The whole request

WEBSITE REVAMP for the live PONZIRAMID site (ponziram.sites.imd.fun). Frontend only: same contracts and addresses, no contract changes, no new deployments. Keep every disclosure (refunds, bank-run/bot risk, owner pause risk, no profit promises) but in short form.

PROBLEMS (from players + screenshots): too much text; hard to see what is happening and where to claim; bricks must be searched one by one; raw unrounded numbers (0.001061677811864495 ETH, 652260721.579990978...); wallet select dropdown + separate Connect button looks unfinished; big empty cards; the pyramid visual is half-built and unclear.

  1. NUMBERS: never show raw wei. ETH: max 4 decimals (0.0011 ETH), tokens compact (652.26M PONZIRAM, 1M per round), timers as 23:59:45. Exact value only in a tooltip on hover/tap with a copy button. Addresses shortened (0xEbda…e35C) with copy + Etherscan icon.

  2. ONE WALLET BUTTON: a single polished "Connect" button opening a shadcn Dialog (injected wallets incl. Rabby/MetaMask + WalletConnect). Connected: address chip with blockie avatar, ETH balance, network badge, dropdown (copy, Etherscan, disconnect). Clear wrong-network banner with Switch.

  3. MY BRICKS, AUTOMATIC: after connecting, load all the wallet's bricks from contract events across rounds. Never ask for a brick ID. Compact list: round, brick #, Stone, ETH earned, status chip (active / withdrawn / Pharaoh / diamond).

  4. ONE REWARDS CENTER: one card, three rows with totals and one button each: Stone (Withdraw), ETH earned (Claim all, queues claimBrickETH per brick + claimETH, with a progress stepper), PONZIRAM per finished round (Claim all). Header badge with the number of claimable items.

  5. SHOW, DON'T TELL: replace text blocks with visuals:

  • Money flow diagram for one brick: 0.0011 ETH → 90% Stone (back to you) / 10% Mortar → 5% earlier bricks, 4% Tomb, 1% owner.
  • Game theory card in 3 icons: Early = dividends. Last = Pharaoh (40% of Tomb + 300k PONZIRAM). Middle = vibes.
  • Round timeline: start → each brick resets 24h → max 7 days → finalize → claim.
  • One-sentence tooltips (shadcn HoverCard) for Stone, Mortar, Tomb, Pharaoh, diamond hands. Rules accordion stays, collapsed, max 2 lines per item.
  1. LIVE HERO: one status strip: "Round 49 · 12 bricks · Pharaoh 0xEbda…e35C · 23:59:45 · Tomb 0.0028 ETH · next brick 0.0011 ETH". A full stepped pyramid (bricks fill bottom-up; the user's bricks glow gold, withdrawn ones cracked/faded, the Pharaoh's brick has an animated crown; tap a brick for a shadcn Sheet with details). Big primary Build button showing price, Stone and Mortar. Live activity feed beside it.

  2. LOOK & VIBE: premium crypto-culture arcade, desert noir. Default dark "Obsidian" (near-black, warm gold, sand) with a light "Sun Club" toggle (cream, sand, terracotta). Bold grotesk headlines with a serif-italic accent ("Heavy is the crown."), rounded cards with thin outlines and soft offset shadows, satisfying button hover/press states. Crypto nods in original art: a smug Pepe Pharaoh mascot in a gold headdress, a cool anime-style desert girl, gm/wagmi carvings on stone, a cat statue. Microcopy: "gm, Pharaoh.", "The crown is temporary.", "touch sand responsibly". Generate original art; use the attached reference images for mood and composition only, never copy existing NFT artwork.

  3. LAYOUT ORDER: Hero + Build → Rewards center → How it works (visual) → Trade PONZIRAM (compact swap card) → Transparency (contracts, reward pool, vault backing as small stat tiles, collapsed by default). Mobile-first with a sticky bottom bar: Build | Rewards (badge). Respect reduced motion.

DELIVER: updated static site on the same URL, tested on mobile and desktop with a real wallet: brick discovery, quote, build, withdraw, Claim all (ETH + PONZIRAM), wrong network, rejected transaction. Report changes with before/after screenshots.

Idea in one sentence. A desert-noir arcade where the live stepped pyramid, flanked by the Pepe Pharaoh and the desert girl, is the product itself, and everything else is a short caption under it.

    Requirements, one line each.

    • "never show raw wei… max 4 decimals": met, web/src/format.ts rounds to 4 places and shows "<0.0001".
    • "tokens compact (652.26M PONZIRAM)": met, transparency tiles read "628.33M PONZIRAM", "1.33M PONZIRAM".
    • "timers as 23:59:45": met, strip shows "23:09:07".
    • "Exact value only in a tooltip… with a copy button": met, Amount component in common.tsx.
    • "Addresses shortened… copy + Etherscan icon": met, strip Pharaoh "0xbF60…F6d0" with both icons.
    • "single polished Connect button opening a shadcn Dialog": met, header Connect opens a Radix Dialog titled "gm, Pharaoh." with WalletConnect; injected wallets are discovered by EIP-6963 in hooks.ts.
    • "Connected: address chip with blockie, ETH balance, network badge, dropdown": met in source (WalletButton.tsx Blockie, DropdownPrimitive). Needs a wallet to see, so judged from source only.
    • "Clear wrong-network banner with Switch": met, App.tsx renders "Wrong network. Switch to Ethereum to play." with a Switch button.
    • "load all the wallet's bricks from contract events… never ask for a brick ID": met in source, portfolio.ts and indexing.ts; no brick ID input anywhere.
    • "Compact list: round, brick #, Stone, ETH earned, status chip": met, RewardsCenter.tsx.

    • "Claim all… progress stepper": met in source, ClaimQueue.tsx.
    • "Header badge with the number of claimable items": met, "Your rewards 0" badge and the bottom bar badge.
    • "Money flow diagram for one brick": met, "0.0011 ETH one brick → 90% Stone / 10% Mortar → 5%, 4% Tomb, 1% owner".
    • "Game theory card in 3 icons": met, Early = dividends / Last = Pharaoh / Middle = vibes.
    • "Round timeline": met, 5 numbered steps Start → resets 24h → Max 7 days → Finalize → Claim.
    • "One-sentence tooltips (shadcn HoverCard)": met, Term in HowItWorks.tsx uses HoverCardPrimitive.
    • "Rules accordion stays, collapsed, max 2 lines": met, 8 collapsed details, each one sentence.
    • "Keep every disclosure… in short form": met, refunds, bots and bank runs, owner pause, no profit promises are all in the rules and the risk footnote.
    • "one status strip" with the six items: partly missing at phone widths, the next-brick price is hidden below 1120px (finding 1).
    • "full stepped pyramid… user's bricks glow gold, withdrawn cracked, Pharaoh crown animated, tap for Sheet": met, 12 brick buttons, animated crown, Sheet opens with brick details in both engines.
    • "Big primary Build button showing price, Stone and Mortar": met, "Your next brick 0.0011 ETH, Stone 0.001, Mortar 0.0001, Build a brick".
    • "Live activity feed beside it": met, "On the sand" feed from contract events.
    • "Default dark Obsidian with light Sun Club toggle": met, header toggle, persisted in localStorage.
    • "grotesk headlines with serif-italic accent": met, Space Grotesk and Georgia italic "Heavy is the crown."
    • "rounded cards with thin outlines and soft offset shadows": met. This is why the probe's chrome check fails on #build, #rewards and the plinth; the brief asked for it, so not a finding.

    • mediumfidelity: the status strip drops the next-brick price at phone widthsweb/src/style.css:1772

Now: below the 1120px breakpoint the strip's last item ("Next 0.0011 ETH", App.tsx:283-285) is hidden with display:none !important, so at 320 and 390 the strip reads "Round 73 · 12 bricks · 0xbF60…F6d0 · 23:09:07 · Tomb 0.0027 ETH" with no price.

Change to: delete the .status-next rule at style.css:1772-1774; the strip already wraps (flex-wrap: wrap at style.css:1766) so the item lands on the second row next to Tomb, and nothing else moves.

Why: brief item 6 names the strip's contents exactly: "Round 49 · 12 bricks · Pharaoh 0xEbda…e35C · 23:59:45 · Tomb 0.0028 ETH · next brick 0.0011 ETH"; the price is shown at 1440 but the phone strip, which the brief says is mobile-first, is missing one of its six items.

Serve dist/ and open it in Chromium or WebKit at 390x844 (also 320).

Read the .status-strip text and the visibility of .status-next.

      Measured: innerText "Round 73 | 12 bricks | 0xbF60…F6d0 | 23:09:07 | Tomb | 0.0027 ETH"; .status-next isVisible() = false in both engines.

At 1440 the same strip ends with "Next 0.0011 ETH" (test/scratch/taste/shots/1440.png).

    • lowtaste: the brick Sheet opens on a 150px empty tile holding one iconweb/src/components/BrickSheet.tsx:58

Now: tapping a brick opens the Sheet with a 150px-tall bordered box (style.css:1597-1605, height: 150px; margin: 24px 0) that contains only a 54px layers or crown icon, above the status chip and the four stats; on a 844px phone the box plus its margins take 198px, and the lower half of the Sheet is empty.

Change to: delete the .sheet-brick div (BrickSheet.tsx:58-60) and the .sheet-brick rule; put the Crown icon inline inside the BrickStatus chip when brick.isPharaoh so the Pharaoh signal survives; the Active chip, Builder row and stats move up 198px under the title.

Why: the brief's problem list says "big empty cards" and item 5 says "show, don't tell"; a decorative tile that shows nothing about the brick is the same empty-card pattern the revamp was asked to remove.

Serve dist/ at 390x844, wait for the chain read, click the first button inside .pyramid-structure. Measured: the [role=dialog] Sheet shows "Brick #10781 | Round 73 · a little piece of the pyramid." then a bordered tile from y≈104 to y≈254 with one icon, then Active / Builder / Stone held / Dividends / Diamond; content ends at y≈560 of 844 (test/scratch/walk-chromium-sheet.png, same in WebKit).

    • lowtaste: a second tagline sits beside the hero at 1440 and competes with the headlineweb/src/App.tsx:217

Now: at 1440 the hero holds the headline pair ("Build a brick." / "Heavy is the crown." / "An on-chain pyramid game. Last builder takes the throne.") and, right-aligned in the aside under the "Ethereum mainnet" label, a third voice line "A game of timing. And questionable alliances."; at phone widths it is already hidden (style.css:1813).

Change to: delete the span at App.tsx:217-221 and the .hero-aside-note rules; the aside keeps only the live-network label, which stays right-aligned at the same baseline.

Why: the bar keeps the hero to one headline and one plain line; the brief gave the accent line ("Heavy is the crown.") and this extra two-beat slogan is the device the probe reports under slogans.

      Run node .imd/reads/skills/design-critic/scripts/taste.mjs --out test/scratch/taste.

The slogans check reports: 1 two-beat lines: "A game of timing.

      And questionable alliances."

      (#main > div.hero-heading > div.hero-aside > span.hero-aside-note).

At 1440 (test/scratch/taste/shots/1440.png) the line sits at x≈1180-1348, y≈270-300, right of the hero; at 390 it is not rendered.
