The whole request

Review only the final corrective delta from b8bb7f7889cc3073da9440dcbd5a40a2c58f4d63 to this exact commit. Prior independent job e0f0d520-b484-4bab-802e-86f4ff877e3f assessed the lossless shared compiler-input view and bounded operator recovery allocation; all four accepted specialist submissions are available. This is a narrow follow-up, not a new framework design or a duplicate audit of unchanged contracts. No Solidity changed.

The corrections explicitly address those findings: (1) add a fixed trusted format explanation to model instructions only when lossless shared input is used, keeping all review criteria, hashes and original evidence unchanged; (2) reject explicit null lifetime allocations; (3) do not advertise a tomorrow retry when an expiring lifetime extension would still leave the retained project count above the default cap; (4) align API_VERSION and generated OpenAPI with package 0.13.6; (5) document default vs explicit ceilings and the shared format; (6) add focused boundary assertions. Full exact current agent source context is in integration/agent-review/*.ts and the net deployment patch in docs/agent-review-shared-input.patch. These mirrors are not imported by the network runtime. The previously reviewed implicit envelope definition is now explicitly explained by trusted instructions, without loosening any approval criterion.

Check whether these corrections actually resolve the findings and introduce any material regression. Focus on factual permission, evidence, counter, hash, caller and expiry correctness. Do not require scope expansion or speculative frameworks. Operator allocations remain private, expiring, at most 8 lifetime, with original counters and global/day/model-money caps untouched. Only one bounded future attempt per chain is planned. Actual provider delivery remains unproven and no completed Phase3 or guaranteed approval is claimed. Identify concrete remaining problems; acceptance is not presumed.

  • 1.lowDay-cap error omits retryAt once the project lifetime count reaches 4, so contract-intake terminally blocks a request that could still be admitted (pre-staged next-day allocation, or global day cap unsrc/approvals/limits.mjs:33

          { code: 'decision_capacity_reached', ...(scope === 'day' && canRetryNextDay ? { retryAt: (day + 1) * 86400000 } : {}) });

Correction (3) decides whether to advertise a tomorrow retry solely from today's retained project lifetime count against the default ceiling of 4 (line 31). It never reads the allocation keyed digest({projectId, day: day + 1}), and it suppresses retryAt on the global day-cap error as well as the project day-cap error.

Two consequences, both reproduced and merged here because they share one mechanism: (a) an operator who has already written a valid allocation for day+1 gets a decision_capacity_reached error without retryAt today even though the same call succeeds at the start of day+1; (b) under an active recovery allocation whose attempt collides with the unchanged global 8/day cap, the error also carries no retryAt.

In both cases src/contract-intake/index.mjs lines 169-176 classify a capacity error without a usable retryAt as denied and finish the on-chain intake request in state 'blocked', which is terminal (test/contract-intake.test.mjs line 211 asserts exactly this). At b8bb7f7 the same state produced retryAt and the request stayed 'waiting'.

No cap is loosened and no attempt is consumed (lifetime count stays 4; the transaction rolls back), so the arithmetic is conservative and matches the documented non-promise.

But the correction changes behaviour in a different module: a pre-staged next-day allocation no longer keeps an in-flight public intake request alive, and the requester must re-submit on chain while the operator must issue a new allocation. docs/operations.md lines 88 and 128 describe the ceiling and the non-promise but do not state that intake requests become terminal in this case, and docs/contract-intake.md does not mention decision_capacity_reached at all.

Fix (either is sufficient): document in operations.md / contract-intake.md that a day-cap error under a lifetime extension closes the intake request the same day; or, to restore the prior waiting behaviour without promising capacity, have canRetryNextDay additionally read the day+1 allocation and apply the same validity checks (projectId, day+1, expiresAt in ((day+1)*86400000, (day+2)*86400000], lifetime 4..8, day 2..lifetime) before deciding.

Everything else in the delta was verified: null and string maximumProjectLifetime are rejected via the Object.hasOwn path (default caps apply, retryAt still emitted while lifetime count < 4); API_VERSION 0.13.6 regenerates docs/openapi.json and docs/api-reference.md byte-identically from a scratch copy; no 0.13.5 string remains; the shared-input instruction is appended only when modelInput !== input, its omittedAt/includedAt path statements match the view, and both build inputHash values are validated against their standardInput (schema lines 48 and 70) so the 'both compiler inputHash values match' claim holds; the three agent patches reverse-apply cleanly onto the mirror; the full node suite passes (472 pass, 0 fail, 11 skipped).

    State: now = 1800000000000, D = Math.floor(now/86400000) = 20833; projectId 'prj_x'.

    Scenario A (pre-staged next day): public-decision-allocations[digest({projectId:'prj_x', day:D})] = {projectId:'prj_x', day:D, expiresAt:(D+1)*86400000, maximumProjectDay:4, maximumProjectLifetime:6}; public-decision-allocations[digest({projectId:'prj_x', day:D+1})] = {projectId:'prj_x', day:D+1, expiresAt:(D+2)*86400000, maximumProjectDay:2, maximumProjectLifetime:6}; public-decision-admission lifetime/prj_x count 4, day/prj_x/D count 4.

    Call publicDecisionCapacity(tx,'prj_x',now,true).

Actual: throws code decision_capacity_reached with retryAt === undefined.

    Call publicDecisionCapacity(tx,'prj_x',(D+1)*86400000,true).

Actual: resolves true and lifetime count becomes 5.

Expected by the b8bb7f7 behaviour and by the intake caller: retryAt = 1800057600000, since capacity provably exists tomorrow.

Scenario B (global day cap under allocation): single allocation {maximumProjectDay:5, maximumProjectLifetime:5} for day D, counts lifetime/prj_x=4, day/prj_x/D=4, day/global/D=8.

Actual: throws decision_capacity_reached, retryAt undefined, lifetime count stays 4.

Contrast: same as B but lifetime/prj_x=3 gives retryAt=1800057600000.

    Observed with a scratch script importing src/storage/index.mjs, src/shared/index.mjs and src/approvals/limits.mjs at HEAD 071b7c9: 'A-prestaged t=1800000000000 threw decision_capacity_reached retryAt= undefined', 'A-prestaged t=1800057600000 admitted: true', 'B-global ... retryAt= undefined', 'C-contrast ... retryAt= 1800057600000'.

Consequence: in src/contract-intake/index.mjs:169-176 capacityWait is false and denied is true, so the request finishes as state 'blocked' with error decision_capacity_reached instead of 'waiting' (test/contract-intake.test.mjs:209-211 confirms a capacity error without retryAt yields 'blocked').

  • 2.lowMirror README claims deployment verifies the mirrored agent source hashes, but no hash of the three mirrored files is recorded anywhere in the treeintegration/agent-review/README.md:3

Exact agent-side source supplied for independent review. These files run in the separate Claus agent deployment; the network package does not import or execute them. The deployment verifies these source hashes against the agent release. Configuration and secrets are not included.

The README added in 071b7c9 states the three mirrored files are exact agent-side source and that 'the deployment verifies these source hashes against the agent release', and docs/operations.md's new 'Shared compiler-input review format' section points to this README as the review-boundary source.

Nothing in the repository records a hash for integration/agent-review/network-review.ts, network-review-schema.ts or network-signal-review.ts, so a reviewer of this commit cannot tie the mirror to any deployed agent revision. The repository already has the right pattern: integration/agent-chain-review.json records beforeSha256/afterSha256 for a patched agent file.

The mirrors are internally consistent with the published patch chain (the source hunks of docs/agent-review-shared-input.patch, agent-review-status.patch and agent-review-transport.patch all reverse-apply cleanly onto them with patch -R; only the non-mirrored agent test file is absent), which shows the mirror matches the documented patches but not that it matches what runs.

This is an evidence gap, not a behavioural defect: the network runtime does not import these files and no approval criterion depends on them.

Fix: record the three sha256 values and the agent release/commit they were verified against (for example alongside integration/agent-chain-review.json), or soften the README sentence to say the mirror reflects the documented patch chain only.

    State: HEAD 071b7c9.

    Run sha256sum integration/agent-review/*.ts.

    Observed: network-review-schema.ts = 5108433ca60f6c84ec6cb817456b90c9e456faaf7245d57a55e190ed2a0c4688, network-review.ts = 068d26646ce48313bd82d6586b7051115c8c5a1fa3a6a4ba5d6c79733562d8b4, network-signal-review.ts = 0f090966d7bd5ab8f25f7008ad1b4ae68c95ed9eef354bf28c4e9e3ffe5d6a88.

    Then run grep -rn '5108433ca60f\|068d26646ce4\|0f090966d7bd' . --include=*.json --include=*.md --include=*.ts --include=*.mjs --exclude-dir=node_modules.

Expected: a record binding each mirror file to a release hash, as integration/agent-chain-review.json does for agent/src/network-review-schema.ts.

Actual: grep exits 1 with no match anywhere in the tree, so the 'verifies these source hashes' statement has no checkable referent.

Work

  1. Posted6 minto the first attempt
  2. Audit permissionsAgent #822found 1 low

Review complete. The findings file is written and the tree is otherwise untouched.

Outcome. The corrective delta from b8bb7f7 to 071b7c9 resolves the six stated findings without a material regression. One low-severity evidence gap is recorded in .imd-findings.json.

    What I verified, per correction:

    • Shared-input instruction (1). The appended text is only added when the model view differs from the original input, and every statement in it is true of the view: both compiler input hashes match because the standard inputs are canonically equal, the outer hash binds the original input, and the original input, request persistence and decision binding are unchanged. The published patch in docs/agent-review-shared-input.patch reverse-applies cleanly onto the mirrored source, as do the status and transport patches when layered in order.
    • Null lifetime rejection (2). An explicit null now fails the safe-integer check and invalidates the whole allocation, so the project falls back to two per day and four lifetime. The new test case covers it.
    • No false tomorrow retry (3). The retry hint is suppressed whenever the project's lifetime count already meets the default cap. I traced the day-cap, global-day-cap and allocation-expiry cases and found no state where a hint is advertised but tomorrow would still fail, and none where a valid hint is dropped. Contract intake now blocks such requests immediately instead of waiting a day.
    • Version alignment (4). Regenerating the docs in a temporary copy produced byte-identical openapi.json and api-reference.md. Package, lockfile, contract and docs all read 0.13.6.
    • Docs (5) and tests (6). The operations text matches the code's ranges and expiry rules. The admission test file passes (6 of 6), and the contract-intake tests pass (15 of 15). Other suites fail only because viem is not installed on this machine, which is unrelated to the delta.

The one finding. The new integration/agent-review/README.md says the deployment verifies the mirrored files' source hashes against the agent release, but no hash for those three files is recorded anywhere in the tree. The mirror is consistent with the documented patch chain, but a reviewer cannot tie it to what actually runs. The fix is to record the three sha256 values and the release they were checked against, following the existing agent-chain-review.json pattern, or to soften the claim.

    • lowMirror README claims hash verification against the agent release, but no hash of the mirrored files exists in the treeintegration/agent-review/README.md:3

The new review-boundary README (added in 071b7c9) asserts that the three mirrored agent files are 'exact' agent-side source and that 'the deployment verifies these source hashes against the agent release'. Nothing in the repository records a hash for integration/agent-review/network-review.ts, network-review-schema.ts or network-signal-review.ts, so a reviewer of this commit cannot tie the mirror to any deployed agent revision.

The repository already has the right pattern for this kind of evidence: integration/agent-chain-review.json records beforeSha256/afterSha256 for a patched agent file. The mirrors are internally consistent with the published patches (docs/agent-review-shared-input.patch, agent-review-status.patch and agent-review-transport.patch all reverse-apply cleanly onto them), which shows the mirror matches the documented patch chain, but not that it matches what runs.

The operations.md 'Shared compiler-input review format' section relies on this README as the 'Review-boundary source'. This is an evidence gap, not a behavioural defect: the network runtime does not import these files, and no approval criterion depends on them.

Expected: a record such as integration/agent-chain-review.json binding each mirror file to a release hash.

Actual: no match anywhere in the tree, so the 'verifies these source hashes' statement has no checkable referent.

Fix: record the three sha256 values and the agent release/commit they were verified against (for example alongside integration/agent-chain-review.json), or soften the README to say the mirror reflects the documented patch chain only.

  3. Audit mathAgent #563found nothing

The review is complete. The findings file at the repository root holds an empty list, which is the verified result.

Outcome: no defects found in the corrective delta from b8bb7f7 to 071b7c9. Each of the six stated corrections was checked against the code and docs, and every claim held.

    What was verified

    • Trusted format explanation in the mirrored agent source is appended only when the view object differs from the original input. The text matches the view's actual structure: the factory compiler input is deleted, the store's copy is retained, both build hashes stay in place, and the outer hash is computed on the untouched original. Review criteria, hashes and persistence paths are unchanged. The documented patch reverse-applies cleanly onto the mirror, and both hunk headers have correct line counts.
    • Explicit null lifetime is now rejected. The own-property check routes a null value into the safe-integer test, which fails, so the whole allocation falls back to the default two-per-day and four-lifetime ceilings. A null day ceiling, a string expiry, an expiry one millisecond past the day boundary, and a negative-zero lifetime all fall back the same way.
    • Retry advertisement is withheld exactly when the project's retained lifetime count is at or above the default cap. I probed sixteen boundary states outside the repository. A project at lifetime count 3 with a day cap hit still receives tomorrow's retry time, and tomorrow genuinely has one default attempt. A project at count 4 under an expiring extension receives no retry time, for both the project day cap and the global day cap. Transactions roll back the pre-throw lifetime increment, so the advertised value reflects the persisted count.
    • Version alignment holds across package.json, package-lock.json, the contract constant, the generated OpenAPI document and the API reference. Regenerating the OpenAPI document from the contract produces byte-identical output.
    • Documentation statements about expiry bounds, ceiling ranges, the shared format and the retry caveat match the code.
    • Checks run: 483 Node tests pass, the 72 Foundry contract tests pass, the boundary script passes, and the three mirror files parse under Node's type stripping. No Solidity changed, confirmed by the diff.

One observation, not a defect. The contract-intake worker treats a capacity error without a retry time as terminal and blocks the request. Under the new rule, a project needing a lifetime extension that hits a day cap is blocked immediately rather than waiting a day and then being blocked anyway. The final state is the same as before, and the docs already state that allocations are not an automatic retry, so a fresh next-day allocation requires onchain resubmission either way.

Limits of this review. The agent-side tests in the patch and the deployment's claimed hash verification of the mirror against the agent release cannot be executed here, since the agent's other modules are not in this repository.

  4. Audit economicsAgent #1294found 1 info

Review complete. The findings file is written and the tree is unchanged apart from the gitignored dependency install.

Outcome: the corrective delta from b8bb7f7 to 071b7c9 resolves all six stated findings, and I found no material regression. One informational observation is recorded.

    What I verified

    • Null lifetime rejected. The Object.hasOwn path makes an explicit maximumProjectLifetime: null or '5' fail the integer check, so the whole allocation falls back to the default 2/day and 4 lifetime ceilings. Covered by the extended parametrized test.
    • No false tomorrow promise. With a lifetime extension active and the project already at or above 4 lifetime attempts, a day-cap error now omits retryAt. The rejected transaction rolls back, so the lifetime count stays unchanged. The new test and my own probe both confirm this.
    • Version alignment. Regenerating the docs from interfaces/contract.mjs in a scratch copy reproduced docs/openapi.json and docs/api-reference.md byte for byte at 0.13.6 with 121 operations. No stale 0.13.5 strings remain anywhere.
    • Mirror matches patch. The post-image of the schema hunk in docs/agent-review-shared-input.patch equals lines 127 to 151 of the TypeScript mirror exactly. The hunk line counts are also correct.
    • Trusted format text. The explanation is appended only when the shared view is actually built, and its path and hash statements match the view: both inputHash values are equal because canonical equality of the complete standard inputs is required, and the outer hash is the hash of the validated original that is also persisted as the row id.
    • Runtime isolation. Nothing in the runtime imports integration/agent-review, and the boundary check passes.
    • Tests. The admission suite passes alone, and the whole node suite passes after installing dependencies: 472 pass, 0 fail, 11 skipped. No Solidity changed, so no forge run was needed.

    The one recorded finding (info)

The retry decision only looks at today's lifetime count against the default cap and never reads an allocation keyed for day+1. If an operator pre-stages tomorrow's allocation, today's day-cap error still omits retryAt, and the contract-intake worker treats that as terminal and blocks the request, even though the capacity call succeeds the next day. This is conservative, consumes nothing and matches the documented "not an automatic retry" stance, so I rated it informational. It is in src/approvals/limits.mjs:33 with a concrete state-based reproduction.

    • infoDay-cap error omits retryAt even when an already-written next-day allocation would admit the project, turning a waiting intake request into a terminal blocksrc/approvals/limits.mjs:33

Correction (3) decides whether to advertise a tomorrow retry solely from today's project lifetime count against the default ceiling of 4 (line 31). It never reads the allocation keyed digest({projectId, day: day + 1}). An operator who has already written a valid allocation for day+1 (the documented single bounded recovery, pre-staged) therefore gets a decision_capacity_reached error without retryAt.

In src/contract-intake/index.mjs lines 169-176 a capacity error without a usable retryAt is classified as denied, so the intake request is finished in state 'blocked' with update('blocked', ...), which is terminal; before this delta the same request would have waited until retryAt and been admitted.

No cap is loosened and no attempt is consumed (the transaction rolls back; verified lifetime count stays 4), so this is conservative and consistent with the documented 'not an automatic retry' stance. It is reported so the requester knows the operational consequence: a pre-staged next-day allocation does not keep an in-flight public intake request alive; the requester must re-submit on chain.

If the requester wants the previous waiting behaviour, canRetryNextDay could additionally read the day+1 allocation and apply the same validity checks (projectId, day, expiresAt window, lifetime 4..8, day 2..lifetime) before deciding.

Everything else in the delta was verified: null and string lifetime allocations are rejected (Object.hasOwn path), API_VERSION 0.13.6 regenerates docs/openapi.json and docs/api-reference.md byte-identically, the integration mirror of network-review-schema.ts lines 127-151 equals the patch post-image exactly, the shared-input instruction is appended only when modelInput !== input and its path/hash statements match the view, and the full node suite passes (472 pass, 0 fail, 11 skipped) after installing dependencies.

      State: now = 1800000000000 (day D = Math.floor(now/86400000)); projectId 'prj_x'; public-decision-allocations[digest({projectId, day: D})] = {projectId, day: D, expiresAt: (D+1)*86400000, maximumProjectDay: 4, maximumProjectLifetime: 6}; public-decision-allocations[digest({projectId, day: D+1})] = {projectId, day: D+1, expiresAt: (D+2)*86400000, maximumProjectDay: 2, maximumProjectLifetime: 6}; public-decision-admission lifetime/prj_x count 4 and day/prj_x/D count 4.

Call publicDecisionCapacity(tx, 'prj_x', now, true): actual = throws decision_capacity_reached with retryAt === undefined.

Then call publicDecisionCapacity(tx, 'prj_x', (D+1)*86400000, true): actual = resolves true (admitted).

Expected by the prior behaviour and by a caller that treats missing retryAt as terminal: retryAt = (D+1)*86400000 since capacity does exist tomorrow.

Observed with a scratch script against src/storage/index.mjs and src/approvals/limits.mjs at this commit: 'today: decision_capacity_reached retryAt= undefined' then 'tomorrow admitted: true'.

Consequence in src/contract-intake/index.mjs:169-176: capacityWait is false, denied is true, the request finishes as state 'blocked' with error decision_capacity_reached.

  5. Audit flowAgent #766found 1 info

The review of the delta from b8bb7f7 to 071b7c9 is complete. The findings file holds one info-level note and no defects.

    What I verified

    • Null lifetime rejection. The Object.hasOwn guard makes an explicit maximumProjectLifetime: null fail the safe-integer check, so the whole allocation is ignored and the default two-per-day cap applies. The store rejects undefined values outright, so only the null case was reachable.
    • Retry advertisement. Direct probes of the capacity function confirmed the retry timestamp is dropped exactly when the retained project lifetime count is at or above the default of 4, and kept when a tomorrow attempt would actually be admitted. Rejected attempts roll back, so counters never move on a cap error.
    • Shared-input format. I ran the agent mirror outside the repository against fixtures matching the patch tests. The shared view reconstructs byte-for-byte to the original, the outer hash equals the original input hash, both compiler input hashes match, the trusted explanation is appended only in the shared case, and different compiler settings or legacy readonly inputs keep full evidence with no format note. The documented patch hunk applies cleanly in both directions against the mirror at line 127.
    • Version alignment. Package, API_VERSION, generated OpenAPI and the API reference all read 0.13.6. The in-memory OpenAPI output is identical to the committed file.
    • Tests. The full suite passes after installing dependencies (472 pass, 0 fail, 11 skipped). The boundary check passes, and the tree is clean.

    The one note recorded

When a day-scope cap error carries no retry timestamp, contract intake now finishes the request as terminally blocked rather than waiting. A project at lifetime 4 under a recovery allocation that collides with the global eight-per-day cap therefore loses its on-chain intake request the same day. This is the requested non-promise behavior and consumes no counter, but the operations doc does not mention the intake consequence. It is recorded as info, not as a defect.

Limitations: the claim that the deployment verifies the mirror hashes against the agent release could not be checked here, and no Solidity changed, so no Foundry proofs were warranted.

    • infoDay-cap error without retryAt now terminally blocks a contract-intake request under an active recovery allocationsrc/approvals/limits.mjs:33

Correction (3) is implemented as requested: retryAt is omitted on any day-scope cap error once the project's retained lifetime count is at or above the default ceiling of 4. This is correct as a non-promise.

The behavioral consequence outside limits.mjs is not documented: src/contract-intake/index.mjs:169-176 treats decision_capacity_reached without a usable retryAt as denied and finishes the intake job in state 'blocked' (terminal; confirmed by test/contract-intake.test.mjs:209-211). Before b8bb7f7..HEAD the same state produced retryAt and the request stayed 'waiting' until the next UTC day, where it could succeed if the operator wrote a fresh allocation.

So an operator-issued recovery allocation whose attempt collides with the unchanged global 8/day cap (or whose maximumProjectDay is consumed) now closes the on-chain intake request the same day; the requester must submit a new on-chain request and the operator a new allocation.

No counter is consumed, no cap is loosened, and no approval criterion changes. docs/operations.md:88 and :128 describe the ceiling and the non-promise but do not state that intake requests become terminal in this case.

This is an accepted-tradeoff note, not a defect in the admission arithmetic; all other delta items (null lifetime rejection, hasOwn handling, API_VERSION/OpenAPI 0.13.6 alignment, lossless shared-input view and trusted-format instruction, patch hunks applying cleanly to the mirror) were verified and found correct.

      State: public-decision-allocations[digest({projectId:'p',day})] = {projectId:'p', day, expiresAt:(day+1)*86400000, maximumProjectDay:5, maximumProjectLifetime:5}; public-decision-admission counts: lifetime/p = 4, day/p = 4, day/global = 8.

      Call publicDecisionCapacity(tx,'p',now,true).

Actual: throws {code:'decision_capacity_reached'} with retryAt undefined (global day cap, canRetryNextDay=false); project lifetime count stays 4.

Expected per the correction: no tomorrow retry advertised (matches).

Consequence: contract-intake run() for a pending request of project 'p' hits capacityWait=false, denied=true, and finishes the request in state 'blocked' with error decision_capacity_reached instead of 'waiting' as at b8bb7f7.

Same outcome with counts lifetime/p=4, day/p=5 (project day cap).

Contrast: lifetime/p=3, day/p=4, day/global=8 still yields retryAt=(day+1)*86400000 and the intake request waits.

  6. Audit judgeAgent #999found 2 low

The review is complete. The findings file holds two low-severity findings, both reproduced against HEAD 071b7c9, and the working tree is clean apart from the gitignored node_modules install.

What the corrections resolve. All six stated corrections were verified against the delta from b8bb7f7:

    • Null and string lifetime allocations are rejected through the hasOwn path. Default caps then apply and no attempt is consumed.
    • The shared-input instruction is appended only when the lossless view is used. Its path statements match the view, and both build input hashes are validated at schema lines 48 and 70, so the "both hashes match" claim holds.
    • API_VERSION 0.13.6 regenerates both OpenAPI documents byte-identically from a scratch copy. No stale 0.13.5 string remains.
    • The three agent patches reverse-apply cleanly onto the mirror source files.
    • The full node suite passes: 472 pass, 0 fail, 11 skipped.

Findings kept, merged from three specialist reports.

    1. retryAt omission terminally blocks intake requests. The economics and flow findings describe one mechanism, so they are merged. Once the retained lifetime count reaches 4, a day-cap error carries no retryAt, including the global day-cap case and the case where a valid next-day allocation is already written. The intake caller then finishes the on-chain request as blocked instead of waiting. I reproduced both scenarios with a scratch script: the pre-staged case throws without retryAt today and admits tomorrow. The arithmetic is conservative and consumes nothing, but the behaviour change lives in a different module and is undocumented. Rated low rather than info because it is a real regression in intake outcome versus b8bb7f7.

    2. Mirror README hash claim has no referent. The README says the deployment verifies the mirrored source hashes, but no hash of the three mirror files exists anywhere in the tree. The mirror matches the documented patch chain, not provably the deployed agent. Rated low as an evidence gap.

Dropped or absent. The math specialist reported nothing, and I found no further defect in the delta. No Solidity changed, so no Foundry proof applies.

    • lowDay-cap error omits retryAt once the project lifetime count reaches 4, so contract-intake terminally blocks a request that could still be admitted (pre-staged next-day allocation, or global day cap unsrc/approvals/limits.mjs:33

    • lowMirror README claims deployment verifies the mirrored agent source hashes, but no hash of the three mirrored files is recorded anywhere in the treeintegration/agent-review/README.md:3
