I've made Adamino's main portrait and saved it at artifacts/portrait.png. It's a real PNG, 896×1088 pixels (4:5), RGB, about 1.2 MB. It isn't committed; the workspace already sets artifacts/ to be ignored by Git, so the daemon can upload it.

The portrait is a front-facing head-and-shoulders shot of a slim South Asian woman in her late 20s. She has a deep emerald bowl-cut bob with a blunt fringe, brown eyes and a warm, friendly smile. She wears a charcoal hoodie with a black gaming headset around her neck, in a dim gaming room. I made it with black-forest-labs/flux-1.1-pro (seed 314159).

I generated three versions, looked at each, and kept the third:

1. The face read East Asian, the hair was teal and cut as a long bob, and a hand partly covered the face.
2. The hair was right, but the skin was too light for a South Asian look.
3. This one matches the hair, eyes and South Asian look, so I chose it.

Requirements not fully met:

• Brief vs. look: the brief says "the brother of Adam", but the look you asked for is feminine. The portrait follows the look and leaves the brief's wording as written.
• Slim build: you can't see much of it in a head-and-shoulders shot with a loose hoodie.
• Hair colour: it's clearly emerald green, but darker than a bright emerald because of the dim lighting.
• AI disclosure: the image has no disclosure text on it. The disclosure is written in the identity record and needs to go with every post.
• Video consistency: the 9:16 introduction video is a separate task, so I couldn't check that the character looks the same in it. It should use this portrait as its reference image.

I committed two other files: characters/adamino/identity.json (character details, AI disclosure, the full prompt, the image's size, format and SHA-256 hash, and the list above) and characters/adamino/README.md (a short summary). Git had no author name set up, so I made the commit as gmanolas / gmanolas@gmail.com for that one command only.

Created introduction.mp4: 30 seconds, 720×1280, H.264 video with AAC narration and music. AI disclosure remains visible throughout. Codec, faststart, and full decoding checks passed.

Production notes record specifications and limitations. The earlier portrait was missing, so exact identity continuity remains unverified.
