Build and publish an original complete browser puzzle game named Squeek Burrow Circuit for the Squeekchain community. Deliver a playable hosted IPFS/ENS site, full source and a README. This is a real interactive game, not a dashboard, landing page, tracker, template reskin or thin API wrapper.

Gameplay: a turn-based tile-routing puzzle in which the player rotates underground tunnel pieces to connect the hamster home to seed caches and then safely home within a limited move and energy budget. Include 12 carefully authored levels introducing junctions, one-way tunnels, switches and optional bonus caches, with tutorial, undo, reset, move counter, stars and local progression. Make every level solvable with an explicit reference solution. Avoid copying existing Squeekchain community games. Open directly to the tutorial/playable first level.

Meaningful live integration: read https://api.squeekchain.com/v1/status approximately every 20 seconds with timeout/backoff, freshness timestamp and source link. Use only validated documented measurement.coreStatus and measurement.rpmMilli fields when present. A live spinning wheel grants an optional energy route/bonus objective; an idle wheel offers a different optional nap route. Snapshot and visibly explain the live rule variant at each level start, so a live transition never breaks the current puzzle. Every core level remains solvable when the real hamster is idle. On network failure explicitly label offline practice and keep all puzzles playable. Show a small live hamster indicator as part of the board. No invented live numbers or claims that player activity affects the real hamster.

Design: original warm illustrated underground cross-section in SVG/CSS/canvas, cream soil, teal tunnels and amber seeds, charming legible hamster, keyboard and touch controls, responsive 360px mobile through desktop, accessible buttons and reduced-motion option. Include English and Chinese UI, sound toggle default off, and local-only saved progress.

No wallet connection needed, payments, token approvals, betting, prizes, custom contracts, mainnet transactions, telemetry or external analytics. Link official https://squeekchain.com and https://squeekchain.com/genesis/code in About. Do not promise any badge or whitelist outcome.

Quality and delivery: test reference solutions for all levels in idle and spinning modes; tests for rotate/undo/reset/win and persistence; verify mobile and desktop rendering and API timeout/recovery. Include the test commands and actual results, level solution documentation, integration details and known limitations in README. Deploy the actual finished game and return the public site URL and source repository. Use project title Squeek Burrow Circuit, not this brief.

    • "turn-based tile-routing… rotate… hamster home to seed caches and then safely home": met. I rotated a tile in Chromium and Send Squeek ended with "Home, sweet burrow. 2 Stars".
    • "limited move and energy budget", "move counter", "stars": met. The board shows Moves 0/5, Energy 8 and three stars (src/main.ts).
    • "12 carefully authored levels" with "junctions, one-way tunnels, switches and optional bonus caches": met. The burrow trail shows 1–12 and src/levels.ts has the authored levels. I did not walk every level.
    • "tutorial", "Open directly to the tutorial/playable first level": met. Level 01 "A seed of an idea" with How to play.
    • "undo, reset": met. Both are buttons, plus the U and R keys.
    • "local progression", "local-only saved progress": met. The squeek-burrow-circuit:v1 save recorded stars [2,0,…] after the win.
    • "every level solvable with an explicit reference solution": met in the game (footer, Reference solutions dialog).
    • "level solution documentation… in README": missing. README.md:55 links to artifacts/LEVEL-SOLUTIONS.md, and that folder isn't in the repository.

    • "Snapshot and visibly explain the live rule… at each level start": met, but the first-load note is wrong (finding 2).
    • "Every core level remains solvable when the real hamster is idle": met per the README tests. I didn't re-run them.
    • "On network failure explicitly label offline practice": met. With the API blocked, the card reads "Offline practice · No valid live reading. Every level still works."
    • "small live hamster indicator as part of the board": met (.scene-live).
    • "No invented live numbers / no claim player affects hamster": met. The page says "Your play never changes the real hamster."
    • "warm illustrated underground cross-section… cream soil, teal tunnels, amber seeds, charming hamster": met. Done in SVG/CSS.
    • "keyboard and touch controls", "accessible buttons": met. Native buttons, labelled tiles, and a touch tap rotated a tile.
    • "responsive 360px mobile through desktop": met. The probe found no horizontal scroll at 320, 390 or 1440.
    • "reduced-motion option": met. Footer checkbox; the probe found 0 endless animations.

    • highfidelity: README's level solution, validation and deployment documents link to an artifacts/ folder that is not in the repositoryREADME.md:55

Now: README's 'Reference solutions' section, 'Recorded validation' and publication note link to artifacts/LEVEL-SOLUTIONS.md, artifacts/level-solutions.json, artifacts/validation.md, artifacts/browser-results.json, artifacts/axe-results.json, artifacts/design-metrics.json, artifacts/screenshots/ and artifacts/DEPLOYMENT.md, and DESIGN.md:28 cites artifacts/design-metrics.json. No artifacts/ directory is tracked, so every one of those links is dead and the level solution documentation exists only behind the in-game modal.

Change to: run npx tsx scripts/document-levels.ts and commit its output, so the README links resolve (artifacts/LEVEL-SOLUTIONS.md and artifacts/level-solutions.json at minimum). Alternatively paste the 12-level rotation and route table into README under 'Reference solutions' and delete the links to validation/screenshot files that are not shipped.

Why: the brief asks to 'Include the test commands and actual results, level solution documentation, integration details and known limitations in README'. A link to a file that is not there does not deliver level solution documentation, and the README's 'actual results' evidence cannot be checked.

      Repository root, any width: git ls-files | grep -c '^artifacts/' prints 0 and ls artifacts gives 'No such file or directory'. grep -n 'artifacts/' README.md DESIGN.md lists 7 references at README.md lines 5, 7, 38, 55, 95 and 124 and DESIGN.md lines 28 and 88.

Expected: README.md:55's link opens a 12-level solution table.

Actual: 404 on any forge or clone.

    • mediumbug: every first visit shows 'The signal changed' and labels the tutorial 'Offline practice' though the status API answeredsrc/main.ts:267

Now: the tutorial snapshots its rule before the first status request returns, so rule.online is false. When the first reading arrives (here IDLE, 0 rpm, the same nap mode the run already uses), !rule.online makes changed true. The live card then shows 'This run: Nap nook · Offline practice', 'The signal changed. This run keeps its original rule.' and a 'Start a new live run' button, while the board indicator next to it reads 'Squeek is resting 0 rpm'. Nothing changed, and the network did not fail.

Change to: while the current run has moves === 0 and an empty undo history, adopt the first valid reading as this run's snapshot with no prompt (update the rule card to 'This run: Nap nook · Live'). Keep the 'signal changed' note and 'Start a new live run' button for when signal.mode !== rule.mode after the player has moved.

Why: the brief says 'On network failure explicitly label offline practice'. Here the 'Offline practice' label appears when there was no failure, and the 'signal changed' copy says something the app does not know to be true. Every visitor sees this on the first screen of the tutorial.

390x844, Chromium, dist/ served at http://127.0.0.1:8765/ with api.squeekchain.com answering {"measurement":{"coreStatus":"IDLE","rpmMilli":0}} (the real API returned the same during the taste probe).

Load the page, wait 2.5s, change nothing.

Expected: rule card 'Nap nook · Live', no changed note.

Actual (test/scratch/taste/shots/390-full.png and the probe run): the board indicator reads 'Squeek is resting 0 rpm'; under 'A little live connection' it reads 'This run: Nap nook · Offline practice', then 'The signal changed.

This run keeps its original rule.' and the 'Start a new live run' button.

    • lowtaste: a decorative teal '?' tab on the How to play card looks like a second help button but does nothingsrc/style.css:747

Now: .notebook-mark (rendered at src/main.ts:243 as <div class="notebook-mark" aria-hidden="true">${icon("help")}) is a filled teal 28x36 tab with the same question-mark icon as the header's real Help button, sitting over the top edge of the How to play card. It is drawn like the filled Send Squeek control, but taps on it do nothing.

Change to: delete the notebook-mark div from src/main.ts:243 and its two rules at src/style.css:747-762. The card's 'How to play' heading stays where it is; nothing else moves.

Why: a control must look like a control, and a non-control must not. The header '?' already opens help, so this tab is a duplicate icon that invites a dead tap.

390x844, Chromium: scroll just below Send Squeek. test/scratch/taste/shots/390.png shows the teal '?' tab at about x=336-364, y=777-813 CSS px overlapping the card's top edge. Tap it: no dialog opens and focus does not move; it is not in the Tab order (aria-hidden div).

  4. Build websiteAgent #52837 files changed

All three reported problems were real. I've fixed each one and written the answers to .imd-responses.json. I haven't committed anything: the earlier commit was made by the pipeline, so I left the changes in the working tree.

    1. [high] Dead artifacts/ links. Fixed. There was no artifacts/ folder in the repository, so every link to it was broken.

    • The level-solutions script and the browser tests now write into a new docs/ folder that is part of the repository.
    • I generated and added docs/LEVEL-SOLUTIONS.md (full route coordinates) and docs/level-solutions.json.
    • I also added this round's browser and accessibility results, a new docs/validation.md (commands, results and the six-area design review), and the design guide's license.
    • The README's "Reference solutions" section now has a 12-level table: the rotations, par and move limit, energy, and step counts for each mode and objective.
    • I removed the links to files that don't exist (DEPLOYMENT.md, design-metrics.json, screenshots). README.md and DESIGN.md no longer point to artifacts/.
    • The browseable source copy inside the site now includes docs/, and I checked that it clones.

    2. [medium] First visit said "Offline practice" and "The signal changed". Fixed. The tutorial starts before the first status reply arrives, so that reply was always treated as a change. Now, if the player hasn't touched the board yet, the game quietly adopts the first valid reading. After the player has moved, a different reading still keeps the current puzzle unchanged and offers "Start a new live run". I added no new text, so the Chinese font subset still covers the interface.

    3. [low] Decorative "?" tab that did nothing. Fixed. I removed it and its styles from src/main.ts and src/style.css. The "How to play" heading is unchanged.

    Checks run after the changes:

    • Typecheck: passed.
    • Unit tests (npm test): 69 passed, 0 failed.
    • Build: passed, and I rebuilt dist/ after the last source change.
    • Browser tests (npm run test:browser): all 9 Chromium scenarios passed. They now also check the first-visit case and that the "?" tab is gone.
    • Design probe: 16/16 at 320, 390 and 1440 wide. On the 390 screenshot, the board and Send Squeek are on the first screen.

    Limitations:

    • Safari's engine (WebKit) wouldn't launch on this machine, so the game is untested there.
    • The contrast ratios in DESIGN.md are from the previous round; this round I only have the probe's pass result.
    • There is still no public URL, because publishing happens after the job.

The new files add about 0.9 MB, well under the 8 MiB limit.

All three previous findings are fixed. No new reproducible defect was found. .imd-findings.json contains {"findings":[]}.

    • fidelity: documentation links — fixed. All eight relative README links resolve. Six documentation files are tracked. Regenerated solutions match the committed files exactly, and the shipped source mirror includes them.
    • bug: first live reading — fixed. At 390×844, both IDLE/0 and ACTIVE/12500 fixtures produce the correct run rule after 2.5 seconds, with zero changed notices, new-run buttons or erroneous practice labels. The frozen-rule scenario after a move also passes.
    • taste: decorative help tab — fixed. .notebook-mark is absent from the source and rendered page. The How to play heading remains correctly positioned.

Validation: 69/69 automated tests, 9/9 Chromium scenarios, type checking, a fresh build and 16/16 taste checks pass. The shipped JavaScript and CSS match the fresh build. WebKit could not create a usable page on this host, so its interaction behavior remains unverified. Source files were unchanged.
