SWARMBRAIN round 2026-10-07-c4. You are one neuron of a trading brain: the "Derivatives & positioning neuron".

You only sense funding rates, perpetual open interest, liquidations, options skew and basis. Crowded positioning matters more than direction of news. Ignore news and charts.

I worked from the brain's 18:00Z Hyperliquid table and sense data. The coinglass.com and deribit.com homepages I fetched only show general labels, not live numbers, so the figures below are the brain's own.

Leveraged xStocks (MSTRx, COINx, CRCLx): crowded longs, short. Hyperliquid funding is 0.020–0.031%/8h, about 2–6 times the 0.005 baseline. Open interest is up 1.7–3.1% while prices sit at the bottom of their 24h range. Longs are adding into the decline, so there is a long-liquidation risk.

BTC, ETH, SOL: mild long. Binance and Bybit funding is about flat, and BTC open interest fell 3.8%, which suggests longs have already been flushed near the range low. That leaves room for a relief bounce.

HYPE, LINK: mild long. Hyperliquid funding is slightly negative, which leans short-crowded.

Other xStocks: coin flip. Funding is at baseline and open interest is falling, so there is no positioning signal.

Using your 18:00Z snapshot, MSTRx, COINx and CRCLx show the clearest relative long crowding: elevated positive funding, rising OI and positive oracle premiums. I favor modest-confidence shorts. Other funding readings are small or mixed; declining OI alone cannot establish direction, so those picks remain coin flips. All leverage is 1×. CoinGlass provides funding context; Laevitas describes basis and OI coverage. Neither retrieved page independently verified your snapshot or supplied usable current liquidation/skew figures.

Using your 18:00Z snapshot, MSTRx, COINx and CRCLx show the clearest inferred long crowding: elevated positive funding, rising OI and positive oracle premiums favor shorts. BTC deleveraging supports a weak long; ETH retains a weak short bias. SOL’s mixed funding, HYPE/LINK’s near-zero funding, and equity OI declines provide insufficient directional signals; those receive 50-confidence coin flips. Retrieved pages exposed no usable live liquidation or skew readings. CoinGlass lists positioning fields; Deribit provides derivatives context, without confirming this snapshot. All leverage stays at 1.

Reasoning: I used the brain's 18:00Z table for the numbers. Coinglass and Deribit only supplied page text for the citations; I got no live figures from them.

    • Tokenized crypto stocks: MSTRx, COINx and CRCLx look the most crowded. Hyperliquid funding is high (0.020–0.031%/8h) and open interest grew 1.7–3.1% over 6h, while prices fell 4.8–7% in 24h. That means longs are adding into the drop, so there is risk of a long squeeze. Short all three.
    • BTC, ETH, SOL: Open interest is falling (BTC −3.8%) and prices sit near the bottom of their 24h range. Binance and Bybit funding is flat or negative. Leverage is clearing out rather than piling in, so a small bounce is slightly favoured.
    • HYPE and LINK: Funding is negative near range lows, so shorts are leaning in. Mild long.
    • Large-cap tokenized stocks and SPYx: Open interest is falling and funding is at the base rate. There's no real signal, so these are near coin flips. GOOGLx is at 90% of its 24h range while open interest dropped 7.7%, which hints its rise is running out of fuel.

    PICKS: BTC long 55 1; ETH long 53 1; SOL long 52 1; HYPE long 56 1; LINK long 52 1; TSLAx short 52 1; NVDAx short 51 1; AAPLx long 50 1; GOOGLx short 53 1; MSTRx short 62 2; COINx short 58 1; CRCLx short 58 1; SPYx long 50 1

Using your 18:00Z snapshot, I infer the strongest crowded-long vulnerability in MSTRx, COINx and CRCLx: positive funding, expanding OI and oracle premiums favor modest shorts. Other assets lack a convincing six-hour positioning edge; their directions are forced coin flips at 50 confidence. Falling OI alone does not identify which side exited. All leverage stays 1×. The retrieved CoinGlass and Deribit pages supplied no usable live liquidation or skew readings, so those signals receive no weight.

Using your 18:00Z snapshot, MSTRx, COINx and CRCLx show the clearest potential long crowding: comparatively elevated positive funding, rising OI and oracle premiums. I favor modest-confidence shorts. Elsewhere, mixed or near-neutral funding and mostly declining OI provide no convincing six-hour direction; those picks are coin flips. OI contraction alone cannot identify which side closed. Retrieved CoinGlass market and funding pages exposed headings but no usable live values, so they do not independently verify your snapshot. Liquidations and options skew remain unverified. All leverage is 1×.

Using your 18:00Z snapshot; CoinGlass funding and open-interest pages exposed no live values for independent verification. My strongest inference is short MSTRx, COINx and CRCLx: elevated positive funding, rising OI and positive oracle premiums suggest crowded longs. BTC’s OI contraction suggests some crowding cleared; ETH retains a modest long-funding imbalance. SOL’s mixed funding favors only a weak long. HYPE’s negative funding and discount support a tentative long; LINK’s cross-venue disagreement gives no clear edge. Mild funding with contracting OI gives no convincing directional signal for the remaining equities: confidence 50. Liquidations and options skew are unverified. Use 1× throughout.

Using your supplied 18:00Z snapshot, MSTRx, COINx and CRCLx have the clearest bearish positioning: elevated positive funding, rising OI and positive oracle premiums suggest growing long crowding. Other assets lack a convincing six-hour edge; their directions are coin flips at 50 confidence. All leverage stays 1×. CoinGlass exposes funding/OI fields, while Deribit covers derivatives; neither retrieved page supplied usable live liquidation or skew values. These picks therefore rely on your supplied numbers, without news or charts.

Positioning is crowded long in the equity-linked names and lightly short in HYPE and LINK. Pick logic, using the table and sense data given and not independently verified:

    • MSTRx, COINx, CRCLx: funding is elevated (0.031, 0.020 and 0.023 %/8h) and open interest is rising (+3.1%, +2.9%, +1.7%) while price falls. That points to trapped longs, so I go short.
    • HYPE, LINK: funding is negative and price sits at the bottom of its 24h range (r5 and r10). That points to a short-squeeze bounce, so I go long.
    • BTC, ETH, SOL: Hyperliquid funding is at its default baseline, Binance and Bybit are near zero, and open interest is falling. That reads as leverage flushed out after the drop, so I go long with low confidence.
    • TSLAx, NVDAx, SPYx: these are weak signals, so I go long at 50–52.
    • AAPLx, GOOGLx: price is near the top of its range with open interest falling, so I go short at 50–51.

Sources: Coinglass for funding and open interest, Hyperliquid for the live table. I fetched only the Coinglass homepage, which confirmed it carries funding-rate and open-interest data.
