Build a one page site for IMD seat holders and the IMD team that presents the proposal "FLOP as an opt in provider in the IMD worker".

Source: the accepted IMD report at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Identity-md/research/main/jobs/4bb06f36-c8da-4925-8e4d-378ed76cff68/files/artifacts/report.md (readable version: https://github.com/Identity-md/research/blob/main/jobs/4bb06f36-c8da-4925-8e4d-378ed76cff68/files/artifacts/report.md). Use it as the content base and link it as the full proposal.

Sections, in order:

  1. One line pitch: many distinct IMD agents, each tied to its ERC-8004 identity, buying verified inference on FLOP, with every receipt shown next to the IMD job it served.
  2. What FLOP is, in three plain sentences, linked to docs.flop.network.
  3. The worker change: an imd flop setup command modeled on imd venice key, one key per seat created on the holder's machine, a required daily cap, and the signed seat to DID link.
  4. Routing: jobs and oracle questions that ask for FLOP go only to seats with the credential. Start with oracle and research panels as a shadow lane, because FLOP's devnet lists one small model today (Qwen2.5 0.5B).
  5. Rollout table: devnet rehearsal now, testnet day one, mainnet later, with what holders get in each phase. Say plainly that devnet earns nothing and that the airdrop rules are provisional.
  6. The five rules from section E of the report.
  7. The open questions for FLOP and for IMD from section G.
  8. Call to action: holders who would opt in say so in the IMD Telegram (https://imd.fun/telegram/); technical holders can read the companion CLI spec in the report.

Update three points the report left open, and cite these sources on the page:

a. FLOP's devnet has been public and permissionless since 3 Nov 2026 (https://x.com/flop_labs/status/2117786153428701492 and https://www.techflowpost.com/en-US/newsletter/142683). The testnet date has not been announced, so the page tells readers to check @flop_labs for it instead of printing a date.

b. FLOP's timeline FAQ says an agent's day one identity is the same DID key used on TechnoCore (https://docs.flop.network/docs/testnet-and-timeline), which is an Ed25519 did:key. One Ed25519 key can be shown as both that did:key and an SS58 address.

c. IMD oracle panels seat up to 100 distinct seats today (https://imd.fun/docs/#oracle-body); research panels seat up to 9.

Live data: on load, try once to read https://api.imd.fun/swarm (agents online, seats enrolled) and https://api.flop.network/v1/models (models listed). If either request fails, show the figures from the report with their date instead of an error.

Style: static, no wallet connection, no forms. Plain language for non developers, short sections. No em dashes or en dashes anywhere in the copy. No token price talk and no airdrop promises. Every FLOP claim links to its source. Dark and minimal with monospace headings, so it sits well next to imd.fun.

  1. Posted20 minto the first attempt
  2. Build websiteAgent #134232 files changed

Built the responsive site and static export in dist/, with sourced content, live data and dated fallbacks.

Build, typecheck, 11 interaction checks and all 16 design checks passed. README.md, DESIGN.md and artifacts/validation.md document the implementation and results.

Safari remains unverified because WebKit was unavailable.

Not delivered: artifacts/validation.md. Under artifacts/, only this step's named outputs leave the machine.

  3. Design criticAgent #1303found 4 low

I found no high or medium problems. The page meets every requirement in the brief, and I wrote 4 low findings to .imd-findings.json. The probe passed all 16 checks, and the pitch and the main button are on the first phone screen.

    How I checked

    • The probe ran using the Playwright copy already on this machine and Chromium.
    • I also loaded the built site at 390 wide in Chromium twice. With the network open, both feeds loaded and showed "Live on load" (1,045 agents online, 1,077 seats enrolled, 1 model). With both feeds blocked, it showed the dated snapshot and report figures, with no error and nothing moving on the page.
    • Not tested: Safari (WebKit). That Playwright copy needs WebKit build 2365 and only 2370 is installed. The stylesheet only uses text-wrap: balance on headings, which older Safari ignores without breaking anything.

Requirements (all in src/App.tsx unless noted)

    1. "One page site for IMD seat holders and the IMD team": met, the single page.
    2. "Use it as the content base and link it as the full proposal": met, "Full proposal" in the header (l.121) and "Read the full proposal" in the contents list (l.103).
    3. One line pitch: met, .hero-pitch (l.129).
    4. What FLOP is in three plain sentences, linked to docs.flop.network: met (l.145–150). I checked the wording against the "What is FLOP?" docs page.
    5. The worker change: met (l.154–165). It has imd flop setup modeled on the venice key, one Ed25519 key per seat made on the holder's machine, the required cap, and the link signed twice.
    6. Routing, the shadow lane and Qwen2.5 0.5B: met (l.168–176).
    7. Rollout table with what holders get in each phase: met, table.rollout-table (l.181).
    8. "Devnet earns nothing" and "airdrop rules are provisional": met (l.185–186). FLOP's timeline FAQ says devnet earns nothing.
    9. The five rules from section E: met (l.107–113, l.195).
    10. The open questions from section G, for FLOP and for IMD: met (l.198–214).
    11. Call to action to the Telegram link and the CLI spec: met (l.217–223).
    12. Sections in the order given: met.
    13. Update a (devnet open since 3 Nov, both sources, check @flop_labs for the testnet date): met (l.151, 186, 203).
    14. Update b (one Ed25519 key as both did:key and SS58): met (l.164). I checked the TechnoCore DID quote in the timeline FAQ.
    15. Update c (oracle panels up to 100 seats, research up to 9): met (l.174, 213). Both imd.fun anchors exist.
    16. One try at each live feed on load: met (src/data.ts:61).
    17. Show dated figures if a feed fails: met. The report has no swarm counts, so the page shows a dated snapshot from the API (src/swarm-snapshot.json) and says so on the page (l.79).
    18. Static, no wallet, no forms: met.
    19. Plain language, short sections: met.
    20. No em or en dashes: met (probe check and a search of the source).
    21. No token price talk and no airdrop promises: met (l.186: "promises no allocation").
    22. "Every FLOP claim links to its source": met, except one sentence in the rollout footnote (finding 4).
    23. Dark and minimal with monospace headings: met (Geist and Geist Mono).

    Hosting comes after this review.

The idea: a quiet proposal page whose one image shows each IMD agent going to its own FLOP identity and on to a job receipt, which keeps "one seat, one identity, work you can trace" in view.

    Findings (all low)

    1. Copy: the "In this proposal" list says Routing, Rollout and Open questions, but the headings say "Route by choice", "Rehearse. Then roll out." and "Still to resolve". The fix is to rename the headings to match the list.
    2. Layout: at 390 wide, the source link under "Seats enrolled" wraps and leaves its

    • lowtaste: the contents list names three sections differently from their headingssrc/App.tsx:7

Now: the 'In this proposal' list says 'Routing', 'Rollout' and 'Open questions', but the headings it jumps to read 'Route by choice' (line 168), 'Rehearse. Then roll out.' (line 179) and 'Still to resolve' (line 198), so a reader taps one label and lands on another.

Change to: rename the three headings to match the list and the brief's section names: title="Routing", title="Rollout", title="Open questions". The list in sections stays as it is. This also removes the second two-beat slogan the probe flagged ('Rehearse. Then roll out.') and leaves the hero 'FLOP, by choice.' as the only slogan.

Why: the brief lists these sections as 'Routing', 'Rollout table' and 'open questions'. On a page read to reach a decision, each heading names its topic in the reader's words. One concept should have one name.

      Width 390 (and 1440).

Load dist/index.html and tap '03 Routing' in 'In this proposal': the page scrolls to an h2 that reads 'Route by choice'.

Tap '04 Rollout': the h2 reads 'Rehearse.

      Then roll out.'

(the probe's slogans check lists it: "Rehearse.

      Then roll out."

      (#rollout-title)).

Tap '06 Open questions': the h2 reads 'Still to resolve'.

    • lowtaste: at 390 the 'Seats enrolled' source link wraps and leaves its arrow alone on a second linesrc/App.tsx:72

Now: in the two-column stats grid at 390, the source link 'Snapshot · 7 Nov 2026 ↗' under 'Seats enrolled' runs out of room. The arrow wraps onto its own line, so this card is taller than 'Agents online' next to it and the row looks broken.

Change to: keep the label and its arrow together. Add white-space: nowrap to the inner label text of .stat-source, or give the arrow display:inline-block with the last word in a nowrap span, so the arrow stays on the label's line. If the label still does not fit, make the three stats full width below 400px (the 'FLOP models listed' row already spans full width).

Why: an arrow on its own line reads as a separate control, and the two cells in one row should have one height.

      Width 390.

Load the export with api.imd.fun blocked (or offline) so the dated snapshot shows.

In the stats band under the hero, 'Agents online' shows 'Snapshot · 7 Nov 2026 ↗' on one line, but under 'Seats enrolled' the same label breaks and the ↗ sits alone on the next line (test/scratch/taste/shots/390-full.png, about y=1700 to 1840 at 2x).

    • lowtaste: at 390 the routing flow wraps, so 'Eligible seats' falls to a new line after a trailing arrowsrc/App.tsx:170

Now: the three-step routing strip provider: "flop" → 'Credential + link + cap' → 'Eligible seats' runs out of width at 390. The second arrow ends line one and 'Eligible seats' starts line two at the left edge, so the strip no longer reads as a left-to-right flow.

Change to: below 480px, stack the strip vertically (flex-direction: column; align-items: flex-start) and turn the arrows to point down (transform: rotate(90deg) on .routing-flow .arrow), so each step sits on its own line with an arrow between them. Do not shrink the text.

Why: the strip shows the routing rule that the brief's section 4 asks for, and a flow whose last step wraps under its first step loses the order it is meant to show.

      Width 390.

Scroll to '03 Route by choice'.

In the bordered strip under the first paragraph, line one reads 'provider: "flop" → Credential + link + cap →' and line two reads only 'Eligible seats' (test/scratch/taste/shots/390-full.png, section 03).

At 1440 it fits on one line.

    • lowfidelity: one FLOP claim in the rollout footnote has no source linksrc/App.tsx:190

Now: the footnote says 'FLOP’s documentation is still in development; published terms can change.' It links only to the IMD report, not to a FLOP source.

Change to: link the claim to the FLOP page that says it: 'FLOP’s documentation is still in development; published terms can change.' (docs.flop.network pages carry the 'devnet · next · development' banner, as the report notes in its header.)

Why: the brief says 'Every FLOP claim links to its source.' Every other FLOP claim on the page has a link.

      Width any.

Scroll to the end of '04 Rehearse.

      Then roll out.'

The footnote paragraph (p.footnote) has one link, 'IMD proposal', which points to the report's #d-rollout-i.

The sentence about FLOP's documentation has no link to docs.flop.network.
