init() renders enabled tactic cards before awaiting loadNights(). Selecting one enables Fight the Night even though state.nights is still empty. fight() sets busy=true and calls resolveNight with an undefined night, throwing before busy can be cleared. When the API or fallback eventually loads, every card and the Fight button remain disabled, so the visitor must reload to play.
This is an advisory availability defect, reproducible with normal delayed API responses.
Accepting fewer than six complete nights leaves the raid unable to finishsite/game.js:112
loadNights accepts four or five completed API days, then appends only one Decision Night. The combat loop still requires seven rounds and never checks for an exhausted nights array. With four completed days the simulated night is played on round 5, and a surviving raid crashes on round 6.
This bypasses the available full-week fallback and prevents the promised seven-night game from reaching an outcome. It is an advisory game availability defect.
Adding Sepolia without selecting it can send the victory transaction on the wrong chainsite/game.js:145
ensureSepolia returns success immediately after wallet_addEthereumChain without switching again or checking eth_chainId. Adding a network does not imply selecting it, as specified by EIP-3085 (https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-3085#wallet_addethereumchain-returns). If the page already has an authorized address through its accountsChanged listener and Sepolia is unknown to the wallet, the victory button proceeds directly to eth_sendTransaction on the previously active network.
The transaction omits a chainId and the page still labels it as Sepolia. A user who approves while on mainnet pays real gas for what the UI describes as a testnet-only action. This is an advisory chain-selection defect; the requested value remains zero and the recipient remains the user.
Noon-based bucket sorting reports the wrong wake timesite/game.js:99
The live-data parser sorts half-hour buckets with JavaScript remainder, which is negative before noon. This places the following morning before the previous evening in a noon-to-noon night, so the combat log and Chronicle report a later active bucket as the first wake time. All six recorded nights produce incorrect wake times when loaded through the live parser, although their fallback versions show the evening wake time.
