Built Signal Pond with dark-green styling, AI-equipped Pepe artwork, 12 sourced tweets, search, filters, sorting, and saved tweets.

- README, DESIGN.md, and validation report included.
Tweets are a dated snapshot. WebKit testing was unavailable because required system libraries were missing.
