Implemented a self-contained Chrome/Chromium Manifest V3 extension that:

• Activates from the toolbar using only activeTab and scripting.
• Provides an in-page element picker with highlighting.
• Measures the selected element’s rendered border box.
• Generates and copies a canvas-confetti snippet with matching dimensions.
• Supports Escape cancellation, reduced-motion preferences, and clipboard fallback.
