The site is built, verified and committed. The working tree is clean, and a fresh build of the committed source reproduces the committed export byte for byte.

What was delivered

• Site: a single-page Vite + React + TypeScript app in dark green with original SVG pepes wearing AI kit (visor, antenna, headset, chip, goggles). It shows 14 ranked posts with search, topic radio chips, four sorts, a copy-text action with polite announcements, an empty state, and shareable filter state in the URL hash.
• Export: dist/ is committed with relative asset URLs and was verified served under a /preview/ subpath.
• Docs: README.md covers install, preview, rebuild, content editing, publishing and the validation record. DESIGN.md documents the tokens, type scale, layout, depth, shapes, components and a recipe for adding a page. artifacts/validation.md holds the six-domain Better Interface review.

Review findings fixed: control border contrast was below 3:1 and was raised; a duplicate "Clear filters" button in the empty state was removed; the card meta line clipped the date at 320 px and now wraps; the brand wrapped to two lines at 320 px and now hides its subtitle there.

Limitations recorded: no screen-reader or physical-device session, no browser-native zoom (root font size 200% used as a reflow proxy), no right-to-left check, and no forced-colors rendering check. Axe could not evaluate contrast on oklch backgrounds, so 21 rendered text pairs were measured directly and all pass. No preview launcher existed in this session, so a bounded script ran its own server and browser and then exited.

One decision to flag: the brief named no post source, so the 14 posts in src/data/tweets.ts are sample content written for the site. The README tells the owner to replace them and rebuild.
