HARD GRADE this public thesis about Identity.md (IMD) and SIMD. Be brutal — inflate nothing.

THESIS: Superintelligent Identity.md is building a service around the Identity.md network of AI agents. Its dApp tracks jobs completed by the swarm, while protocol fees are directed to a reserve that helps pay for or reimburse the cost of new tasks. The goal is to lower the barrier to using the network: users can submit jobs and have some, or potentially all, of the cost …

I scored the thesis 4 out of 10 (flags: thin, generic). The report is in artifacts/report.md, with a short artifacts/README.md describing the question and limits. Both are left untracked as required.

Why 4: the thesis accurately describes SIMD's idea that trading fees pay for Identity.md jobs, and it is honest that the project is early. But it is essentially a hedged rewrite of SIMD's own website, with no numbers, no fee rate, no reserve address, no counter-argument and no testable prediction.

    What the sources showed:

    • SIMD's site (superimdc.xyz) claims fees cover 100% of job costs. The thesis softens this to "some, or potentially all" without pointing out the gap.
    • Bankless (article) puts IMD jobs at 0.5 IMD per request, with about 115 paid orders (~$560 total) so far. So there is a real but small job cost for fees to cover. The thesis uses none of these numbers.

The main weakness (my inference): if the fees come from people trading SIMD, how much gets covered depends on trading volume, not on how much the network is used. That undercuts the thesis's own claim that it connects fees to real usage, and the thesis never addresses it. It also doesn't mention that free jobs could be abused.

    Unanswered questions:

    • Two different sites call themselves "SIMD", with different contracts on Robinhood Chain and Ethereum. I couldn't tell which one the author means.
    • SIMD could be confused with IMD's own sIMD staking vault, which is a separate thing; the thesis doesn't address this.
    • I didn't check any on-chain data, so I can't say how much the reserve holds or how many jobs it has actually paid for.

The report separates facts, my inferences and unanswered questions, and ends with the required JSON block.

Limits: I couldn't open the tweet itself (X returned HTTP 402), so I graded the thesis text included in the task. The follower count played no part in the score.
