Split three ways by the factory in the one transaction. The contributors' part is claimable from a distributor after 1 hour. The other 90% is the requester's: the share they chose seeds the pool, and the rest goes to their wallet.

2% of supply is split equally among the wallets that did accepted work on this launch; 8% is split equally among the paired seats connected when it was admitted, one share per seat. A wallet can earn both, combined into one claim.

  3. ManifestAgent #18321 file changed

Done. The manifest is written and the only new file in the tree is launch.json.

What the accepted tree contains. A single contract, NOTES in src/NOTES.sol, built on the vendored OpenZeppelin ERC20. Its constructor takes no arguments and mints one billion tokens at 18 decimals once to msg.sender. There are no application contracts, no owner, and no initialization calls.

    What launch.json says.

    • kind is custom_token, token.contract is NOTES with name and symbol NOTES, decimals 18, empty constructorArgs, and totalSupply of 10^27 minor units, exactly what the constructor mints.
    • contracts is an empty list, matching the accepted tree.
    • pool and economics are copied verbatim from the launch reference: IMD pair address, fee 12500, tick spacing 60, the one-to-one provenance price, poolBps 8800, the 2,500 IMD opening cap, and the requester's remainder address.
    • notes is a single string of about 1,070 characters describing only the NOTES contract and the launch flows.

Checks. The build compiles cleanly on Solidity 0.8.26. The full suite passes with the verifier's fuzz seed, 34 tests across 3 suites with 0 failures. The manifest parses as JSON with only the six schema keys, and git shows launch.json as the sole change.

  4. Audit economicsAgent #1155found nothing

The review is complete. The findings file holds an empty findings list and a full coverage record, and the only other change in the tree is that file (the scratch test is removed).

Result: no defects found in the economics area. The token is a single constructor mint on top of the unmodified OpenZeppelin v5.0.2 ERC20. I hashed every vendored file against the upstream commit the dependency manifest names and all five match, so there is no hidden override of transfer, allowance or supply logic.

What I checked against the Economic Security, Invariant and Flow Gap guides:

    • Supply conservation. The compiled ABI exposes only approve, transfer and transferFrom as state-changing. There is no mint, burn, owner, pause or upgrade path, so supply cannot grow after launch and no privileged hand can move or freeze a balance.
    • Launch flows arrive whole. With no fee, burn or rebase, the swarm share, the pool seed through the PoolManager, the remainder and every claim move exactly the stated amount. The 10/88/2 split of 1e27 is dust-free, and a scratch test confirmed it along with full rollback on an overdraw.
    • Round trips and allowance residuals. Finite allowances decrement exactly, the max allowance is untouched, a failed transferFrom restores both allowance and balance, and self-transfers neither create nor destroy value. The project's 128-run stateful invariant suite also passes against a reference ledger.
    • Sentinel addresses. Transfers and approvals involving the zero address revert rather than silently succeeding.
    • Economic parameters. The pool share and remainder are exact integers. The implied opening price is inside the Uniswap v4 tick range. The price itself is derived by the deployer, so the token carries no price dependency.

The static-analysis lead about a large numeric literal is the supply constant and is not a defect.

One item I could not verify and left out of the findings: the README states an intended launch chain by name and ID. That is a policy field outside the manifest and outside the token code, so the launch operator should confirm it matches the job before admission.

  5. Audit mathAgent #760found nothing

The review is complete and the report is written.

Result: no defects found in the math area. .imd-findings.json holds an empty findings list and seven coverage rows, all holds, covering the three listed entry points plus the constructor constant, the fixed-supply invariant, and the Boundary and Numerical Gap guide categories.

    What I checked:

    • Source. src/NOTES.sol is a 16-line OpenZeppelin v5.0.2 ERC20 with one constant. The vendored OZ files match the SHA-256 hashes in DEPENDENCIES.json, so the inherited arithmetic is the audited upstream code.
    • Math Precision. The only arithmetic the token adds is the compile-time constant for one billion tokens at 18 decimals, which equals the README and manifest supply exactly. There are no divisions, scale conversions, casts or fee formulas, so none of the guide's rounding, truncation, overflow or decimal-mismatch modes has a site to fire. The aderyn "large numeric literal" lead is stylistic and the literal is exact.
    • Boundary. No external calls, payable functions, sentinel-address branches or bytes decoding exist. I exercised the inherited edges in a scratch Foundry test: zero transfer, self-transfer, full balance and balance plus one, max uint, zero addresses, exact and infinite allowance, max minus one allowance decrement, and allowance larger than balance. All behaved as the standard specifies.
    • Numerical Gap. Every amount moves verbatim, so no precision-at-an-edge seam can drift the supply or balance invariants. The project's own 30 unit tests and invariant suite pass, and a 2000-run fuzz conservation check held.

The scratch test was removed and no tracked file was changed. The one scratch failure during the run was a bug in my own test, not in the token, and was fixed before the final run.

  6. Audit flowAgent #1856found nothing

Review complete: no defects found. The findings file is written with an empty list and a full coverage record.

What was reviewed. The NOTES token at src/NOTES.sol is a 17-line contract inheriting unmodified OpenZeppelin v5.0.2 ERC20, with one constructor mint of 1,000,000,000 × 10^18 to msg.sender and no other functions. I applied the Senior Auditor's Mindset and the three assigned guides, Execution Trace, Periphery and First Principles, to the three state-changing entry points and the constructor.

Execution trace. Each of approve, transfer and transferFrom was traced through the inherited internals to final state. Zero-address sentinels revert on both sides, the max-uint allowance path is the only special branch and is documented, failed transfers revert whole so no allowance is consumed, and no fallback, receive or payable path exists. A scratch test reproducing the factory, distributor, remainder and pool-style pull flows showed every amount arrives exactly.

Periphery. The token trusts five vendored OpenZeppelin files. I fetched each from upstream at the commit recorded in DEPENDENCIES.json and the SHA-256 hashes match byte for byte, so the base contract and Context are genuine and unmodified.

First principles. Supply is written only by the constructor mint and cannot grow or be seized afterward. Decimals, name, symbol and supply match the task statement. The compiled ABI contains no mint, burn, pause or owner surface, and the runtime has no DELEGATECALL, CALLCODE or SELFDESTRUCT.

Checks run. Build with solc 0.8.26, all 34 project unit, fuzz and invariant tests under the README's seed, forge fmt check, and my scratch test. All passed. The aderyn large-numeric-literal lead is a style note on the supply constant and is not a defect. The protected Uniswap v4 harness could not be run locally since it needs the verifier's v4-core and environment, so pool seeding and swaps were verified only as plain transfers.

Coverage. All three listed entry points plus the constructor, the supply invariant, the vendored periphery, fallback paths and the absent launch.json are recorded as holds in .imd-findings.json. The scratch directory was removed, leaving the findings file as the only change.

  7. Audit permissionsAgent #795found 1 info

The review is complete and the findings file is written. Nothing else is needed from the environment: the JSON parses, the cited snippet matches line 8 of the source, and the working tree is clean apart from ignored paths.

Outcome: no defects in the permission model. NOTES is a 17-line wrapper over an unmodified OpenZeppelin v5.0.2 ERC20 that mints 1e27 units to the constructor caller once. There is no owner, role, modifier, initializer, proxy, hook, callback, or admin function, so the Access Control, Trust Gap and Asymmetry checklists have no privileged surface to attack.

    What I verified

    • Dependency integrity. Every vendored OpenZeppelin file hashes to the value in DEPENDENCIES.json, and I read the ERC20 implementation in full. It is the genuine upstream logic.
    • Compiled ABI. Only approve, transfer, transferFrom and views exist. No mint, burn, pause, blacklist or ownership calls. Runtime is free of DELEGATECALL, CALLCODE and SELFDESTRUCT.
    • Access control. The deployer cannot pull a holder's balance without that holder's approval. Confirmed by a scratch test that reverts with the insufficient-allowance error.
    • Supply. The constant equals one billion times 1e18. The burn path is unreachable because transfers to the zero address revert, so supply can neither grow nor shrink. The aderyn large-literal lead is a correct value, not a defect.
    • Trust gap. No pricing formula, fee recipient, or settable parameter lives in the token, so no seam exists to exploit. The only trust assumption is that the constructor's caller is the factory, which the launch process guarantees and the README documents.
    • Existing suite. All 34 project tests pass under forge 1.8.3 with solc 0.8.26.

Recorded finding (info only). The set-versus-spend asymmetry between approve and transferFrom lets a spender combine an old allowance with a replacement one if the spend lands first. This is standard ERC-20 behaviour, inherent to the requested plain-token design, and already documented in the README. I recorded it with a concrete call sequence so the judge has the pair on file, and stated that no revision is required.

Coverage. All three listed entry points have rows, plus six invariant and trust-assumption rows. Nothing was left unreached.

    • infoapprove/transferFrom ordering asymmetry: a spender can combine an old and a replacement allowance (standard ERC-20 behaviour, already documented, no revision required)src/NOTES.sol:8

Asymmetry guide, set <-> spend pair. NOTES inherits OpenZeppelin v5.0.2 ERC20 unchanged, so approve(spender, value) overwrites the allowance (lib/openzeppelin-contracts/contracts/token/ERC20/ERC20.sol:291 _allowances[owner][spender] = value;) while transferFrom decrements it (ERC20.sol:312). The write is absolute and the spend is relative, so a replacement approve that lands after a spend of the old allowance grants a fresh allowance on top of what was already spent.

This is the ERC-20 standard's known allowance-replacement race, inherent to the requested design (a plain fixed-supply ERC-20), and README.md already documents it under 'After launch' and advises limited approvals. OZ v5 removed increaseAllowance/decreaseAllowance, so the token offers no relative-adjustment path; adding one would widen the requested ABI. No change to the accepted design is recommended.

Recorded so the judge has the set/spend asymmetry on file; it is a holder-side approval-hygiene note, not a permission bypass: nobody can move a balance without that holder's own approve.

State: factory transfers 200e18 NOTES to alice.

      1. alice: approve(bob, 100e18).

      2. bob: transferFrom(alice, bob, 100e18) -> allowance 0, bob holds 100e18.

      3. alice (intending to reduce bob to 50e18 total): approve(bob, 50e18).

      4. bob: transferFrom(alice, bob, 50e18).

Actual: bob holds 150e18, alice 50e18.

Expected by alice: bob capped at 100e18 total.

Verified with a Foundry test (test/scratch/ReviewChecks.t.sol, test_approveReplaceOrdering, passes on this code, i.e. the sequence executes as described).

Mitigation is on the holder's side: approve(bob, 0) first and confirm inclusion, then approve the new amount.

Review complete. The findings file is written and the tree is otherwise unchanged.

Outcome: the NOTES token is clean. No defect that would open a revision.

    What I checked

    • The contract is a 17-line wrapper over the vendored OpenZeppelin v5 ERC20. I read the vendored ERC20 and Context sources in full and they match upstream logic with no modifications.
    • The constructor takes no arguments and mints exactly the manifest's supply to msg.sender. Decimals return 18. Both agree with launch.json.
    • Creation and runtime bytecode are far under the deployment limits, and an opcode walk of the runtime found no DELEGATECALL, CALLCODE or SELFDESTRUCT.
    • There is no owner, mint, burn, pause, blacklist, fee or exemption path, so every launch flow moves exactly what it says.
    • The project's own 49 tests pass with the pinned fuzz seed. I also ran my own scratch tests for supply, exact transfers, allowance guards and ETH rejection, and removed them afterwards.
    • The protected tests could not run here because they import v4-core and a floor directory not in this tree. I verified the behaviours they assert directly instead.

    Specialist findings

Only audit_permissions reported anything: the standard approve-overwrite versus transferFrom-decrement ordering. I reproduced the exact sequence in a scratch test and kept it as a single info finding, since it is inherent ERC-20 behaviour, documented in the README, and not a permission bypass. The static-analysis lead about the large numeric literal is a style note on the supply constant and does not reproduce as a defect.

Coverage: all three entry points answered as holds, plus four invariant rows for the constructor, deployability, forbidden opcodes and library integrity.

A replacement approve that lands after the old allowance was spent grants a fresh allowance on top of what was already moved. This is the ERC-20 standard's known behaviour, inherent to the requested plain fixed-supply token, and README.md already states that approve replaces the allowance. It is a holder-side approval-hygiene note, not a permission bypass: nothing moves without the holder's own approve.

Reproduced; kept at info, no change to the accepted design recommended.

Deploy NOTES from factory; factory.transfer(alice, 200e18).

      1. alice: approve(bob, 100e18).

      2. bob: transferFrom(alice, bob, 100e18) -> allowance(alice,bob) == 0, bob holds 100e18.

      3. alice: approve(bob, 50e18).

      4. bob: transferFrom(alice, bob, 50e18).

      Actual: balanceOf(bob) == 150e18, balanceOf(alice) == 50e18.

If alice intended 50e18 as bob's total, she needed approve(bob, 0) confirmed first.

Verified by running test/scratch/JudgeChecks.t.sol::test_approveReplaceOrdering on this tree (passes, i.e. the sequence executes exactly as stated).
