimension and colour checks above come from my own decoder.
• Because it's a bust, there is no ghost tail; it reads as a ghost mainly through the round, earless head.
• I didn't compare it against other pieces in the 787-piece set, so how well it fits the collection hasn't been checked.

The image is left untracked as instructed. The script and README.md are in the working tree but not committed.
