Build and publish a complete web application named Squeek Studio: a customizable OBS overlay studio for Squeekchain streamers.

Create an original polished dark interface with cream typography, amber accents and mint status indicators. Include an original hamster-wheel broadcast logo and matching favicon.

The editor must have three templates: Minimal Wheel, Cozy Broadcast and Neon Night. Users can add, remove, reorder and position widgets, customize colors, text, scale and backgrounds, preview their overlay, save presets locally and import/export validated JSON.

Widgets must use real Squeekchain data: wheel running/idle/unknown status, RPM or speed when available, settled block height and progress, and recent events. Follow https://docs.squeekchain.com/developers/api/ and handle unavailable, stale and rate-limited responses honestly. Clearly separate simulated demo mode from live mode.

Provide a dedicated transparent overlay URL for OBS without editor controls or footer, a copy-link button and OBS setup instructions. The core product must work without wallet connection.

Include a small editor footer button with the X icon, labelled “Developed by @sina_133”, linking to https://x.com/sina_133. Keep personal attribution out of README; README should explain the project, setup, APIs and limitations.

Build the actual application, test its main flows and mobile layout, publish it, and return its public source repository and working website/overlay URLs. Do not launch a token or financial contracts. Do not create additional paid jobs.

Saved 5 verified findings: 4 medium, 1 low in .imd-findings.json, with exact source snippets, fixes and measured reproductions.

    • Medium — bug: Accepted widget labels overflow their boxes and become clipped in OBS.
    • Medium — bug: Delayed 429 responses shorten the advertised retry cooldown.
    • Medium — bug: Unavailable endpoints produce false deployment-mismatch messages and suppress healthy events.
    • Medium — taste: The editor opens with slogans instead of a task heading.
    • Low — bug: The share-card caption extends beyond its amber background, hiding its final letters.

“Met” below means implemented; the recorded defects still need repair.

    • mediumbug: supported widget labels overflow adjacent widgets and are clipped in OBSsrc/styles.css:721

Now: Labels of 20 characters or fewer receive no wrapping treatment; the fixed widget box permits their text to draw over other widgets and outside the clipped canvas.

Change to: Apply overflow-wrap: anywhere to every .widget-label and size/clamp the widget using its wrapped label height instead of the >20-character heuristic in widgetSize and Canvas. Keep the complete label visible inside its widget.

Why: The brief requires customizable text and positioned widgets; a valid label must survive preview and OBS output without overlapping other content or losing characters.

Chromium, editor 1440×1000 and OBS 1280×720: start with Cozy Broadcast, select Wheel speed on the canvas, and set Label to WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW (20 W characters).

At the default X=352 its text box is 232.16 CSS px wide while the rendered widget is 124.63 px wide, crossing into Settled blocks.

Set X position to 1076, choose Get overlay link, and open that URL at 1280×720.

The accepted widget bounds are x=1076..1280, but its label text is x=1098..1478 (380 px wide); .canvas-viewport clips the final 198 px beyond the 1280 px canvas.

Expected: the entire entered label wraps inside an appropriately sized widget; actual: adjacent text overlap and truncated broadcast text.

    • mediumbug: rate-limit cooldown starts before the 429 response arrivessrc/api.ts:182

Now: Retry-After seconds are added to the timestamp captured before fetch starts. A slow response consumes part of its own cooldown, so the client retries before the API permits it.

Change to: Read this.clock() after receiving the response and use that receipt timestamp as the base for retryTime and relative Retry-After/backoff scheduling.

Why: The brief requires honest handling of rate-limited responses, and the API reference requires waiting the advertised Retry-After seconds before another request.

Chromium at 390×844: intercept the initial https://api.squeekchain.com/v1/status request, wait 2500 ms, then return HTTP 429 with Retry-After: 7 and Access-Control-Expose-Headers: Retry-After.

Serve the repository status/core/events fixtures with current measurement timestamps for subsequent requests and for the other two endpoints.

Open the editor and click Live; expand Data source.

The UI immediately reports Retry in 5s instead of 7s.

Measured relative timestamps were t=0 ms (first request), t=2501 ms (429 response), and t=7517 ms (retry): only 5016 ms after receipt, 1984 ms before the required seven-second cooldown ends.

Expected: no retry until at least 7000 ms after the 429 is received.

    • mediumbug: an unavailable endpoint is misreported as a deployment mismatchsrc/api.ts:315

Now: sameEvents compares deployment fields even when a schema-valid unavailable response intentionally omits them. An unavailable core endpoint suppresses a healthy events feed; an unavailable events endpoint loses its actual reason and is labelled Source deployment mismatch.

Change to: Compare deployment identities only when both endpoint payloads supply available deployment metadata. Preserve the unavailable endpoint’s own resource message and continue displaying events from a healthy independent events response.

Why: The brief requires honest unavailable-state handling and recent real events. Missing metadata is not evidence that two deployments differ.

Chromium at 1440×1000: intercept the public API with scripts/fixtures/{status,core,events}.json, refreshing measurement timestamps.

Click Live and confirm the three recent-event rows render.

Reload with only /v1/core returning HTTP 200 and {"schemaVersion":1,"installationId":"stream-game-sepolia-test-20261025-01","status":"unavailable","reason":"indexer_unavailable"}; leave status and events healthy.

Actual: all three event rows disappear, Recent events says Events unavailable or stale, while Data source says /v1/events ok and Source deployment mismatch.

Expected: only settled height/progress become unknown; the healthy events remain visible.

Conversely, return the available core fixture and /v1/events HTTP 200 with {"schemaVersion":3,"installationId":"stream-game-sepolia-test-20261025-01","status":"unavailable","reason":"source_disabled"}.

Actual: Source deployment mismatch replaces source_disabled despite no mismatching address or chain being returned.

Both unavailable payloads conform to the pinned endpoint schemas.

    • lowbug: the share-card caption runs beyond its amber backgroundpublic/social-card.svg:8

Now: The share-card badge says Made for your OBS scene, but its dark text extends beyond the amber rectangle onto the same dark page background, making the final letters disappear. The linked social-card.png reproduces this.

Change to: Replace the badge caption with Made for OBS and regenerate public/social-card.png from the corrected SVG, retaining the existing badge dimensions.

Why: A share image should remain legible when posted; the current caption appears cut off even at its original size.

      At a 1200×630 viewport, open /social-card.svg and /social-card.png.

In the SVG, the badge rectangle spans x=70..346 (width 276), while the caption starts at x=96 and measures 264.625 px, ending at x=360.625.

The last 14.625 px of dark #121411 text fall on the #121411 page background (1:1 contrast).

The PNG visibly ends the badge text around “OBS scen” instead of showing the complete “OBS scene”.

Expected: the complete caption fits inside the amber badge with padding.

    • mediumtaste: the editor opens with slogans instead of naming the tasksrc/App.tsx:532

Now: The tool opens with Your overlay, your way. and Make the wheel part of your stream., a marketing headline/subline pair above the working editor.

Change to: Use Customize your OBS overlay as the h1 and delete the paragraph beneath it. Let the workspace follow the reduced heading height naturally; the preview moves up 11 px on mobile and about 20 px on desktop.

Why: The supplied copy checklist distinguishes tools from marketing pages: a tool heading names the task in plain words and does not need a voice line.

At 390×844 and 1440×844, load a fresh editor and read .workspace-heading: it contains the two quoted promotional lines above Stream preview.

      Measured preview-toolbar top is y=166 at 390 and y=221.594 at 1440.

In the browser, replace the h1 text with Customize your OBS overlay and remove only its sibling paragraph: preview-toolbar moves to y=155 and y=202 respectively, with the existing save control retaining its place.

Expected: the editor names the available task immediately; actual: two slogans occupy the task-heading area.
