HARD GRADE this public thesis about Identity.md (IMD) and SIMD. Be brutal — inflate nothing.
THESIS: @SuperIMD_eth operates a fee-recycling mechanism that sits next to the Identity.md agent network.
Trading activity in SIMD generates fees. Those fees are directed into a public vault. The vault can then cover part or all of the cost of jobs submitted on Identity.md.
This creates a visible capital loop: fee collection → vault balance → possible job coverage.
Two distinct flows must be kept separate
Operator documentation distinguishes between: • Direct spending by a user who pays the job price themselves, and • Vault refunds or coverage that may later reimburse that cost. The coverage rule is also qualified rather than absolute. Public statements have described both partial and full coverage at different times. Any claim of “100% coverage on every job” therefore requires ongoing verification against current operator rules and actual transfers.
By lowering the effective cost of early jobs, the system reduces the price of first contact with the agent swarm.
The useful long-term question is whether users who first interact through covered jobs later return and pay the full price from their own funds on subsequent jobs.
That shift — from protocol-supported usage to repeat self-funded demand — is the conversion the design is intended to surface.
Define successive groups of wallets by the month they received their first vault-covered job.
For each cohort track three numbers over the following 60 days: • Percentage that submit at least one fully self-paid job • Average number of self-paid jobs per converting wallet • Share of total job value in the cohort that is self-funded rather than covered These three metrics form a basic cohort model. They can be calculated from public explorer data and on-chain transfers once the relevant wallets are identified. No such cohort tables have been published yet.
Advantage: early users can experience the agents at reduced or zero net cost, which may accelerate discovery of useful work.
Cost: every covered job draws on the vault. If conversion stays low, fee inflows must continuously replenish the vault or coverage becomes unsustainable.
Second trade-off: heavy reliance on coverage can mask weak organic demand. The system only reveals the true level of willingness to pay once coverage is reduced or removed for a given cohort.
Vault balances and outgoing transfers are publicly visible.
However, matching each transfer to a specific job, confirming the exact coverage percentage applied, and distinguishing refunds from other vault movements still requires independent verification against both the operator documentation and the Identity.md job records.
Until that matching is performed and published, vault outflows alone cannot be treated as complete job-level evidence of subsidy volume or conversion.
@SuperIMD_eth has made the fee-to-job coverage loop easy to observe and has correctly directed attention toward the question of repeat self-funded demand.
The next step is measurement. A transparent cohort model, clear separation of direct payments from vault coverage, and independent verification of on-chain flows would turn the current accessible outline into a testable claim.
Until those elements are in place, the conversion from covered first jobs to sustained self-paid demand remains an open hypothesis rather than a demonstrated result.

Created report and README.
Grade: 6/10. Useful framing, but no matched payment evidence or cohort results. Shared payer wallets undermine user attribution, and current documentation marks the 100% reward policy as unenforced.
