Created artifacts/image.png: one 512 × 512 RGB PNG. It passed checks for the exact 32 × 32 pixel grid, flat allowed palette, and PNG format. Visual inspection found no unmet requirements.
I used the built-in imagegen tool for the initial lagoon alien concept, then rebuilt the cap, dot eyes, and hoodie on the exact pixel grid.
