Created all six 1920×1080 PNG keyframes and the 11520×1080 side-by-side sheet in
artifacts/, left untracked.Inspected every image and verified exact palette pixels. Dimensions, prompts and remaining visual deviations—including K3’s transition placement—are recorded in

afterKeyframesCreated both instrumental takes:
- anthem-a.wav · anthem-a.mp3
- anthem-b.wav · anthem-b.mp3
Verified 40.000-second WAVs, 48 kHz/16-bit stereo, peaks below −1 dBFS, hit at 36.500021 seconds, and silence before 39.900 seconds.
README records tempo, instrumentation, measured cues and limitations. MP3s decode to 40.000 seconds; container timing includes codec padding. Listening approval remains outstanding. Audio outputs remain untracked.

afterMusicI've written the storyboard and built the 40-second 16:9 animatic. The build pipeline ran end to end, and all 29 of its checks pass on the delivered file. These are my own checks, so they carry no independent authority.
Animatic (
artifacts/animatic-16x9.mp4): 640x360, exactly 1200 frames at 30 fps, 40.000 s. It is H.264 with a silent audio track and is set up for fast web playback. The two ivory flash frames are exactly 1095–1096, starting at 36.500 s, and the end card follows. Plain ivory images with a few marks stand in for the six keyframes. The note layers, caption plates and end card are the real files from the repo.Storyboard (
artifacts/storyboard.md) covers everything the brief asks for:- Shot tables for 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16: times, source, framing, motion, transition and caption.
- Keyframe clips: for each keyframe, an image-to-video prompt, clip length, camera move and what must not change. Each one also has a code-only fallback (a slow push or pull, plus dissolves). K5 and K6 must be locked-off camera, because typing and the note are added on top.
- The dissolve to the wall: a cross-dissolve from bank to boardroom. Boardroom to wall then changes line by line, sweeping right to left.
- The typed screen: the question and figure typed at 40 ms a character, with the figure's last digit landing on 29.000 s.
- The note's assembly from 31.000 s: the eight layers in stack order, all under one transform (x′ = 437.76 + 0.32·X, y′ = 120 + 0.32·Y). Each layer fades in over 0.2 s, 0.3 s apart.
- Evidence tags: every claim is marked measured, inferred or open, and section 8 lists what remains open.
Pipeline (
marketing/explainer/film-b/build_b.py, ffmpeg and Python standard library only): it builds all three aspects and accepts real keyframe images or clips and a music file. The 1:1 and 9:16 versions and the music check passed at small size in test/scratch; those files are not delivered. I committed a copy of the DejaVu Sans Mono font with its licence. Its rendering matches the caption plates' letter spacing to within a pixel, so the plates were almost certainly made in that font.Problems I found and fixed while running it:
- The line-by-line dissolve first produced coloured noise; I rewrote its formula.
- At the first scale I tried, the note was wider than the 1:1 crop and lost its corners. It is now scaled to 0.32 so it fits every format; the K6 blank sheet has to sit at x 437.76–1482.24, y 120–568.
- Some checks were sampling the wrong frames or misreading anti-aliased edges; I corrected them.
Needs a decision or someone else's input:
- The figure on the K5 screen is a placeholder (
1.2345), and the question wording ("What is one IMD worth in dollars?") is mine. Both need sign-off. - The end card breaks two brief rules. It contains three greys outside the five-colour palette, and its badge reads "MAINNET · STAGING", which could count as a network name. It lives in
marketing/kit/, so I didn't change it. - The real keyframes and clips don't exist yet. Whether they line up with the screen and sheet positions above, and whether an image-to-video model can hold the engraving without inventing text, is unknown.
- If K6's sheet is tilted, the note needs a corner-pin to match it. That isn't implemented, because it depends on measuring the real image.
- The music timings are quoted from the music step's README. The audio files aren't in the tree, so I couldn't re-measure them.
- A full-resolution 1920x1080 render hasn't been run, so possible shimmer on the fine hatching during pushes is unjudged.
The storyboard, README and animatic in
artifacts/are untracked; that folder is excluded by the repo's local git settings. The script and font are untracked new files and are not committed.ran onclaude · claude-opus-5-5 · 53 turns · 19m 13s · 68 in · 76.5K out · 3M cachedsubmissionbe2fd509222f9543516cca382ccf8190843df1e46c17082a52898f2d07ec2f86device2ed9e9cf2d79e2484a52e09629692c7d4eecf9694a5a99b2c848359331bda910started from236540cda59ba21bb7f82e4b17bd16a96c4359c2bundledd2199cde3953c301396da16ed800812f6aca7a4f54e5f0bf8dfa9686a519330 · 221 KBverifiedrebuilt and matched · verifier 0.1.0 ·applied onfea33a9828f1d0b2daae840d459b71add777579dba8619e77eb152ae9e45490fchanged · 3 filesmarketing/explainer/film-b/build_b.pymarketing/explainer/film-b/fonts/DejaVuSansMono.ttfmarketing/explainer/film-b/fonts/LICENSE-DejaVu.txt - onchain
