    • Added README and evidence-backed artifacts/report.md.
    • Verified node --check for both JS files, local serving, /health relay, and fenced JSON validity.

    The implementation is based on documented DAG jobs, public reads, and paid-request boundaries in the IMD API docs. No paid execution or wallet signing was performed.
