The whole request

Draw 12 cat hats as separate 1024x1024 transparent PNG layers for a generative PFP collection. Flat vector style, each hat centred on the canvas where a cat's head would be (head centre at roughly x=512,y=560 on a 1024x1024 canvas), RGBA with a fully transparent background, consistent limited palette across all 12, nothing bleeding off-canvas. Write them to artifacts/hat_01.png .. artifacts/hat_12.png, every one a valid 1024x1024 RGBA PNG.

Also write artifacts/hats.json: a JSON array of 12 objects {"file":"hat_01.png","name":"","weight":}, weights summing to 100, rarer hats lower.
