Build a new VolatilityGuard Lab end-to-end Sepolia demonstration: a complex Uniswap v4 hook and VGL token, independent adversarial review, verified deployment and seeded pool, then a working public React swap/observability website. Publish source, site, receipts, actual test results and limitations.

VolatilityGuardHook: per-PoolId isolation; bounded observation ring and time-weighted reference tick; bounded EWMA volatility; adaptive swap deviation limits; rolling volume budget resistant to split swaps; NORMAL/WARMUP/GUARDED/RECOVERY states with stale-history, low-liquidity and cooldown handling. Authenticate PoolManager callbacks and accounting; sender/hookData are not identity proofs. Specify exact-input/output in both directions, units, rounding and caps. Bounded callbacks; LP exits remain possible. Reverts cannot persist breaker state. Permissionless deterministic recovery, immutable bounded defaults, no discretionary admin powers or claim of complete MEV protection.

Use Foundry with pinned vendored dependencies and bytecode_hash=none. Pass offline forge build/test and fmt --check. Include stress simulations, fuzz/property and adversarial tests for isolation, ring wraparound, same-block/stale history, decimals/overflow, amount signs, split volume, flash manipulation, griefing/reentrancy, unauthorized callbacks, warmup, large legitimate swaps, recovery and exits. Target 10000 cases for key properties; report actual counts, counterexamples and gas. An independent reviewer checks code and launch manifest; repair blocking findings before deployment, without inventing new product behavior.

After verified deployment, deliver React/Vite/TypeScript with RainbowKit and wagmi/viem, web/ source and dist/ static export. ETH/VGL swap card: pay/receive, direction switch, balances, gas-aware max, real quotes, slippage/minimum received, approval and swap buttons. Use verified deployed addresses, ABIs and supported existing v4 periphery; no extra deployed helper. Wallet-sign every transaction. Show pending/rejected/reverted/confirmed status, decoded errors and explorer links. Injected wallets must work; document optional WalletConnect configuration.

Read-only dashboard: tick/price, reference TWAP, volatility, allowed deviation, volume budget, guard state and recent swaps, with timestamped charts and bounded event reads. Provide clearly labeled calm, split-volume burst, price-shock and recovery simulations; distinguish simulation from chain data. Provide liquidity exits for supported wallet-owned positions. Test both swap directions, approvals, wrong chain, disconnected wallet, rejected signing, guard reverts, insufficient funds, RPC errors, simulator parity and responsive production export. Deliver architecture/threat-model/frontend integration docs, ABI JSON, pool key and quote/swap/liquidity recipes. Complete only when deployment AND GitHub source AND the IPFS website are published.

Context and requirements

New project; same previously authorized Sepolia univ4_hook launch policy, never mainnet. Static LP fee 3000, tickSpacing 60, paired native ETH (zero address), sqrtPriceX96 79228162514264337593543950336. Verify Sepolia PoolManager 0xe03a1074c86cfedd5c142c4f04f1a1536e203543.

Hook supports arbitrary pool currencies and safe non-bricking initialization/warmup.

VolatilityGuardToken: name Volatility Guard Lab, VGL, 18 decimals, no constructor args, fixed 10^27 units minted to deployer, no mint backdoor. System factory deploys/mines hook bits/seeds pool; workers get no deployment keys and never broadcast deployments. Preserve launch-policy ownership allocations without adding admin powers.

Sequence contracts/tests/gas -> manifest and independent review -> verified deployment -> frontend-for-contract using deployment handoff -> publication. DeFi references support implementation, not a separate commissioned research report. Review flags risks; behavioral changes require explicit requirements.

Questions to resolve

  1. Please supply the referenced previously authorized Sepolia launch policy, including exact ownership allocations and recipients for the factory deployment, VGL supply and seeded liquidity positions. The supplied brief refers to that policy but does not include its allocations; these cannot be reconstructed without inventing ownership behavior.

  2. What are the authorized ETH and VGL seed amounts, liquidity range, funding source and deployment/seeding spending limits, or where are these fixed in the existing launch policy? Fee, tick spacing and initial price are supplied, but they do not determine liquidity amounts or authorize a budget.

  3. Which caller-selected GitHub repository/source publication destination and IPFS publication destination or publishing service should receive the deliverables? GitHub and IPFS permission is explicit, but the destination details are absent and the proposal must not choose them.

Clarification-only proposal; no implementation or dispatch is authorized by this artifact. All original hook, token, testing, review, frontend, documentation and publication requirements remain binding. Deployment permission is exclusively univ4_hook on Sepolia (11155111), never mainnet; GitHub and IPFS publication are permitted, but destinations and budgets cannot be invented.

Preserve static fee 3000, tickSpacing 60, native ETH currency zero address and sqrtPriceX96 79228162514264337593543950336; verify PoolManager 0xe03a1074c86cfedd5c142c4f04f1a1536e203543. VGL is Volatility Guard Lab, 18 decimals, no constructor arguments, fixed 10^27 units minted to deployer, without a mint backdoor. Preserve arbitrary-currency hook support, safe initialization/warmup, deterministic recovery, LP exits and no discretionary admin powers.

Workers receive no deployment keys and never broadcast deployments; the system factory mines/deploys the hook and seeds the pool. Retain pinned vendored Foundry dependencies, bytecode_hash=none and offline checks. Required handoff order remains contracts/tests/gas, manifest and independent review, blocking-finding repair, verified deployment, wallet-signing React frontend using verified deployment data, then publication.

No extra deployed helper or separate research commission. Mock or simulation success cannot establish live integration; completion requires deployed contracts, GitHub source and the IPFS site.

Created artifacts/plan.json and validated it against the supplied schema.

It contains three clarification questions and no execution steps because ownership allocations, seeding budgets, and publication destinations are missing. The output remains untracked; no proposed work was dispatched.
