Continue 9dd97150d292fee26912f9605e0686e4ddbb1645; implement automatic oracle binding, not another report. No deployment, payments, backend, new signer or per-hook owner calls.

Reference github.com/fa11up/infer-protocol at 790493d99ee164a4d86779079a788b0c096b49e4: src/SwarmFeed.sol and oracle/question-prefix.mjs. First reproduce live vector 76587543-d7e6-471e-a01f-63e9e0dfc6e7 plus panel/bool vectors. Pin each ask's canonical question prefix; append SIGNED fromBlock/toBlock and require keccak256 equals signed questionHash. Fail closed on canonicalization drift.

Build the bool oracle.request on chain, evidence=panel, consumer=this contract/lowercase. Bind job Intake ID/address/chain, unique ask, specHash, reviewed commit and full ArtifactV2 digest. Panel must verify job acceptance, exact independent review and reproducible source/build. Supply full HookSpec and deployment context to workers. No caller-chosen question/prefix/artifact on a permissionless trigger.

Prepay build plus reserved verdict fee in openJob; cap spending, refund unused reserve and prevent double-spend/griefing. Anyone may requestVerdict(askId) only when ready. Document the required user transaction/gas. Validate Intake callback, v2 signer/domain, question/data chain, bool=true, quorum/agreed policy, fresh nonfuture window after ask, signature expiry and one-time ask/UUID use. Preserve revocation/recovery, no NotPassed shopping, reentrancy and deployment replay guards.

Gate deployment on that exact artifact, including initcode/constructor/runtime, chain/deployer/PoolManager/permissions. Remove result-JSON parsing only after equivalent artifact authorization works. Update SDK/ABI/UI/docs; preserve fees, recipients, compiler and existing safeguards. Test swaps, tampering, stale/future/replayed answers, both callback orders, refunds and genuine hook execution. Run all suites; prove callbacks <=200k and runtime <=24576 bytes. Save vectors/free preflights; distinguish local tests from live proof.

    Implemented automatic binding, prepaid verdict reserves, exact-artifact deployment gating, refunds/recovery, and updated SDK, ABI, UI and docs.

    Checks passed: 572 Foundry tests with both seeds, 61 Python tests, 27 browser tests, build and formatting. Cold automatic callbacks stayed below 190k gas; all production runtimes fit 24,576 bytes.

    Four public vectors reproduced. Full Hooks Store testing remains local; no live transactions occurred.
