Improve the existing Keel website (web/, static export in dist/). Do not change the contracts in src/, the addresses in web/src/config.ts, or anything on chain. Keep the current look, the island, the routes and the footer line "not operated by IMD". Show only real chain data: no sample or placeholder numbers anywhere.

Island

1. Stalls show live figures, computed from the same chain reads as the market:

• 01 Jobs: verified runs (count of RunVerified) and time since the last run.
• 02 Pool: live pools (Launched minus Closed) and total IMD held in Keel pools.
• 03 Fees: total fees in IMD (sum of FeeAccrued.amount) and its team / creators / baskets split.
• 04 Basket: IMD in baskets now and IMD repaid to builders (sum of Reimbursed).
• Keel HQ: "Launches open" or "Launches paused" from the factory's paused flag, plus total launches. Each stall gets a small lit chrome sign with its number and its main figure, and a hover/tap highlight. Talking to a stall shows its figures first, then the existing robot lines. While loading show "Reading Ethereum…", on RPC failure "Data unavailable · Retry"; a real zero shows as 0.

2. Talking must work after the on-screen controls were used. Today, after a click on the D-pad, Enter re-presses the focused D-pad button instead of talking. Inside the island scene, Enter, Space and the A button always talk or advance when the player stands beside a stop; the D-pad buttons must not keep keyboard focus. When the player is beside a stop, show "Press Enter or A to talk to " visibly on desktop and phone.
3. Phone (up to 480px wide): trees cover the Fees and Basket robots and the player. Keep trees only along the back and side edges, none in front of stalls, and always draw the player and robots above trees. Scale the island up to use the empty space below it. Every stall and robot has a tap target of at least 44px.

Wallet 4. Connect opens a chooser listing every wallet installed in the browser (EIP-6963 discovery, with its name and icon; window.ethereum only as a fallback). Remember the last choice, add Disconnect, and use the chosen wallet for every read of the account and every write. On a phone with no wallet in the browser, show "Open this site in your wallet app's browser" with a Copy link button.

Launch form 5. Replace the one Links textarea with three optional fields: Website, X, Telegram, each with an icon and its own validation (https only; X must be on x.com or twitter.com; Telegram on t.me). Write them into metadata as a links object with only the filled keys, for example {"website":"…","x":"…","telegram":"…"}, and keep the 1,024-byte check. The token page shows these links with the same icons. 6. Image upload. Replace the Image URL field with a file picker with drag-and-drop: PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF, up to 2 MB. In the browser, center-crop to a square, resize to 512×512 and encode as WEBP; show it at once in the field and in the live token preview, with Replace and Remove. The upload goes to uploadUrl in web/src/config.ts: POST multipart field "file", JSON response {"cid":""}; the metadata image becomes "ipfs://". uploadUrl stays empty for now (our upload server comes later): picking and preview still work, and the field says "Image upload opens together with launches"; launching stays disabled while the factory is paused. Show ipfs:// images through ipfsGateway in config (default https://ipfs.io/ipfs/) on cards, the token page and the preview, with the chrome letter fallback if loading fails. Keep "Use an image link instead" (https or ipfs://) as a small secondary option.

Token page and trading 7. While a close notice is active, the Buy side shows: "Tokens bought now do not count toward the basket claim." 8. Replace "Selling during the notice gives up your basket share" (token page and How it works) with: "Your claim uses the lower of your balances at the notice and at close." 9. Before sending approve, check the wallet balance; if it is too low, show "Not enough IMD" or "Not enough " and keep the button disabled. 10. Rename "Market cap" to "FDV" everywhere (price × total supply). 11. The card's Buy link (#/token/?buy) scrolls to the trade card and focuses the amount field. 12. Add a creator panel on the token page, shown only to the creator's wallet: the creator's accrued IMD with a Claim button (claimCreator), and Lower my share (lowerCreatorShare; only values below the current share are allowed, with a note that this cannot be undone). Simulate each call before sending, as the existing writes do.

Repository 13. Remove docs/BETTER_INTERFACE_LICENSE and every mention of it, and the build agent's working records: docs/website/submission-audit.json, docs/website/validation.md, docs/website/validation-browser.md, web/chain-verification.md, web/scripts/audit-submission.py. In README.md remove the reference to an artifacts/ folder and state the Node and npm versions actually used. All repository text stays in English.

Rebuild dist/ from web/ after the changes, and check the island, market, launch and token pages at 390px and 1440px.
