Continue the imdbundler project and finish publishing the site so it goes live at imdbundler.sites.imd.fun.

The token and hook are already deployed and must not be changed or redeployed:

  • Token (IMDB): 0x9a26dcb2bbd88d4c964043f2611d6cb0031c1ee8
  • Hook: 0x736361f1ffa0f2407724589addcde144f047a0cc

Source is already in https://github.com/identity-md-launches/launch-2300-imdbundler

Tasks:

  1. Take the existing static site in the repo (site/ folder and the packaged release/imdbundler.car).
  2. Finish the authorized publishing step: pin the site to IPFS and activate the label so https://imdbundler.sites.imd.fun loads the current version.
  3. Confirm the site is reachable, loads the lime-green-on-black theme, shows the live token + hook addresses, wallet generation, snipe prep, Pepe visuals, and the Pepe P&L card download.
  4. Do not change any Solidity contracts or redeploy anything. Only finish hosting of the already-built site.

Host with ipfs: true (or the imdbundler label). Publish the updated source if needed. Make the site live.

Work

  1. Posted13 minto the first attempt
  2. Build websiteAgent #27348 files changed

The site is not live. Publishing failed with not configured; the public URL returned HTTP 404. No IPFS pin or label activation succeeded.

Prepared dist/, the matching CAR, lockfile, README and DESIGN.md. Build, hosting-script typecheck, 30 tests and Chromium interaction checks passed. Contracts remain unchanged.

Publishing failure and validation limitations are recorded in VALIDATION.md.

  3. Design criticAgent #1059found 2 medium, 2 low

I found no high-severity problems: the site does what the brief asks before hosting, in both Chromium and WebKit. I wrote four findings to .imd-findings.json (two medium, two low), and no repository files changed.

    AreaCount
    Brief requirements10 total: 8 met, 0 missing, 0 faked, 2 after review
    Broken features0
Product on the first screen at 390yes (the Generate button sits at y=660 of 844)
taste@1 checks passed13 of 16 (casing, eyebrows and type-faces failed)
    Copy findings2 (all-caps hero, ↗ on in-page buttons)
Share cardyes (og:title, og:image assets/share.png 1200×630, twitter large card, favicon)

    Requirements

    • "pin the site to IPFS and activate the label": after review. release/hosting.json holds the imdbundler label and the CID bafybeihck…eezce, and says itself that it is only the intent to publish.
    • "https://imdbundler.sites.imd.fun loads the current version" and "Confirm the site is reachable": after review, because hosting happens after this review.
    • "lime-green-on-black theme": met. site/style.css:1 uses only #00ff00, #39ff14 and #000000, and the SVGs and the canvas use the same colours.
    • "live token + hook addresses": met. The IMDB page shows Token 0x9a26…1Ee8 and Hook 0x7363…A0cC, read from site/deployment.json and checked against the hook flag mask in deployment.js:18. They match deployment.json.
    • "wallet generation": met. #generate produced 5 wallets in both Chromium and WebKit at 390.
    • "snipe prep": met. The #snipe page has the token, mint and calldata modes and #prepare-buy. The page says plainly it is preparation only and has no bundle.
    • "Pepe visuals": met. There are eight frog SVGs in site/assets/, used in the header, the hero, each section and the footer.
    • "Pepe P&L card download": met. #download-pnl saved imdbundler-pepe-pnl.png in both Chromium and WebKit.
    • "Do not change any Solidity contracts or redeploy anything": met. Nothing touches the contracts. dist/ is identical to site/.

Idea: a terminal-style workbench for making wallets in the browser, carried by lime monospace on pure black with a blinking _ cursor. The Pepe line art is the only other device, so nothing competes.

    Findings

    1. Medium, bug: a message from the last action stays on every page you open next. For example, "5 wallets ready…" still shows above the P&L and IMDB pages and pushes them down about 110px at 390. The page switcher at site/app.js:82 should also hide the notice.
    2. Medium, taste: the home headline is the only all-caps headline on the site, and the three tags under it are in caps too. The probe's casing check fails on the first screen. The fix is "More wallets. Your control_" plus normal-case tags (site/index.html:38).
    3. Low, taste: the "↗" on the Generate, Download PNG and Prepare buttons suggests an external link, but these buttons don't leave the page. Drop the arrow (site/index.html:47).
    4. Low, taste: the home panels are numbered inconsistently ("01 / Generate wallets" next to "Restore your fleet"), and the caps step strip below repeats step 01. Drop the number from the panel and put the step strip in normal case (site/index.html:56).

    Not reported:

    • The probe flags monospace prose, but the brief asks for a "cyber/terminal aesthetic", so monospace is on purpose.
    • The probe's eyebrow check flags the "Home" nav link above the headline. That is navigation, not a label over the heading.
    • WebKit logged stylesheet security-policy errors, but every page rendered correctly. I couldn't trace them to a file.
    • A "Skip to content" overlap in one full-page screenshot was a screenshot artifact. The link measured off-screen at top -80.

I installed Playwright for the probe outside the repository, in ~/.imd-taste.

    • mediumbug: the last action's notice stays on every page you open next, pushing each page down about 110pxsite/app.js:82

Now: page() switches the visible section but never hides #notice. A message about one page stays above every other page, for example '5 wallets ready. Export an encrypted backup before funding them.' still sits above 'Pepe P&L studio_' and 'The IMDB token_'.

Change to: in page(), add $('notice').hidden = true; after the section loop so each route opens without the previous message. The notice() helper on line 25 still shows new messages.

Why: a status line should say only what the app knows about the current state, and it should not move unrelated content. At 390 the stale box is 110px tall and pushes every section heading down.

390x844, Chromium and WebKit, served from dist/.

      1. Open / and tap GENERATE WALLETS (the app goes to #manage and shows '5 wallets ready...').
      2. Tap P&L in the nav. Measured: #notice isVisible()=true with text '5 wallets ready. Export an encrypted backup before funding them.'. In the screenshot the box spans y=155..265 above the 'Pepe P&L studio_' h1, and it does the same on #token.
    • mediumtaste: the home hero is the only all-caps headline, and its tag pills are caps too (taste@1 casing fails on the first screen)site/index.html:38

Now: the home h1 reads 'MORE WALLETS. YOUR CONTROL_' in hard-typed capitals. Every other page headline uses normal casing ('Wallet terminal_', 'Plan your entry_', 'Pepe P&L studio_', 'The IMDB token_').

The three pills under it, 'NO SIGN-IN', 'NO AUTO-CONNECT' and 'NO KEY SERVER' (line 40), are caps as well.

Change to: 'More wallets.Your control_' and pills 'No sign-in', 'No auto-connect', 'No key server'. Keep the cursor underscore, which is the hero's signature detail.

Why: the site's own system uses normal casing for headlines, and the bar asks for normal casing in content. The brief's 'cyber/terminal aesthetic' is already carried by the monospace face, the lime-on-black colours and the cursor.

      390 and 1440, served from dist/.

      Run node .imd/reads/skills/design-critic/scripts/taste.mjs --out test/scratch/taste.

The probe reports 'FAIL casing 8 all-caps text boxes in content', including the h1 'MORE WALLETS.

YOUR CONTROL' and the spans 'NO AUTO-CONNECT' and 'NO KEY SERVER'.

In shots/390.png the caps h1 sits at y=155..220, directly above the sentence-case intro.

    • lowtaste: the ↗ arrow on in-page buttons reads as 'opens an external link'site/index.html:47

Now: the primary buttons 'GENERATE WALLETS ↗' (line 47), 'DOWNLOAD PNG ↗' (line 102) and 'PREPARE SELECTED WALLETS ↗' (line 92) end in ↗. That glyph usually marks a link that leaves the site, but these actions stay on the page or download a file.

Change to: drop the arrow, giving 'GENERATE WALLETS', 'DOWNLOAD PNG' and 'PREPARE SELECTED WALLETS'. The buttons keep their filled .primary style, so they still look like controls.

Why: a button label should be a plain verb. On a wallet tool, a hint that you are leaving the page makes a visitor hesitate before the main action.

      390x844, Chromium.

Open / and tap 'GENERATE WALLETS ↗'.

Measured: location.hash becomes '#manage' on the same document, with no navigation and no new tab.

On #pnl, 'DOWNLOAD PNG ↗' triggers a download named imdbundler-pepe-pnl.png and does not open a link.

    • lowtaste: the home panels are numbered inconsistently, and the step ticker repeats the first onesite/index.html:56

Now: the first home panel is titled '01 / Generate wallets' (line 44), its neighbour 'Restore your fleet' has no number, and the caps ticker below repeats '01 GENERATE' as step one of four. That gives two numbering systems, and one of them is half applied.

Change to: rename the h2 on line 44 to 'Generate wallets'. Keep the ticker, which gives the order of the security steps, and set its labels in normal case: '01 Generate', '02 Encrypt & back up', '03 Prepare', '04 Review & sign'.

Why: one kind of label should have one format across the page, and the taste@1 casing check flags '02 ENCRYPT & BACK UP' and '04 REVIEW & SIGN'.

      1440x900 and 390x844, served from dist/.

On the Home page, the panels read '01 / Generate wallets' and 'Restore your fleet', and the ticker reads '01 GENERATE → 02 ENCRYPT & BACK UP → 03 PREPARE → 04 REVIEW & SIGN'.

      The taste@1 casing failure lists '#home > div.ticker ...

"02 ENCRYPT & BACK UP"' and '"04 REVIEW & SIGN"'.
