The dashboard is built, verified and committed on main as commit f5cd3a9. The working tree is clean and the full git bundle is about 178 KB, far under the 8 MiB limit.

What was delivered

• A Vite + React + TypeScript single-page dashboard reading https://api.imd.fun/jobs and /jobs/:id. It shows state, seats, attempts and last update with search, state and template filters, sorting, and bounded client-side pagination over the newest 200 jobs.
• Completion comes from the job state field only. An executing or failed job with a repository link shows an explicit note saying the link does not count.
• Refresh runs at most once per minute and only while the tab is visible. The manual refresh button obeys the same gate and shows a countdown.
• Fixture mode is clearly labelled as an offline snapshot. It switches on automatically when the API cannot be reached and can also be chosen manually. Three invented rows for the queued and failed states carry a "Mock" tag.
• The committed dist/ export uses relative asset URLs and hash routing. README.md covers install, preview, rebuild and publish. DESIGN.md documents the tokens, typography, layout, components and rules from the final source. TEST-REPORT.md holds the test report, with an identical copy delivered as the untracked artifact artifacts/validation.md alongside 17 screenshots in artifacts/screenshots/.

Better Interface review covered all six domains. Seven findings were fixed and rechecked, including a disabled-button contrast of 4.19:1, duplicated seat lines, mid-value wrapping, a chip accessible name, a missing scroll hint on the nodes table, and a refresh gate that could fire twice under React batching.

One important limitation. The public API sends no CORS headers, so the committed export lands in labelled fixture mode on any static host until the API changes or a host proxies it. Live behaviour was verified only through the local proxy build. Screen-reader sessions, physical devices, native 200% zoom and forced-colors rendering were not tested.
