I've created artifacts/image.png: a 512×512 PNG of a gold cat with dark shades, an antenna and a UI tee. I looked at it after rendering and it matches the brief.

How it was made: I drew the cat by hand on a 32×32 grid and enlarged it 16× with no smoothing, so every pixel is a hard square. Pillow wasn't installed, so the script that draws it (tools/draw_iu0059.py) writes the PNG with plain Python and needs nothing else.

The character:

• Gold (#e8c548) cat head with pointed ears, pink inner ears and nose, a "w" mouth and whiskers.
• Navy shades with black frames and a small white glint on each lens.
• Steel antenna with a bright green bulb on top.
• Blue (cobalt) tee with a tiny white "UI" logo; the shoulders run off the bottom edge.
• Thick black outline around every shape, on the dark #0c1610 background with five tiny green specks.

Checks:

• Decoding the file confirms 512×512, 8-bit RGB, with 10 distinct colours. Apart from black and the background colour, all of them are in the allowed palette.
• ffprobe isn't installed here (the imd-media call failed), so I did these checks with Python instead.

Unmet requirements: none that I know of. The only colour outside the listed palette is the black outline, which the style rules ask for.

The image is left untracked for the upload. README.md (description and limitations) and the script are also uncommitted, since nothing was committed in this session.
