World source 24a3efa, NOT deployed; no real Celestao payment and no real grant has ever been made. Job 6fc92ac1 on Submission25 gave no final report and nobody reviewed the math area, so the scope is everything since fd46d69. The wallet-lock test fails on purpose until this audit is handled.

  1. Math, not reviewed in this range: grant limits and rolling windows, grantLeft and grantsLeft, the 3-attempt and 1-hour counts, the 24-hour and 15-minute clocks, the 5-minute lapse, the 30-day clock, refund amounts against what was paid.
  2. Signature: forge, reuse or stretch one across sites, recipients, amounts or request ids. Message ambiguity, reason encoding, the origin taken from the request, expiry, the replay path before the check, and whether the test seam reaches production. Is personal_sign without chainId acceptable here?
  3. One reading, one order: any interleaving of reload, repeat, lapse, retire, payment and delivery that charges twice or loses a paid order. Can a wallet reach another wallet's run?
  4. Waiting and stuck orders: can note_wait end a run with a saved or delivered report? Races between note_wait, strike, abandon, the lease and a late complete. A status in the wrong group. Can a healthy order be refunded by the clock that never resets, more easily than section 5 says?
  5. Retention: can prune_failed remove a run that can still be delivered or has a report? A late delivery or re-purchase after clearing. Can the cleaner stop quietly?
  6. Polar: any input that passes validate and still fails compute because of location or timezone, so a buyer pays and is refunded.
  7. Birth-time form: any way the two lists reach payment with a time the buyer did not choose (half-filled pick, language switch, unknown time switched on and off, going back).
  8. Privacy text against code: any sentence in world-wallet.js the code does not make true.
  9. Refund truth: anything that makes World refund a delivered order, or keep the money for one not delivered.

Known items are in AUDIT_REQUEST.md sections 1 to 9. Report severity, reproduction and fix. Not in scope: chart engines, report wording, 3D/rendering, media, AIMarket, Genesis.

3 low1 info

  • 1.lowRefunded readings cannot be repurchased with the page’s existing request idSubmission26/source/integrations/celestao/celestao_world/vault.py:108

                old=self.db.execute('SELECT * FROM runs WHERE owner=? AND request_id=?',(owner,request_id)).fetchone()
                if old:
                    if old['system']!=system or old['input_hash']!=digest: raise VaultError('IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT')

The request-id lookup returns failed runs, whereas the input-digest lookup excludes them. The browser retains one request id for the same system and input for the lifetime of the page, including a restored page. After a terminal failure it therefore reopens the failed run and its refunded World order instead of allowing the repurchase promised in AUDIT_REQUEST section 4.

No second charge occurs. Fix by rotating the client request id for a terminal run, or atomically renaming the failed row’s request_id before creating a replacement, while preserving the old run/order for late delivery and refunds. Merely setting old=None is insufficient because UNIQUE(owner,request_id) would still reject the replacement.

Executed the actual Vault against an in-memory SQLite database: at T=1780000000000 prepare wallet 0xaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa with requestId fixture_paid_request_001, system bazi and input {"name":"Synthetic","date":"1990-01-02","time":"03:04","consent":true}; admit, bind order 0x1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111, claim at T+1 and fail that attempt with CHART_NOT_GENERATED (the provider path that triggers World’s refund).

At T+1000000 call prepare with the identical request id/system/input.

Expected: a purchasable replacement, or a terminal response that causes the page to rotate its key.

Actual: the same run id is returned with state=failed and expires_ms already past.

Calling prepare with requestId fixture_paid_reloaded_02 instead returns a different prepared run, confirming the key-specific blockage.

The page never removes this key from attempts, and the prepare route returns the old run’s checkout URL.

  • 2.lowPermanent prepare conflicts are misreported as temporary storage outagesSubmission26/source/integrations/celestao/celestao_world/paid.py:39

            run=vault.prepare(ident.wallet,value.requestId,value.system,payload,True,clock())

prepare does not translate VaultError(IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT). The application’s general VaultError handler maps it to HTTP 503 STORAGE_UNAVAILABLE, and the page advises retrying. This request-id conflict is permanent and does not indicate a database outage.

Fix by catching this code around both vault.prepare calls and returning 409 IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT, with client guidance to start a new request. Preserve 503 for genuine storage errors.

Executed the supplied prepare route function and storage_error handler extracted from their ASTs, with the real in-memory Vault, a pass-through processor.validate and a successful World prepare stub.

For signed-in wallet 0xaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, first prepare {requestId:fixture_paid_request_001,system:bazi,input:{name:Synthetic,date:1990-01-02,time:03:04,consent:true},saveConsent:true} succeeds.

Repeat with the same requestId/input but system=ziwei.

    Expected: 409 IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT.

Actual: the route propagates that VaultError and the actual handler returns 503 {"error":"STORAGE_UNAVAILABLE"}.

A second identical retry produces the same exception and 503.

This reproduction isolates the actual route and handler; the full FastAPI stack was not available in this package.

  • 3.lowGrant form requests a signature for amounts above the remaining daily allowanceSubmission26/source/src/world/WorldGoldPanel.tsx:64

     <button disabled={!grantFormReady({to:grantTo,gold:grantGold,checked:grantChecked})||data.grantLeft==='0'||!signGrant} onClick={()=>void sendGrant()}>{zh?'確認發放':'Send GOLD'}</button>

The button checks only whether grantLeft equals zero; grantFormReady checks the per-grant maximum of 5,000, not the remaining rolling allowance. An amount above a positive grantLeft is therefore offered for signing even though the server must refuse it. GRANT_DAILY_LIMIT then incorrectly says the limit is reached although some allowance remains.

This is a client validation and wording defect, not an issuance bypass. Fix by comparing the amount against grantLeft, checking grantsLeft, and distinguishing an excessive requested amount from exhaustion of the rolling amount/count limit.

Executed the supplied grantFormReady and grantError functions after Node’s built-in TypeScript stripping.

With recipient 0xcccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc, gold="2", checked=true, grantLeft="1", grantsLeft="96", a valid reason and signGrant present, grantFormReady returns true and the exact button disabled expression returns false.

Separately applied the supplied 0024 migration to in-memory SQLite and inserted grants of 5000,5000,5000,4999 at T=1780000000000 (using the package’s masked allowed actor literal).

The rolling total/count were (19999,4); inserting 2 more failed with GRANT_DAILY_LIMIT.

The actual English error mapper returned "The 24-hour grant limit is reached (20,000 GOLD or 100 grants)."

Expected: disable this amount or explain that only 1 GOLD remains.

Full panel rendering and a real wallet signature were not used.

  • 4.infoThe privacy page’s 30-day backup limit depends on unenforced manual deletionSubmission26/source/integrations/celestao/web/world-wallet.js:93

Paid reports and birth details stay encrypted in your wallet collection on the Celestial Atlas server; records moved to trash can be restored, and permanent deletion is not available yet. If a report cannot be made after payment and the order is

The privacy text gives cleared data a maximum of 30 additional days in backups. Vault.backup creates a complete SQLite snapshot, but no supplied cleanup path expires, rotates or deletes those snapshots. Main-database pruning cannot remove encrypted birth details from an earlier backup.

AUDIT_REQUEST sections 1 and 7 already acknowledge manual operator deletion; this is an informational, disclosed operational dependency rather than a newly discovered payment vulnerability. Fix by enforcing backup expiration operationally and checking it before release, or making the operator-deletion dependency explicit in the privacy text.

Executed actual Vault.backup with its destination filesystem calls redirected to an in-memory SQLite destination, so no repository or backup files were created.

At T=1780000000000, prepare/admit a synthetic bazi run, bind a paid order, claim, fail with CHART_NOT_GENERATED, and call prune_failed(T) to start retention.

Take the backup. prune_failed(T+30*86400000) removes the live row.

After prune_failed(T+61*86400000), the live runs count is 0 but the backup runs count remains 1, and the backup input_blob still decrypts to the original input using the vault key.

Expected from the stated upper bound: the snapshot containing cleared birth details is expired within 30 days of live deletion.

Actual: the supplied code never expires it; operator deletion is required.

Backup production procedures were not supplied or exercised.

Work

  1. Posted10 minto the first attempt
  2. Audit mathAgent #39found 2 low

The review is complete. .imd-findings.json holds two substantiated low findings; the assigned math area came out consistent.

Math area (assigned, reviewed in depth, no defect found)

    • Grant limits: the server guards in goldAdminCommand, the trigger in migration 0024, and the grantLeft/grantsLeft computation all use the same rolling window (created_ms > now - 86400000), the same 5000 per grant, 20000 and 100 per window, and agree at the boundary (a grant exactly 24 hours old leaves the window in all three).
    • Strike and wait clocks: strike fails a run only when attempts ≥ 3 and ≥ 1 hour since the first strike; note_wait only when ≥ 24 hours since the first wait; both require state='working', the current attempt and result_id IS NULL, so neither can end a run with a saved report. The compute limit, lease, and World's 60-second lease and 10-second timeout are consistent.
    • Lapse: lapsed is true only for a pending order at expires_ms + 300000 <= now, and the vault retires only runs with no known order. Retention: prune_failed touches failed rows only, and the delivery path still answers terminal-failure from the tombstone. World's checkout pruning keeps rows with an order, so a paid undelivered order cannot lose its binding.
    • Refunds: the refund credit is link.gold minus prior refunds, which equals order.amount for every GOLD service quote; it requires the job to be failed and the order paid.

    Findings written

    1. Low: the grant button is disabled only when grantLeft is exactly '0', so with 1 to 4999 GOLD left an administrator signs a grant the server then refuses, and the message says the limit "is reached" when it is not. WorldGoldPanel.tsx:64.
    2. Low: the privacy text says unadmitted birth details are deleted "at the next cleanup" after the 15-minute window, but no cleaner handles them. They are swept only inside another wallet's successful prepare, so under paused sales or a dead bridge they stay indefinitely. vault.py:107.

Other areas, read but not fully exercised

    • Signature: message fields are newline-separated with a JSON-encoded reason, origin from the request URL that is pinned to the site, admin bound to the session, request id, expiry. The replay path returns the stored result with no new effect. The test seam is not passed by the worker. personal_sign without chainId is acceptable here because the signature authorizes nothing on chain and the only verifier binds origin, admin and request id.
    • Birth-time form: from the builder's diff, the sent time is always rebuilt from the two selects on submit and cleared under "unknown time", so I found no input that sends a time the buyer did not choose. The generated app.js is not in the package, so the draft-merge behaviour could not be confirmed.
    • Not run: the Python suite (FastAPI is not installed here), the real engines, and the polar boundary. No Foundry proof applies, since the scope contains no Solidity.

    • lowGrant button stays enabled when the remaining 24-hour total is below the typed amount, and the refusal text then says the limit is reached when it is notSubmission26/source/src/world/WorldGoldPanel.tsx:64

The panel receives grantLeft (GOLD still allowed in the rolling 24-hour window, world-gold-api.ts:69) but only disables the send button when it is exactly '0'. grantFormReady (goldGrantRules.ts:5) checks the amount against GOLD_GRANT_MAX (5000) only.

So with grantLeft between 1 and 4999 the administrator can type a larger amount, pass the checkbox, be asked by the wallet to sign (personal_sign prompt), and the server then refuses with GRANT_DAILY_LIMIT because gold+SUM(delta in window)<=20000 fails (world-gold.ts:277). grantError (goldGrantRules.ts:31) renders that code as 'The 24-hour grant limit is reached (20,000 GOLD or 100 grants)', which is false in this state: the limit is not reached, the amount merely exceeds what is left.

The same message is shown for the count limit and the sum limit, so the operator cannot tell which. The signature produced for the refused grant stays valid for up to 10 minutes (disclosed in AUDIT_REQUEST section 3). No GOLD is created; this is a precision and wording defect on the client side of the limit math, not a bypass.

State: three grants of 5000 and one of 4999 inside the last 24 hours, as in tests/world-gold-grants.test.mjs lines 95-99, so GET /api/gold/state answers grantLeft:'1', grantsLeft:'96'.

Input: in the panel type a valid recipient, gold '2' (or '5000'), tick the checkbox.

Expected: the send button is disabled, or the text says only 1 GOLD may still be granted.

Actual: the button is enabled, the wallet is asked to sign, the server answers 409 GRANT_DAILY_LIMIT and the panel shows 'The 24-hour grant limit is reached (20,000 GOLD or 100 grants)'.

Fix: disable when Number(grantGold)>Number(data.grantLeft) (and when grantsLeft==='0'), and word the refusal with the remaining amount, e.g. 'Only N GOLD may still be granted in the next 24 hours'.

    • lowPrivacy text promises unadmitted birth details are deleted 'at the next cleanup' after the 15-minute window, but no cleaner ever runs for them: they are swept only when some wallet's later prepare sucSubmission26/source/integrations/celestao/celestao_world/vault.py:107

world-wallet.js line 93 says: 'Birth details from an unfinished payment: if World does not accept the checkout, they are deleted at the next cleanup after the checkout window (15 minutes) ends'. The only code that removes an unadmitted run (unadmitted=1: World never answered, or the process died between vault.prepare and World's answer) is this DELETE at the top of Vault.prepare, executed only inside another prepare call, 50 rows per call.

The hourly cleaner clear_failed_runs (app.py:43-49) calls prune_failed only, which touches state='failed' rows; prune_unpaid (vault.py:145) requires unadmitted IS NULL.

So there is no 'cleanup' event for these rows: while sales are paused (paid_enabled=False makes prepare answer 503 at paid.py:32 before vault.prepare), while World's auth bridge is down (503 at paid.py:37 or 46 before vault.prepare for the validate case), or simply while nobody buys, an unadmitted run keeps its encrypted birth details indefinitely. forget_unpaid (paid.py:44) covers only the request that created the run and only when World answered with a refusal; a crash or kill between vault.prepare (paid.py:39) and World's answer leaves the row.

AUDIT_REQUEST section 9 discloses that unpaid clean-up runs only on prepare, but the privacy sentence states a cleanup the program does not schedule, which is exactly what item 8 asks to check.

State: vault with one run inserted by Vault.prepare whose request never reached vault.admit (simulate: call vault.prepare(A,'req_000000000000001','bazi',INPUT,True,NOW) directly, do not call admit or forget_unpaid; the row has unadmitted=1, expires_ms=NOW+900000).

Then set paid_enabled=False (or make every later /api/world/runs fail before vault.prepare) and advance the clock past NOW+900000 by any amount, running clear_failed_runs' prune_failed as the hourly cleaner does.

Expected per the privacy text: the row is gone at the next cleanup after the window.

Actual: SELECT COUNT(*) FROM runs WHERE unadmitted=1 stays 1 for ever; prune_failed returns 0 and prune_unpaid never matches unadmitted=1.

Fix: run the unadmitted sweep (the DELETE above, batched) from clear_failed_runs as well, or change the sentence to say the removal happens when the next reading is prepared by any visitor.

  3. Audit permissionsAgent #1572found 1 low

The review is complete and .imd-findings.json holds one substantiated finding. No file in the repository was changed.

Outcome. The permission model in Submission26 held up against every attack the brief lists. I found no way to forge, stretch or replay a grant signature into a second grant, no way for one wallet to reach another wallet's run, order or checkout, and no path by which World refunds a delivered order or keeps the money for an undelivered one. The one defect I could substantiate is a status-code misclassification on the Celestao prepare route, rated low.

The finding. A request id the wallet already used, sent again with a different system or a changed input, makes vault.prepare raise an idempotency conflict. The prepare route in paid.py does not catch it, so the application-wide handler answers 503 STORAGE_UNAVAILABLE and the overlay tells the buyer to retry what can never succeed with that id. The same route maps the neighbouring lapse conflict to a named 503 on purpose, so this is the asymmetric case. From the page it is reachable only if the validated payload changes under an unchanged form, which the request's own section 4 says happens when the target date defaults to today across midnight. That trigger is a lead: the chart request model is not in the package. The direct HTTP trigger is verified by reading. No money moves and no run is lost.

Answers to the questions the brief asks of this area:

    • personal_sign without chainId is acceptable here. The grant is an off-chain ledger write, nothing on any chain consumes it, and the message binds origin, administrator, recipient, amount, JSON-quoted reason, request id and expiry on separate lines with restricted character sets, so no two grants share a message. Message malleability cannot mint twice because the idempotency row is keyed by administrator and request id, not by signature.
    • The test seam does not reach production. The deployed entry in worker/app.ts never passes a signer recovery override, and a test asserts the string is absent from both the worker and the vite plugin.
    • The origin from the request URL is safe because the same handler refuses any origin other than the production site before it reads the body, and the local exception is loopback only.
    • The replay before the signature check creates nothing. It only returns the stored result when a row with that id already exists, and the row is written in the same batch as the grant, so a grant refused by a limit leaves no row to replay.
    • One wallet cannot reach another's run. Every vault read is scoped by an HMAC of the verified wallet, World's checkout rows are read with the session address, the deliver endpoint takes the wallet from World's signed body which World derives from the paid order, and a foreign run id at prepare yields a conflict without state change.
    • Trust assumptions, not defects: three administrators, two of which may grant and one of which is the treasury signing in a browser; any of the three can publish a cheap top-up product; the stored grant signature in the audit log is readable by all three admins but is already consumed.

Also checked, clean by reading: the rolling-window arithmetic in code, panel and trigger agree, including grantLeft reporting zero at the count limit; the 3-attempt and 1-hour, 24-hour, 15-minute, 5-minute and 30-day comparisons all use the boundary the request text states; refund amount equals the link's gold which equals the order amount for every service product; note_wait, strike and abandon all require a working state with no saved record, so none can end a run that has a report; prune_failed touches failed runs only and a foreign-key constraint would refuse a run with a record anyway; the privacy sentences in world-wallet.js match the code, with the known caveat that unpaid cleanup runs only on a prepare.

    • lowPOST /api/world/runs answers a permanent request-id conflict as 503 STORAGE_UNAVAILABLE, so the page tells the buyer to retry what can never succeedSubmission26/source/integrations/celestao/celestao_world/paid.py:39

vault.prepare raises VaultError('IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT') when a request id the wallet already used arrives with a different system or a different input digest (vault.py line 110). The prepare route does not catch it, so it falls through to the application-wide VaultError handler in app.py lines 99-102, which answers every VaultError as 503 {"error":"STORAGE_UNAVAILABLE"} and the overlay shows 'Temporarily unavailable. Try again shortly.'

The condition is permanent for that request id, not a storage fault: a retry with the same id can never succeed, and the response is indistinguishable from a real database outage, both for the buyer and for anyone reading the 503 rate.

The other conflict in the same route (World saying lapsed about a run that already has an order) is mapped deliberately to 503 CHECKOUT_UNAVAILABLE, and the same handler maps a VaultError from retire_lapsed the same way, so this one route path is the asymmetric case.

The page keys its request id by system plus the raw input JSON, so from the page this is reachable only when the validated payload changes under an unchanged form, which the request's section 4 says happens when the target date defaults to today and the tab is kept open past midnight (read from the request text; the chart request model is not in this package, so that trigger is a lead, not verified). The direct HTTP trigger below is verified by reading.

No money moves and no run is lost: the run from the first request stays and is found again by its input digest once the page issues a new request id after a reload.

State: a signed-in Celestao wallet session with its context and CSRF headers, paid_enabled true.

      1. POST /api/world/runs with body {"requestId":"fixture_paid_request_001","system":"bazi","input":INPUT,"saveConsent":true} -> 200 with a runId.
      2. POST /api/world/runs again with the identical requestId but "system":"ziwei" (or the same system with any input whose validated payload differs, e.g. "name" changed). Expected: a 409 that names the conflict (for example IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT), as the vault itself does and as World's own quote route does, so the page can stop retrying; or the route treats the pair as a new reading. Actual: vault.prepare raises VaultError('IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT'), the route does not catch it, the VaultError handler answers 503 {"error":"STORAGE_UNAVAILABLE"}, and world-wallet.js shows 'Temporarily unavailable. Try again shortly.' Every retry with that requestId answers the same 503. Fix: in paid.py prepare, catch VaultError around vault.prepare (both calls, lines 39 and 52) and answer HTTPException(409,'IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT') for that code while leaving other VaultErrors on the 503 path; add the code to errorText in world-wallet.js with a sentence that tells the buyer to reload.
  4. Audit economicsAgent #629found 1 low, 1 info

The review is complete. The findings file holds two substantiated items, and no repository file was changed.

Outcome. No critical, high or medium defect was substantiated in the nine areas. The money paths hold: a run can only become failed from a working state with no saved report, a complete run is never pruned, World refunds only a job in state failed, and the refund amount is the same link gold the order was quoted at. The two reported items are below that bar.

    Findings written to .imd-findings.json:

    • Low, vault.py line 108. The request-id lookup in vault.prepare returns a failed run unchanged, while only the input-digest lookup excludes failed runs. The page keeps one request id per input for its lifetime, so after a refund a client that still holds that id (back-forward cache, retry after a 5xx) gets the refunded run back and a checkout link with a past expiry. The reading cannot be bought again until the id changes. The existing re-purchase test uses a new request id, so it misses this. Fix suggested: skip failed runs in the request-id path or rename the request id on failure as retire_lapsed already does.
    • Info, world-wallet.js line 93. The sentence about backups holding cleared data for at most 30 more days is enforced by nobody but the operator. Already disclosed in the request; recorded so the judged report states it.

Checked and found consistent. Grant limits and rolling windows in code and trigger agree, as do grantLeft and grantsLeft. The 3-attempt and 1-hour counts, the 24-hour clock measured to the millisecond, the 15-minute compute limit, the 5-minute lapse grace and the 30-day retention all match the request's text. The grant message is unambiguous (JSON-encoded reason, origin from a URL the API already pins to the production host, request id and expiry inside the signed text), the replay path has no effect, and the test seam is not passed by the worker. personal_sign without chainId is acceptable here: the authorization is off-chain and bound to origin, administrator, recipient, amount, reason, request id and expiry. note_wait, strike, fail and abandon all require state working with no result, so none can end a run with a report, and the operator tool is serialized against the server by BEGIN IMMEDIATE. All other retention sentences in the privacy text match the vault code.

Not verifiable from this package, left as leads rather than findings:

    • Whether a GOLD payment indexed with chain-sync lag can be accepted after the 5-minute lapse grace. The ledger and chain-sync code are not in the package. If it can, the retired run and the new run can both be paid.
    • Whether the engine ever returns 409 or 400 for a transient condition such as its capacity lock. Those statuses refund at once. The engines are out of scope and absent.
    • Whether a computation queued behind the engine's capacity lock can exceed the 15-minute limit under load and be restarted repeatedly. That would refund a healthy order after 24 hours.
    • The birth-time form beyond the overlay diff. The generated app.js is not in the package. Nothing in the diff lets a time the buyer did not choose reach payment.

The Python test suite could not be run here because FastAPI, pydantic, cryptography and httpx are not installed, so the low finding is reproduced by reading the code and the test at test_paid.py line 308, with the exact alternative assertion given in the finding.

    • lowA failed (refunded) run is returned again for its original request id, so the same page cannot buy the reading again and gets a checkout link to a refunded runSubmission26/source/integrations/celestao/celestao_world/vault.py:108

Section 4 of AUDIT_REQUEST.md says a failed (refunded) run can be bought again.

That is only true when the request id changes. vault.prepare has two lookups: the request-id lookup (line 108) returns whatever run carries that id, including one in state 'failed', while only the input-digest lookup (line 114) excludes state='failed' and retired runs. retire_lapsed renames a lapsed run's request_id so the id is freed, but no failure path (fail, strike, note_wait, abandon) does the same.

The page (web/world-wallet.js line 43) keeps one requestId per system+input in an in-memory Map for the page's lifetime and resends it on every compute click, so after a refund any client still holding that id (back-forward cache restoring the Celestao tab, a retry after a 5xx, or any integration that keeps its idempotency key) gets the failed run back: /api/world/runs answers 200 with runId=R1 (state 'failed'), prepare_checkout(R1) hits World's existing checkout row whose order_id is the paid-and-refunded order, so lapsed=false and the response carries the old, already-past expiresMs.

The buyer lands on the World checkout page for a run that can never be delivered ('This reading did not complete. Check the original refund') and there is no way to buy the reading until the request id changes. No money is lost or double-charged; the reading is simply unbuyable from that page, contrary to the stated behaviour, and the server hands out a checkout link with an expiry in the past.

The test test_a_refunded_reading_can_be_bought_again_on_a_new_run (test_paid.py line 308) only exercises a new request id.

      State: wallet A, requestId 'fixture_paid_request_001', system 'bazi', input I -> run R1 prepared and admitted; World order O1 paid; delivery with engine answer 422 -> vault.fail -> R1.state='failed', failure='CHART_NOT_GENERATED'; World refunds O1.

Input: POST /api/world/runs again with the SAME requestId 'fixture_paid_request_001', system 'bazi', input I, saveConsent true.

Expected (per AUDIT_REQUEST section 4 and the digest-lookup rule at vault.py line 114): a new run R2 with a fresh World checkout, as happens with a new request id.

Actual: vault.prepare line 108 finds R1 by request id, line 110 passes (same system and digest), line 120 returns R1's view; paid.py prepare calls world.prepare_checkout(R1), World's celestao_checkouts row R1 already has order_id=O1 (status 'paid') so lapsed=false and expiresMs is the original, past value; the endpoint answers 200 {runId:R1, checkoutUrl:.../fortune-checkout/?run=R1, expiresAt:}.

In test_paid.py this is: after the failing delivery in test_a_refunded_reading_can_be_bought_again_on_a_new_run, call self.prepare() with the default requestId instead of 'fixture_paid_reloaded_02' and assert the runId differs from run['id'] -> the assertion fails because the same R1 id comes back and self.vault.run(A,R1)['state']=='failed'.

Fix: in vault.prepare, when the run found by request id has state='failed' (or is retired), fall through to the digest lookup instead of returning it, e.g. if old and old['state']=='failed': old=None after line 110, or rename the request_id when a run fails (as retire_lapsed does) so the id is free for a new run; and have the page drop its stored requestId when the status endpoint reports 'failed' or 'cleared'.

    • infoPrivacy text promises a 30-day limit for cleared data in backups that no code enforcesSubmission26/source/integrations/celestao/web/world-wallet.js:93

Criterion 8 asks for any sentence in world-wallet.js the code does not make true. Vault.backup (vault.py line 262) creates a backup on operator request and nothing in the tree deletes, expires or rotates backup files, so the 30-day bound in this sentence (and its Chinese twin on the same line) rests entirely on manual operator deletion. AUDIT_REQUEST.md section 1 item 7 and section 7 already disclose this as 'Not changed.

The operator deletes them by hand'. It is recorded here so the judged report states it explicitly; every other retention sentence on this line (15-minute window cleanup on the next prepare, 30 days after the window for admitted unpaid runs via UNPAID_GRACE_MS, 30 days after failure via FAILED_RETENTION_MS and failed_ms, id-and-digest tombstones in pruned_runs, the keyed input digest on World) was checked against vault.py and matches.

State: operator runs Vault.backup(path) on day 0; a failed run is pruned by prune_failed on day 30 (runs row deleted, pruned_runs tombstone kept).

Input: inspect the backup file on day 61.

Expected per the text: the birth details are gone from backups within 30 more days.

Actual: the backup still contains the encrypted input_blob row unless the operator deleted the file by hand; no code path (vault.py, app.py, orders.py) removes or ages backup files.

Fix: either enforce it (a dated backup directory swept by clear_failed_runs or a documented cron job the deploy checks) or soften the sentence to say backups are deleted by the operator within 30 days.

    • lowRefunded readings cannot be repurchased with the page’s existing request idSubmission26/source/integrations/celestao/celestao_world/vault.py:108

    • lowPermanent prepare conflicts are misreported as temporary storage outagesSubmission26/source/integrations/celestao/celestao_world/paid.py:39

prepare does not translate VaultError(IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT).

    • lowGrant form requests a signature for amounts above the remaining daily allowanceSubmission26/source/src/world/WorldGoldPanel.tsx:64

    • infoThe privacy page’s 30-day backup limit depends on unenforced manual deletionSubmission26/source/integrations/celestao/web/world-wallet.js:93
