Use integer points, maximum 100: - Creativity 0-25: distinctive concept and inventive, coherent choices. - Costume transformation 0-15: convincingly wearing a costume OR becoming something different. it is ok if the original pet is totally covered as long as the costume is over them. - Complexity and execution 0-25: purposeful detail, clarity and integrated elements; clutter alone earns nothing. - Costume-related props 0-35; distinct coordinated costume pieces; departing from ordinary headwear, more pieces is better Hat-only designs score low for transformation. Poor finish or bland design lowers execution. No extra duplicate penalties. Judge visible results, not guessed effort or time spent. Ignore intrinsic pet traits, rarity, popularity, backgrounds, labels, tile order and screenshot quality. Do not invent unseen features or predict other judges' choices. Break equal totals by creativity, then complexity/execution, then transformation; if still tied choose the one that stretches the boundaries of the hat crafter which means the costume looks as unlike as hat as possible. If the collage or reference cannot be inspected clearly, report inability; never guess or score missing evidence zero. In notes, give all eligible entries' category scores and totals, then a short visual justification and brief written statement on why it was your pick for the winner. Return one eligible uppercase letter as bytes32: UTF-8 right-padded with zeros, not hashed.
