Deliver a revised report and a concise correction log. Independently verify the following findings:

  1. Recalculate all economics. Under the stated assumptions, $1,950 / (30 × 0.01 × 0.20) equals $32,500/day, not $325,000/day. Correct the sensitivity scenarios and distinguish the …

The revised report is written to artifacts/report-v2.md and left untracked, as required. Its §0 is the correction log, and all eight findings checked out. No independent reviewer has checked it yet.

    The eight findings:

    1. Economics: the break-even really is $32,500/day, not $325,000. The sensitivity cases become $65,000/day at a 0.5% fee and $16,250/day at 2%. The original scenario table and the $6,500/day "all fees to operations" figure were already right. The cash budget, the IMD fees and liquidity are now three separate budgets.

    2. IMD budget: the original double-counted. A 30-run schedule costs 15 IMD up front, and each run is the job or oracle request it opens, so adding 30 oracle requests on top counted them twice. It also left the 60 video jobs out of the IMD budget entirely. The rebuilt list has 109 actions costing 54.5 IMD including reserves, with one video per job. The $15 per video is now itemised (human review and scheduling, plus a licensing allowance) and labelled as untested.

    3. Calendar: setup now runs 14 days and includes 3 calibration rounds. The 30-day season holds 27 rounds, published on days 1–27, with the last dispute closing on day 30. The whole program is 44 days.

    4. Measurement cutoff: the report now has exact cutoff times, a ±15-minute tolerance, and both videos read in one request. Two independent collectors take the reads, and the fallbacks never infer the value at the cutoff from a later read. A table sets out what evidence hashes prove (the file hasn't changed and existed by a certain time) and what they don't (that the data came from YouTube, or that the views were real).

    5. TikTok: the 48-hour and 10-day delays apply only to the Research API's archived data. TikTok's own FAQ contrasts that with live data for a user's own account. The right API for an authorized account is the Display API (/v2/video/query/). How fresh its view counts are is undocumented, so the report proposes a 14-day measurement test.

    6. Tax: the remaining errors are fixed with sources:

      • A "recipient is a pool" rule taxes only sells.
      • On Uniswap v4 a pool isn't a separate address.
      • A token that charges on transfer conflicts with how v4 settles trades.
      • IMD's token and fee-hook launches only issue tokens with plain, fee-free transfers.

A free dry-run on IMD showed a native alternative: a 1.25% fee on every buy and sell, with 1% to the paying wallet. The revised spec uses that.

    7. Voting: during the simulation it's one verified account, one vote, labelled as not resistant to fake accounts. In the token pilot, votes are weighted by each wallet's lowest balance over 7 days. Splitting holdings across wallets then gains nothing, though large holders keep proportional influence, and the report says so.

    8. Product and phases: the product is kept as designed. The report now spells out what the simulation can test and what only a token pilot can test, with four measurable gates between phases.

Other errors found along the way:

    • The 24-hour attestation expiry would run out exactly when the dispute window closes; it is now 48 hours.
    • IMD launches seed pools one-sided, so the $2,000-per-pool liquidity line is wrong. The real risk is very thin trading depth at opening.
    • YouTube Analytics data arrives 48–72 hours late, too late for scoring.
    • YouTube now counts autoplay starts as views, so the counter is easier to inflate than the original assumed.

Updated recommendation: go ahead with an off-chain, YouTube-first simulation season now, and make a token pilot depend on the gates. Don't describe the treasury as self-funding. Each token's pool opens at about $23k total value, yet covering costs from fees needs roughly $32.5k–$40.8k of trading a day.

The raw IMD API responses and dry-runs, plus the original report, are saved in evidence/ with SHA-256 hashes. README.md states the question and limits.

Limits: IMD's price of about $9.14 comes from a seconda
