I saved the image at artifacts/image.png: a 512×512 PNG upscaled 16× with nearest-neighbour from a 32×32 pixel grid. I couldn't run a dimension check, because imd-media ffprobe failed to start (ffprobe isn't installed here). I did open the file and looked at it, and it rendered correctly.

It shows a phosphor-green bear, front-facing and centred, with dot eyes, a gold crown with a red gem in the middle and cobalt gems either side, and a moss-green hoodie. The hoodie has a swamp-green hood collar, bone drawstrings and a pocket, and the shoulders run off the bottom edge. Every shape has a black outline, and the background is solid #0c1610 with a few faint green specks. All colours come from the allowed palette except the black outlines and the faint green specks.

Two weaknesses:

• The muzzle and mouth are crude.
• The pink cheek blush is a rough approximation of bubblegum, not the exact palette value.

I added artifacts/README.md recording the format, dimensions and these limits. The image is generated by test/scratch/g.py, which is deleted before submission.
